本发明涉及一种PVC半导体材料,包括下述原料:PVC40‑60,乙炔炭黑30‑40,DOP10‑20,增塑剂5‑10,硬脂酸铅1‑3,硫酸铅1‑3,邻苯二甲酸铅1‑5,硬脂酸钙1‑3,阻燃剂2‑10,抗氧剂1‑2;本发明的半导体材料是将原料配好后依次经过混炼、密炼、双辊开炼、冷却、干燥、切粒机、筛选、磁选、计量、包装制得;本发明电缆料PVC配方中加入乙炔炭黑,使材料的体积电阻率可达103Ω•cm,具有半导电性能,可以用于制作各类屏蔽器,大大降低了原料成本。

一种PVC半导体材料
技术领域
本发明属于电力电缆料技术领域,具体是一种PVC半导体材料。
背景技术
半导体材料是一类具有半导体性能(导电能力介于导体与绝缘体之间,电阻率约在1mΩ·cm~1GΩ·cm范围内)、可用来制作半导体器件和集成电路的电子材料。此外,各种屏蔽器也需要用到半导体材料,而普通的半导体材料为硬质材料,在制作各种屏蔽器时受原材料加工性能影响,成本较高,而PVC材料不仅价格低廉,其加工性能亦十分优良,因此,研发一种PVC半导体材料来制备屏蔽器类产品,将大大降低产品的原料成本及加工成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有的普通半导体材料加工性能较差,作为屏蔽器用材料而言成本较高的问题,提供一种PVC半导体材料。
本发明的一种PVC半导体材料,包括下述重量份的原料:
PVC 40-60 乙炔炭黑 30-40
DOP 10-20 增塑剂 5-10
硬脂酸铅 1-3 硫酸铅 1-3
邻苯二甲酸铅 1-5 硬脂酸钙 1-3
阻燃剂 2-10 抗氧剂 1-2;
制备时,将原料配好后依次经过混炼、密炼、双辊开炼、冷却、干燥、切粒机、筛选、磁选、计量、包装,即得。
本发明的一种PVC半导体材料,其优选配方包括下述重量份的原料:
PVC 50 环氧大豆油 3
DOP 15 氯化石蜡 8
硬脂酸铅 2 碱式碳酸铅 2
双酚A 1.5 电气级陶土 5
邻苯二甲酸 3 硬脂酸钡 2
阻燃剂 5 抗氧剂 1.5。
本发明电缆料PVC配方中加入乙炔炭黑,使材料的体积电阻率可达103Ω•cm,具有半导电性能,可以用于制作各类屏蔽器,大大降低了原料成本。本发明所用的原料都是采用市售工业原料,便于采购和组织生产,并且无限制或禁用的材料,不会造成环境污染;本发明制备工艺简单,所采用的设备都是常规设备,可以节省投资,节约能源。

一种PVC半导体材料,包括下述重量份的原料:
PVC 50 环氧大豆油 3
DOP 15 氯化石蜡 8
硬脂酸铅 2 碱式碳酸铅 2
双酚A 1.5 电气级陶土 5
邻苯二甲酸 3 硬脂酸钡 2
阻燃剂 5 抗氧剂 1.5;
制备时,将原料配好后依次经过混炼、密炼、双辊开炼、冷却、干燥、切粒机、筛选、磁选、计量、包装,即得。
实施例2
一种PVC半导体材料,包括下述重量份的原料:
PVC 60 乙炔炭黑 30
DOP 20 增塑剂 5
硬脂酸铅 3 硫酸铅 1
邻苯二甲酸铅 5 硬脂酸钙 1
阻燃剂 10 抗氧剂 1;
制备时,将原料配好后依次经过混炼、密炼、双辊开炼、冷却、干燥、切粒机、筛选、磁选、计量、包装,即得。

一种PVC半导体材料,包括下述重量份的原料:

1.一种PVC半导体材料,其特征在于包括下述重量份的原料:
PVC 40-60 乙炔炭黑 30-40
DOP 10-20 增塑剂 5-10
硬脂酸铅 1-3 硫酸铅 1-3
邻苯二甲酸铅 1-5 硬脂酸钙 1-3
阻燃剂 2-10 抗氧剂 1-2;
制备时,将原料配好后依次经过混炼、密炼、双辊开炼、冷却、干燥、切粒机、筛选、磁选、计量、包装,即得。
