Abstract

提供一种能够使沿着密封方向的密封压力更均匀化的超声波密封用砧座。超声波密封用砧座具有与焊头的前端部的振动赋予面相对并且沿着薄片体的熔接位置延伸的带状的按压面(10),所述按压面(10)具有台阶部(10A)和一对延伸面(10B),该台阶部(10A)是在能够与层叠的薄片体中的层厚相对变厚的层厚部分(R)抵接的位置形成的凹形状,且在左右两侧具有倾斜面(10Ab),该一对延伸面(10B)分别与所述台阶部(10A)的所述左右两侧的倾斜面(10Ab)相连续,隔着所述台阶部(10A)沿着所述熔接位置在左右方向上延伸,在所述倾斜面(10Ab)形成在所述按压面(10)的宽度方向上延伸的1条或者大于或等于2条的槽部(20)。

Description

超声波密封用砧座及超声波密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将重合了大于或等于2个的薄片体的层叠体在带状的密封位置(熔接位置)进行接合的超声波密封技术。特别地,本发明涉及一种适于将为了构成对液体、固体物等进行收容的纸容器而制成筒状的层叠包装材料横断地封装(超声波密封)的技术。
背景技术
液体用纸容器广泛用作对果实饮料、茶、咖啡、乳饮料、汤等液体饮料、日本酒、烧酒等酒类进行收容的简便的容器。该液体用纸容器存在屋顶型、砖型或者圆筒型等形状的容器。
例如,砖型形状的容器是通过在纸层的表背面具有热塑性树脂层的包装材料上施加容器用格线,将边缘保护带粘贴于包装材料的端部,将该包装材料成型为筒状,将该包装材料的端部彼此重叠粘贴,从而形成筒状形状的包装材料。然后,将该筒状包装材料的下端部在横断方向上接合,将下端部密封(封装)。然后,在筒状的包装材料中填充了内容物的状态下,在横断方向上对成为容器的口的位置(上端部侧)进行液中密封而分隔之后,将筒状的包装材料成型为立体形状,由此形成容器形状。
例如,通过如专利文献1中所述的超声波密封装置,实施针对上述筒状的包装材料的向横断方向的密封。
超声波密封装置进行的密封是通过利用相对的焊头的前端面和砧座的前端面对容器的密封位置进行按压并使焊头进行超声波振动而实施。即,密封是通过超声波振动,利用在包装材料界面(重合的薄片体彼此的接触面位置)产生的热,使在包装材料表面存在的热塑性树脂熔融而进行密封。特别地,液体容器的密封状态是重要的,并且上述密封需要能够保护内容物、能够耐受搬运、落下时的冲击的强度。
另外,为了提高密封性,也存在专利文献2所记载的方法。该方法在砧座前端面的按压面中的能够与薄片体的重叠量多的层厚部分(贴合部)相对的位置设置凹形状的台阶部。然后,通过台阶部,与熔接位置的厚度差相对应,也提高密封性。

