HEC has been widely used in the fields of oil extraction, paints, construction, medical food, textile, paper making, and polymer polymerization because it has properties of good thickening, suspending, dispersing, emulsifying, binding, film forming, moisture protecting, and protective colloid providing. Cotton pulp is a necessary raw material in the production of hydroxyethyl cellulose. The cotton pulp is generally packaged and transported in a paper roll form in the purchase process, and the wound pulp needs to be crushed into powdery cellulose with different meshes in use. The cotton pulp roll has larger thickness and large noise in the crushing process, and the noise reaches more than 95 decibels. The operator is easily influenced by noise when conveying the cotton pulp to the pulp crusher, and is not good for the health of staff.

The feeding roller 4 is started by returning to the original position after feeding, thereby increasing the labor intensity and the labor time. Moreover, when feeding, the crusher 3 is already started and the staff entering the room of the crusher 3 is directly affected by noise. Meanwhile, the noise is transmitted out through the existing material inlet box 1, and the noise volume outside the room of the pulverizer 3 is increased.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cotton pulp roll feeding device and a cotton pulp roll crushing system including the cotton pulp roll feeding device, wherein the cotton pulp roll feeding device is modified to improve noise emitted when the cotton pulp roll is conveyed, improve an operating environment of an operator, and reduce labor intensity.

The top plate 21 and the bottom plate 26 for bearing materials are separated by a strip-shaped parting bead 25, the top plate 21 and the bottom plate 26 are made of plates, and the parting bead 25 is made of square bars. The cotton pulp roll is transported in the left space of the partition 25 in fig. 6, and moves between the top plate 21 and the bottom plate 26. The rollers 29 are disposed at the bottom of the elongated feeding box 11, so that the elongated feeding box 11 can move horizontally and freely.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the muffler of fig. 3. As shown in fig. 7, the muffler 12 includes a front panel 31, side and rear panels 32, a guide rail 33, and a lock nut 34. The front panel 31, the side panels and the rear panel 32 are welded together, and the sound absorbing material 13 is put in before the welding. A plurality of silencing holes are drilled in the side plates and the rear plate 32, the diameter of each silencing hole is 1mm, and the distance between the silencing holes is 1.5 mm. The guide rail 33 is made of angle steel and has the function of enabling the lengthened feeding box 11 to freely move in the silencer 12. The lock nut 34 is used to fix the elongated feed magazine 11.

(2) The feeding box is designed into a drawable feeding box, and the bottom of the feeding box adopts rollers to facilitate drawing, so that the maintenance requirement can be met.
(3) The feeding box is externally provided with a silencer fixed on a sound insulation wall, and the silencer is filled with silencing materials, so that most of noise can be absorbed, the noise transmitted out of a crusher room is reduced, the mute requirement can be met, and the operating environment of workers is improved.
(4) The cover plate capable of being turned is arranged at the front end (feeding end) of the feeding box, so that the feeding is facilitated for workers, the cover plate is covered after the feeding is completed, the noise diffusion area can be reduced, and the noise is further reduced.
The embodiment of the invention is suitable for feeding and crushing cotton pulp rolls with the diameter of 1100 x 750.
