Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt, which comprises the following steps: s1, uniformly mixing the water-based epoxy resin and the water-based epoxy resin curing agent to form a water-based epoxy resin mixed solution; and S2, adding the aqueous epoxy resin mixed solution into the emulsified asphalt and uniformly mixing to form the water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt. The waterborne epoxy resin can improve the adhesiveness, the tensile strength and the shear strength of the emulsified asphalt. Meanwhile, the adhesiveness of the asphalt is improved, the viscosity is increased, the rigidity and the strength are increased, and the aqueous epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture has excellent wear resistance and water damage resistance.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt, a preparation method and application.
Background
With the rapid growth of national economy in China, the load capacity of automobiles is increased, and the traffic volume is increased sharply, so that the asphalt surface layer is damaged by ruts, cracks and the like. Therefore, the method improves the pavement maintenance technology, develops a novel pavement patching material, and has important social benefits and social values.
The emulsified asphalt is used as a pavement repairing cementing material, has the advantages of convenient and fast working procedures, low carbon consumption reduction, environmental friendliness and the like, is rapidly developed in the aspects of production and practical application at present, and can be respectively applied to a seal coat, a permeable coat and a sticky coat according to different functions. However, the common emulsified asphalt has the defects of small cohesive force, poor elasticity and the like, so that the use and popularization of the common emulsified asphalt as an asphalt pavement repairing technology are limited.
Therefore, improving the properties of the emulsified asphalt, such as binding power, stability, elastic recovery capability, deformation resistance, and the like, becomes a problem to be solved for application and popularization of the emulsified asphalt.

The invention aims to provide a water-based epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the water-based epoxy resin can improve the adhesiveness, the tensile strength and the shear strength of the emulsified asphalt. Meanwhile, the adhesiveness of the asphalt is improved, the viscosity is increased, the rigidity and the strength are increased, and the aqueous epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture has excellent wear resistance and water damage resistance.

a preparation method of water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing the water-based epoxy resin and the water-based epoxy resin curing agent to form a water-based epoxy resin mixed solution;
and S2, adding the aqueous epoxy resin mixed solution into the emulsified asphalt and uniformly mixing to form the water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt.
Further preferably, the ratio of the aqueous epoxy resin to the aqueous epoxy resin curing agent in the step S1 is 1:1.5 to 3.0.
Further preferably, in the step S2, the aqueous epoxy resin mixed solution is added to the emulsified asphalt at a mixing amount of 30%.
Further preferably, the emulsified asphalt in the step S2 is cationic.
The invention also provides the water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt prepared by the preparation method.
The invention also discloses an application of the water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt, and the water-type epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt is mixed with the mixed aggregate and mineral powder for use when being applied to pavement preparation.
The invention can bring the following beneficial effects:
the waterborne epoxy resin provided by the invention can improve the adhesiveness, tensile strength and shear strength of emulsified asphalt. Meanwhile, an interpenetrating structure is formed by a three-dimensional network structure condensate of the aqueous epoxy resin which is subjected to curing reaction and the asphalt cement, so that the asphalt adhesiveness is improved, the viscosity is increased, the rigidity and the strength are increased, and the aqueous epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt mixture has excellent wear resistance and water damage resistance. In the application of experimental engineering, when the water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt is applied to a waterproof bonding layer, the construction is simple and convenient, the waterproof effect is obvious, and the water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt plays an important innovative role in road construction and maintenance in China.