发明内容
在将纸制包装材料制成筒状时,将端部彼此重叠,将该重叠部分贴合。在进行该贴合时,在与筒状包装材料的长度方向正交的方向上进行超声波密封,通过超声波焊头与砧座夹着筒状包装材料。此时,上述贴合的重叠部分较厚,不能对带状的密封位置均匀地施加压力。与此相对,如上所述,当前,通过对与因贴合而变厚的层厚部分抵接的砧座的表面进行切削而形成凹部,从而在进行超声波密封时,更均匀地对包装材料施加压力。
但是,在包装材料在密封方向(与筒形包装材料的长度方向正交的方向)上相对于砧座发生了位置偏移的情况下,贴合部分(层厚部分)的一部分不能收容于砧座台阶,不能均匀地施加压力,导致内容物的泄漏。为了应对该位置偏移,在专利文献2中,将形成于砧座的台阶部的形状形成为拱形形状(圆弧状形状)或者梯形形状。即,在专利文献2中,实施了在台阶部的左右的面上形成越接近台阶部的底越连续地变深的倾斜面。这样,尝试通过在台阶部的左右设置倾斜面,由此应对贴合部(层厚部分)的偏移。但是,仅通过这样,存在作为压力的均匀化对策不充分的课题。
本发明是着眼于上述问题点而提出的,其目的在于提供一种能够使沿着密封方向的密封压力更均匀化的超声波密封用砧座。
本发明人等进行了调查的结果是,即使将砧座的台阶部形状设为梯形形状等具有倾斜面的形状,该台阶部的倾斜面部分也会对被贴合而变厚的部分过度地加压。因此,难以施加更均匀的压力。
而且,为了解决课题,本发明的一个方式是一种超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,具有与焊头的前端部的振动赋予面相对而沿着薄片体的熔接位置延伸的带状的按压面,所述按压面具有台阶部和一对延伸面,该台阶部是在能够与层叠的薄片体中的层厚相对变厚的层厚部分抵接的位置形成的凹形状,且在左右两侧具有倾斜面,该一对延伸面分别与所述台阶部的所述左右两侧的倾斜面连续,隔着所述台阶部沿着所述熔接位置在左右方向上延伸,所述超声波密封用砧座在所述倾斜面形成有在所述按压面的宽度方向上延伸的1条或者大于或等于2条的槽部。
发明的效果
根据本发明的一个方式,在相对于砧座的前端面的台阶部,包装材料与砧座过强地接触而压力增大的情况下,包装材料咬入在台阶部的倾斜面配置的槽部,从而减小该压力。其结果是,根据本发明的一个方式,能够通过超声波密封部施加更均匀的压力。

