Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rubbing, in particular to a three-dimensional rubbing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rubbing is a paper piece for rubbing the shapes of the cultural relics such as inscriptions, bronze wares and the like and the characters and patterns on the cultural relics, is an ancient traditional technology in China, and is a skill for clearly copying the characters or patterns on the inscriptions and the utensils by using rice paper and ink.
The traditional rubbing mainly comprises plane rubbing, full-shape rubbing and high relief rubbing. The traditional rubbing is basically planar imaging, the rubbing is in a two-dimensional form (as shown in figure 1), the three-dimensional visual effect is difficult to achieve, and the information integrity on the ware and the integral form of the ware can not be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a three-dimensional rubbing and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a three-dimensional rubbing comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting the size of paper according to the size of the object to be rubbed, and cleaning the surface of the object to be rubbed with water;
s2, coating clear water on the surface of the object to be rubbed, then covering the paper on the surface of the object to be rubbed, firstly, uniformly spraying the hair spray on the paper, and then, uniformly spraying the clear water on the surface of the paper;
s3, removing excessive moisture and hair spray on the outer surface of the paper;
s4, flatly paving the wet towel on the outer surface of the paper, and uniformly pressing to enable the paper to be adhered to the surface of the object to be rubbed and completely display the concave-convex patterns on the object to be rubbed;
s5, rubbing patterns and shapes on the object to be rubbed on the paper by using the rubbing bag stained with ink, and taking down the paper with the concave-convex patterns and shapes after the paper is dried;
and S6, after the paper is dried completely, spraying varnish on the surface of the paper, and drying to obtain the three-dimensional rubbing.
As a further scheme of the invention, the paper adopts rice paper, Yunlong paper or Yanpi paper.
As a further scheme of the invention, the paper adopts two layers of paper or three layers of paper.
As a further scheme of the invention, the spraying proportion of the hair spray and the clear water in the step S2 is 2-4: 1.
As a further scheme of the invention, after the hair spray in the step S2 is finished, the spraying of clear water is carried out after waiting for 30-50S.
As a further scheme of the present invention, in step S3, a dry paper towel or a cotton swab is used to lightly wipe off the excess moisture and hair spray on the outer surface of the paper.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the varnish in step S6 is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-15 parts of nitrocellulose, 35-40 parts of alkyd resin, 25-30 parts of butyl acetate, 2-5 parts of polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, 0.5-0.8 part of pyrimidyl phosphate, 0.2-0.5 part of fenpropathrin and 1-2 parts of dinotefuran.
As a further scheme of the invention, the varnish consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13 parts of nitrocellulose, 38 parts of alkyd resin, 27 parts of butyl acetate, 3 parts of polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, 0.6 part of pyrimidyl phosphate, 0.3 part of fenpropathrin and 1.5 parts of dinotefuran.
A stereoscopic rubbing manufactured by any one of the above preparation methods.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the hair spray is adopted to spray the paper, so that the subsequent paper shaping is facilitated, and the good three-dimensional effect is conveniently displayed; the wet towel is adopted for uniform and flexible pressing, so that the paper can be prevented from being damaged in the pressing process, and the integral integrity of the rubbing is ensured; and the wet towel can form fine rough lines on the surface of the paper after being pressed, so that the adhesion of subsequent varnish is facilitated, the insect-proof and mothproof effects of the rubbing are improved, and the storage life is prolonged. The rubbing made by the method of the invention has good and visual three-dimensional effect, can ensure the information integrity on the implement, and can keep the integral shape and lines of the implement, so that the rubbing seen by a viewer is the same as the real implement, and even has more aesthetic feeling than the real implement.
