本发明公开了一种汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,该湿巾通过将一次性无纺布巾浸润汽车内饰清洁养护剂形成湿巾,然后将湿巾采用抽取方式包装,为汽车领域专门打造了一款适合在车内放置的清洁养护用品,该湿巾所用的汽车内饰清洁养护剂使用对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和水杨酸作为杀菌抑菌成分,采用合适的非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂为清洁养护成分,配合适当的乳化剂,形成具有杀菌抑菌清洁养护功能的湿巾,其能有效锁住杀菌银子的时效,适合在无水环境下使用,且该湿巾无残留物无有害气体产生,且能够在几秒钟内自动挥发,安全环保,不会对人体产生任何伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用清洁氧化用品,尤其涉及一种汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾。
背景技术
汽车内部的饰品使用时间长后往往会被污染,车辆内饰的表面会附着有灰尘、油污及细菌等。如车辆长时间在高速公路上行驶不开窗,汽车内部空间小,会滋生细菌,且空气也不好,尤其夏天还会有异味,像仪表盘区的条纹、褶皱、边角上会有灰尘,所以对汽车内饰的清洗非常重要。由于汽车内饰件产品分很多种,如仪表盘面板、电器、开关、皮革座椅、靠背、方向盘等,因此一般用于汽车内饰的清洗养护产品的要求比其他清洁养护产品的要求高。但目前市面上的用品,大多以清洗剂为主,不具有养护功能,且在使用时以液体和膏状体居多,使用不方便,此外还会出现泡沫多、挥发慢、对车内饰品有腐蚀性,且清洁后的有粘手、打滑等现象,手感不好,甚至会产生有刺激性的气味。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,该湿巾使用方便,具有清洁消毒,抑菌杀菌作用,同时对内饰件具有养护作用。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,是由载体浸泡到内饰清洁养护剂中制备所得,所述内饰清洁养护剂是由下述按其总质量百分比计的各组分组成的:对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5~8%,水杨酸3~5%,非离子表面活性剂18~25%,阴离子表面活性剂18~25%,乳化剂3~6%,香精2~4%,亲水性醇类有机溶剂15~30%和余量的水。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
所述非离子表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比1~2:1复配所得。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为甲氧基脂肪酰胺苯磺酸钠。
所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
所述亲水性醇类有机溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种和丙二醇复配形成。
所述载体为无纺布巾。
本发明还公开了上述汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)按配方用量要求分别称取对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、水杨酸、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、香精、亲水性醇类有机溶剂和水;
(2)将亲水性醇类有机溶剂总量的40~50%加入到1#容器中,然后加入对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,加料完成后升温至45~50℃并恒温持续搅拌30~40min;
(3)在剩余的亲水性醇类有机溶剂中边搅拌边分别加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、乳化剂和香精,加料完成后持续搅拌15~20min得到混合液,然后将该混合液倒入1#容器中并搅拌均匀;
(4)将水加入到2#容器中后,加入水杨酸并搅拌均匀;然后在保持1#容器内液体处于不断搅拌的状态下使用泵将2#容器内液体打入1#容器内,完成后继续搅拌20~30min,然后边搅拌边自然冷却至室温后,得到内饰清洁养护剂;
(5)将按照包装要求切割好尺寸的载体完全浸没于上述内饰清洁养护剂中,每100质量份的所述载体以300~400质量份的比率包含所述内饰清洁养护剂,采用单张抽取式对该浸润有内饰清洁养护剂的载体进行包装,得到汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾。
本发明的有益技术效果是:本发明所述湿巾通过将一次性无纺布巾浸润汽车内饰清洁养护剂形成湿巾,然后将湿巾采用抽取方式包装,为汽车领域专门打造了一款适合在车内放置的清洁养护用品,该湿巾所用的汽车内饰清洁养护剂使用对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和水杨酸作为杀菌抑菌成分,采用合适的非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂为清洁养护成分,配合适当的乳化剂,形成具有杀菌抑菌清洁养护功能的湿巾,其能有效锁住杀菌银子的时效,适合在无水环境下使用,且该湿巾无残留物无有害气体产生,且能够在几秒钟内自动挥发,安全环保,不会对人体产生任何伤害。在使用时,严格按照除尘、清洁、保养三部曲对仪表控制板、顶棚、后缸平台、座椅、地绒、内门板等进行彻底清洁和全面养护,全过程由四名工作人员进行操作,需耗时两个半小时左右。这款产品能让开车一族全方位的解决一路难题,方便、快速、简单,轻轻松松的做好清洁工作。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明,其中未提及的原料和操作步骤均为本领域技术人员公知的,或者通过有限次实验能够得到的。
结合表1中的配方用量按照下述制备方法制备具体实施例1~5中的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾。
本发明所述汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)按配方用量要求分别称取对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、水杨酸、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、香精、亲水性醇类有机溶剂和水;
(2)将亲水性醇类有机溶剂总量的40~50%加入到1#容器中,然后加入对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,加料完成后升温至45~50℃并恒温持续搅拌30~40min;
(3)在剩余的亲水性醇类有机溶剂中边搅拌边分别加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、乳化剂和香精,加料完成后持续搅拌15~20min得到混合液,然后将该混合液倒入1#容器中并搅拌均匀;
(4)将水加入到2#容器中后,加入水杨酸并搅拌均匀;然后在保持1#容器内液体处于不断搅拌的状态下使用泵将2#容器内液体打入1#容器内,完成后继续搅拌20~30min,然后边搅拌边自然冷却至室温后,得到内饰清洁养护剂;
(5)将按照包装要求切割好尺寸的载体完全浸没于上述内饰清洁养护剂中,每100质量份的所述载体以300~400质量份的比率包含所述内饰清洁养护剂,采用单张抽取式对该浸润有内饰清洁养护剂的载体进行包装,得到汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾。上述载体采用无纺布巾。其中对羟基苯甲酸乙酯为A1;水杨酸为B1;非离子表面活性剂:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为C1,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为C2,十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚为C3;阴离子表面活性剂:甲氧基脂肪酰胺苯磺酸钠为D1;乳化剂:吐温-80为E1;亲水性醇类有机溶剂:乙醇为F1,异丙醇为F2,乙二醇为F3,丙三醇为F4,丙二醇为F5,香精为G,水为H。

本发明制备所得的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,在使用时无需额外的水分,残留物无有害气体产生,安全环保,且使用非常方便。

1.一种汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,是由载体浸泡到内饰清洁养护剂中制备所得,其特征在于:所述内饰清洁养护剂是由下述按其总质量百分比计的各组分组成的:对羟基苯甲酸乙酯5~8%,水杨酸3~5%,非离子表面活性剂18~25%,阴离子表面活性剂18~25%,乳化剂3~6%,香精2~4%,亲水性醇类有机溶剂15~30%和余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比1~2:1复配所得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为甲氧基脂肪酰胺苯磺酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为吐温-80。
8.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰清洁养护用湿巾,其特征在于:所述亲水性醇类有机溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种和丙二醇复配形成。

(1)按配方用量要求分别称取对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、水杨酸、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、香精、亲水性醇类有机溶剂和水;
(2)将亲水性醇类有机溶剂总量的40~50%加入到1#容器中,然后加入对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,加料完成后升温至45~50℃并恒温持续搅拌30~40min;
