Abstract
本发明公开了一种无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,该湿巾载体浸泡到上光清洁剂中制备所得,上光清洁剂以馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油、HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性剂、硬脂酸、熔点为70~100℃的石蜡及运动粘度为0.35×10‑3~1.0×10‑3m2/s的二甲基硅油为主体,结合C12~20的脂肪醇和乳化剂。该汽车上光清洁湿巾使用方便,可以在没有水的条件下同时具有清洁、上光、防尘及防老化功能,可将清洁、保养、抛光、打蜡一步完成,且该上光清洁湿巾不会损伤车体表面,能让车身光泽光亮如新,保护受损伤的车体,长期使用,不用打蜡,效果更佳,适于高档公共洗车场所和家庭私家小轿车清洗上光。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车清洁护理用品,尤其涉及一种无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾。
背景技术
汽车在长时间使用或者洗车次数太过频繁的情况下,会出现车漆光亮度严重下降的情况,使汽车看起来非常老旧,季度影响车体外观和驾驶者的使用感受。为解决该问题,目前常见的解决方案是通过打蜡抛光的方式对车漆进行保护,也有通过在车身表面喷洒光亮剂的方式改变车漆的光亮度,但上述方式使用非常不方便,且仅仅具有上光功能,不能同时兼备上光、清洁等多重功能。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,该湿巾以载体浸润上光清洁剂,在无水条件下同时具有清洁上光、防尘防老化功能,且使用方便。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,是由载体浸泡到上光清洁剂中制备所得,所述上光清洁剂是由下述按其总质量百分比计的各组分组成的:馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油15~25%,HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性3.5~6.5%,硬脂酸2~6%,熔点为70~100℃的石蜡2~5%,运动粘度为0.35×10-3~1.0×10-3m2/s的二甲基硅油4~5%,C12~20的脂肪醇1~2%,失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5~0.8%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯2.0~3.2%,防霉剂0.5~0.8%和余量水。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性剂由烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复配形成。
所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为NP-10,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
所述失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为Span-60,所述聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为吐温-80。
所述防霉剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸盐和山梨酸中的至少一种。
所述载体为无纺布巾。
本发明还公开了一种上述无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)按配方用量要求分别称取馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油、HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性、硬脂酸、熔点为70~100℃的石蜡、运动粘度为0.35×10-3~1.0×10-3m2/s的二甲基硅油、C12~20的脂肪醇、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、防霉剂和水;
(2)将精制溶剂油加入1#容器中并加热至70~80℃后,搅拌状态下向其中加入硬脂酸、石蜡、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和表面活性剂,然后升温至80~85℃并恒温持续搅拌30~60min;
(3)将水加入2#容器中加热至70~75℃后,搅拌状态下向其中加入二甲基硅油、C12~20脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和防霉剂,然后升温至80~85℃并恒温持续搅拌30~60min;
(4)在保持1#容器内液体处于不断搅拌的状态下使用泵将2#容器内的液体打入1#容器内,完成后保持在75~80℃下继续搅拌20~30min,然后停止加热,边搅拌边自然冷却至50~55℃后保温1~2h,得到上光清洁剂;
(5)将按照包装要求切割好尺寸的载体完全浸没于上述上光清洁剂中,每100质量份的所述载体以300~400质量份的比率包含所述上光清洁剂,采用单张抽取式对该浸润有上光清洁剂的载体进行包装,得到无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾。
本发明的有益技术效果是:该汽车上光清洁湿巾使用方便,可以在没有水的条件下同时具有清洁、上光、防尘及防老化功能,可将清洁、保养、抛光、打蜡一步完成,不需要担心环境污染的问题,且该上光清洁湿巾不会损伤车体表面,能让车身光泽光亮如新,保护受损伤的车体,长期使用,不用打蜡,效果更佳,适于高档公共洗车场所和家庭私家小轿车清洗上光。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明,其中未提及的原料和操作步骤均为本领域技术人员公知的,或者通过有限次实验能够得到的。
结合表1中的配方用量按照下述制备方法制备具体实施例1~5中的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾。
