The working principle of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention: supplementing the formula raw materials into the corresponding raw material box from the corresponding raw material box feeding hole, feeding sludge raw materials into a stirring pot, continuously introducing steam into a steam interlayer through an air inlet, drying sludge by using the heat value of the steam, starting a first motor while introducing the steam, driving a smooth surface compression roller to rotate, starting a telescopic cylinder, moving up and down while stirring the smooth surface compression roller, uniformly stirring the sludge in the stirring pot and uniformly heating the sludge in the stirring pot, and discharging the steam generated in the sludge drying process out of the stirring pot through an air outlet; after the sludge is dried, feeding the waste bacteria stick with the diameter of less than 30mm into a stirring pot, correspondingly adjusting the rotation rate of a smooth surface compression roller within the range of 400-800r/min according to the water content of the sludge, wherein the water content of the sludge is high and the rotation speed is high, the water content of the sludge is low and the rotation speed is slow, mixing and stirring the sludge and the waste bacteria stick powder uniformly, simultaneously opening a corresponding first electromagnetic valve, and continuously adding an oxidant, a sulfur-fixing agent, bentonite, a mercury-fixing agent and an adhesive; after the raw materials are mixed, the second electromagnetic valve is opened, so that the mixed materials after being mixed fall into a discharge bin below the mixing pot from a discharge port of the mixing pot; starting a roller conveyor belt, placing a first honeycomb forming plate on the roller conveyor belt, correcting the position of the first honeycomb forming plate under the guiding action of a limiting guide groove when the roller conveyor belt conveys the first honeycomb forming plate to the horn-shaped limiting guide groove, and after the first honeycomb forming plate is conveyed to a rear-side limiting device, performing primary position limitation on the first honeycomb forming plate by the rear-side limiting device and performing secondary position limitation on the first honeycomb forming plate by the front-side limiting device to enable the positions of holes in the first honeycomb forming plate, through holes in a forming bin and a pressure rod to be corresponding; then, starting the first multi-section telescopic cylinder, pushing a mixed material into the forming bin from the storage bin by a push plate on the first multi-section telescopic cylinder, and enabling the mixed material to fall onto a first honeycomb forming plate at the lower end from a through hole on a forming bin bottom plate; then starting a second telescopic cylinder, enabling a pressing plate to move downwards to enable a pressing rod to be embedded into a corresponding through hole, compacting the mixed material, starting the second telescopic cylinder again after compaction, lifting the pressing plate upwards for a distance, but blocking the hole, so as to prevent redundant mixed material from falling onto the compacted first honeycomb forming plate, conveying the first honeycomb forming plate to be conveyed away from the lower part of a forming bin by a device to be conveyed, enabling a second first honeycomb forming plate to enter the lower part of the forming bin, starting the second telescopic cylinder to completely lift the pressing plate, and enabling redundant waste materials to fall into a waste bin below the second honeycomb forming plate; and the above steps are circulated in sequence.
Referring to fig. 5 to 11, in an embodiment of the present invention, a raw material of a formula is supplemented into a corresponding raw material tank from a corresponding raw material tank feeding port, a sludge raw material is fed into a stirring pot, water vapor is continuously introduced into a water vapor interlayer through an air inlet, sludge drying is performed by using a heat value of the water vapor, a first motor is started while the water vapor is introduced, a smooth surface pressing roller is driven to rotate, a telescopic cylinder is started, the smooth surface pressing roller moves up and down while stirring, sludge in the stirring pot is uniformly stirred, the sludge in the stirring pot is uniformly heated, and the water vapor generated in a sludge drying process is discharged from an exhaust port out of the stirring pot; after the sludge is dried, feeding the waste bacteria sticks with the diameter of less than 30mm into a stirring pot, adjusting the rotation rate of a smooth surface compression roller, mixing and stirring the sludge and the waste bacteria stick powder uniformly, simultaneously opening corresponding first electromagnetic valves, and continuously adding an oxidant, a sulfur-fixing agent, bentonite, a mercury-fixing agent and an adhesive; after the raw materials are mixed, the second electromagnetic valve is opened, so that the mixed materials after being mixed fall into a discharge bin below the mixing pot from a discharge port of the mixing pot; starting a motor to drive a driving wheel to rotate, wherein the driving wheel rotates to drive a third guide wheel to rotate, a second honeycomb forming plate is placed on a movable plate, when the movable plate conveys the second honeycomb forming plate to a horn-shaped guide groove, the position of the second honeycomb forming plate is corrected under the guide effect of the guide groove, and the positioning of the second honeycomb forming plate is realized through a positioning sensor by controlling the motor, namely, the positions of a hole in the second honeycomb forming plate, a through hole in a forming bin and a pressure rod are corresponding; then, starting the first multi-section telescopic cylinder, pushing a mixed material into the forming bin from the storage bin by a push plate on the first multi-section telescopic cylinder, and enabling the mixed material to fall onto a second honeycomb forming plate at the lower end from a through hole on a forming bin bottom plate; then starting a second telescopic cylinder, enabling the pressing plate to move downwards to enable the pressing rod to be embedded into the corresponding through hole, compacting the mixed material, and finally transporting the honeycomb forming plate away from the device through the moving plate; after compaction, the second telescopic cylinder is started again to lift one end of the pressing plate upwards, but the hole is blocked, so that redundant mixed materials are prevented from falling onto the compacted second honeycomb forming plate, the device to be conveyed conveys the second honeycomb forming plate away from the lower part of the forming bin, the second first honeycomb forming plate enters the lower part of the forming bin, the second telescopic cylinder is started again to lift the pressing plate completely, and redundant waste materials fall into a waste material box below the second honeycomb forming plate; and the above steps are circulated in sequence.