本发明所述无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)按配方用量要求分别称取馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油、HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性、硬脂酸、熔点为70~100℃的石蜡、运动粘度为0.35×10-3~1.0×10-3m2/s的二甲基硅油、C12~20的脂肪醇、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、防霉剂和水;
(2)将精制溶剂油加入1#容器中并加热至70~80℃后,搅拌状态下向其中加入硬脂酸、石蜡、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和表面活性剂,然后升温至80~85℃并恒温持续搅拌30~60min;
(3)将水加入2#容器中加热至70~75℃后,搅拌状态下向其中加入二甲基硅油、C12~20脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和防霉剂,然后升温至80~85℃并恒温持续搅拌30~60min;
(4)在保持1#容器内液体处于不断搅拌的状态下使用泵将2#容器内的液体打入1#容器内,完成后保持在75~80℃下继续搅拌20~30min,然后停止加热,边搅拌边自然冷却至50~55℃后保温1~2h,得到上光清洁剂;
(5)将按照包装要求切割好尺寸的载体完全浸没于上述上光清洁剂中,每100质量份的所述载体以300~400质量份的比率包含所述上光清洁剂,采用单张抽取式对该浸润有上光清洁剂的载体进行包装,得到无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾。上述载体为无纺布巾。其中,馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油为A;HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性:NP-10为B1,十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚为B2;硬脂酸为C;熔点为70~100℃的石蜡为D;运动粘度为0.35×10-3~1.0×10-3m2/s的二甲基硅油为E;C12~20的脂肪醇为F;Span-60为G;吐温-80为H;防霉剂:苯甲酸钠为I1,山梨酸钾为I2,,山梨酸为I3;水为J。

Claims (7)
1.一种无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,是由载体浸泡到上光清洁剂中制备所得,其特征在于:所述上光清洁剂是由下述按其总质量百分比计的各组分组成的:馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油15~25%,HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性3.5~6.5%,硬脂酸2~6%,熔点为70~100℃的石蜡2~5%,运动粘度为0.35×10-3~1.0×10-3m2/s的二甲基硅油4~5%,C12~20的脂肪醇1~2%,失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5~0.8%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯2.0~3.2%,防霉剂0.5~0.8%和余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,其特征在于:所述HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性剂由烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复配形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,其特征在于:所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为NP-10,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,其特征在于:所述失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为Span-60,所述聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯为吐温-80。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,其特征在于:所述防霉剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸盐和山梨酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾,其特征在于:所述载体为无纺布巾。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一权利要求所述的无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下述步骤:
(1)按配方用量要求分别称取馏程为180~220℃的精制溶剂油、HLB值为9~15的非离子表面活性、硬脂酸、熔点为70~100℃的石蜡、运动粘度为0.35×10-3~1.0×10-3m2/s的二甲基硅油、C12~20的脂肪醇、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、防霉剂和水;
(2)将精制溶剂油加入1#容器中并加热至70~80℃后,搅拌状态下向其中加入硬脂酸、石蜡、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和表面活性剂,然后升温至80~85℃并恒温持续搅拌30~60min;
(3)将水加入2#容器中加热至70~75℃后,搅拌状态下向其中加入二甲基硅油、C12~20脂肪醇、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和防霉剂,然后升温至80~85℃并恒温持续搅拌30~60min;
(4)在保持1#容器内液体处于不断搅拌的状态下使用泵将2#容器内的液体打入1#容器内,完成后保持在75~80℃下继续搅拌20~30min,然后停止加热,边搅拌边自然冷却至50~55℃后保温1~2h,得到上光清洁剂;
(5)将按照包装要求切割好尺寸的载体完全浸没于上述上光清洁剂中,每100质量份的所述载体以300~400质量份的比率包含所述上光清洁剂,采用单张抽取式对该浸润有上光清洁剂的载体进行包装,得到无水洗车用汽车上光清洁湿巾。