下面,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。
“第1实施方式”
首先,说明第1实施方式。
(超声波密封装置)
如作为示意图的图1所示,超声波密封装置1具有超声波振荡器9、作为超声波振子的转换器2、焊头3和砧座4。标号5表示对砧座4进行支撑的钳口。标号6表示保护焊头3的焊头罩。
转换器2从超声波振荡器9被供给电力而产生超声波振动,所产生的振动到达焊头3,由此焊头3的前端部进行超声波振动。
本实施方式是同时进行上下2条的密封的情况的例子。即,是同时对在前的纸容器的上端开口部和成为后续的纸容器的部分的下端部进行密封的情况的例子。因此,如图1所示,各焊头3的前端部分支为两股,通过其2个前端面形成2个振动赋予面3a。各振动赋予面3a形成带状(或者矩形带状)的形状,2个振动赋予面3a相互平行地延伸。此外,2个振动赋予面3a在图1中在纸面正交方向上延伸。在2个振动赋予面3a之间形成有槽3b。
(关于包装材料)
这里,形成容器的包装材料30(薄片体)例如如图2所示,在由纸构成的基材层30a的表面侧形成外装用树脂层30b。另外,在基材层30a的背面侧依次形成有树脂膜30c、阻挡层30d以及内装用树脂层30e。作为构成外装用树脂层30b、树脂膜30c、内装用树脂层30e的树脂,能够例示聚乙烯树脂,但并不限定于此。但是,至少内装用树脂层30e由热塑性树脂构成。阻挡层30d由蒸镀于树脂膜30c的蒸镀膜、铝薄板等构成,确保容器具有与所收容的内容物相应的阻挡性。
如图3所示,将内装用树脂层30e侧朝向内侧,将这样的包装材料30成型为将端部彼此重叠的筒状包装材料31。该筒状包装材料31成为长条状的筒状。此时,将形成上述筒状包装部件31时重叠的包装材料30的端部31a与端部31b重叠而相对变厚的贴合部分记载为层厚部分R。该层厚部分R如图3(a)所示,沿长条状的筒状包装材料31的轴向延伸。
如图3(b)所示,边缘保护带32被粘贴于该层厚部分R。边缘保护带32粘贴于筒状包装材料31的内表面侧。
这里,至少在密封时,筒状包装材料31如图3(b)所示,成为扁平的压扁形状,如图1所示,通过焊头3和砧座4从图3(b)的纸面上下方向进行按压,在密封位置,构成薄片体的包装材料30A、30B成为构成两层重合的层叠体的状态。但是,如果上述层厚部分R的一部分包含边缘保护带32,则薄片体成为4层重合的状态。
(砧座)
如图1所示,砧座4的前端面4A配置成与焊头3的前端面相对。
在砧座4的前端面4A形成有由分别向各振动赋予面3a凸出的凸出体的前端部构成的2个按压面10。各按压面10分别夹着重合的薄片体,与在焊头3的前端面形成的振动赋予面3a相对。而且,能够通过按压面10和振动赋予面3a从厚度方向以预先设定的载荷夹入由大于或等于2个的薄片体重合而成的层叠体。
在本实施方式中,如图1所示,将各按压面10的宽度(隔着层叠体与振动赋予面3a相对的宽度)设定为比振动赋予面3a的宽度短。
各按压面10如作为斜视图的图4以及作为俯视图的图5所示,成为沿着薄片体的熔接位置延伸的带状。该按压面10具有在按压面10的长度方向中央部形成的凹形状的台阶部10A、和与该台阶部10A的两侧相连续的一对延伸面10B。一对延伸面10B成为隔着台阶部10A沿着熔接位置在左右方向上延伸的平坦面。在本实施方式中,例示了延伸面10B的密封面形状是矩形形状的情况。例如,左右的延伸面10B的密封面形状也可以分别为随着远离上述密封中央侧而宽度连续或者阶段性地变宽的形状。
另外,在本实施方式中,如图4以及图5所示,在带状的按压面10的侧方具有树脂引导部10D。树脂引导部10D具有如下作用:在按压面10进行熔接时,将熔融而向侧方流动的树脂向侧方引导,即,通过控制熔融树脂的流动,从而抑制容易剥离的熔融树脂块的形成。
本实施方式的树脂引导部10D在台阶部10A的侧方位置具有将熔融树脂向侧方且外方(从按压面10离开的方向)引导的槽10Da。通过该槽10Da控制熔融树脂的流动。
这里,如图4以及图5所示,在树脂引导部10D的槽10Da的根基侧(延伸面10B)存在沿延伸面10B延伸的分支根部分。该分支根部分是将熔融而向侧方流动的树脂引导至槽10Da或者积存树脂的槽。在图4以及图5中,分支根部分仅形成于与台阶部10A对应的位置,但也可以使该分支根部分沿左右方向延伸,例如沿延伸面10B形成为与延伸面10B相同的长度。
(台阶部10A)
如图6所示,鉴于在层厚部分R层叠数多,台阶部10A形成于能够与该重叠部分抵接的位置,成为与该层叠部分相应的凹形状。
本实施方式的台阶部10A在侧视观察时为梯形形状的凹部,由中央的底面10Aa和与该底面10Aa连续的左右的倾斜面10Ab构成。而且,台阶部10A的长度比层厚部分R的长度长,如图6所示,层厚部分R的左右两端以位于各倾斜面10Ab的方式形成。
这里,台阶部10A的形状在侧视观察时不限定于梯形形状。可以是圆弧状的形状,也可以是三角形形状等。总之,只要是在左右形成有倾斜面10Ab的形状即可。在是圆弧状的形状的情况下,是左右的倾斜面10Ab由曲面形成的例子,另外,在是圆弧状的形状、三角形形状的情况下,最下部位置(相当于底面10Aa)为1点(点状)。
在台阶部10A的倾斜面10Ab形成有在按压面10的宽度方向上延伸的一条或者大于或等于两条的槽部20。在图4~图6中,图示了在倾斜面10Ab形成有一条槽部20的情况。
这里,在图4等中,例示了槽部20以相同宽度直线状地延伸的情况。槽部20的宽度可以沿着延伸方向变化,也可以一边弯曲或者蜿蜒一边延伸。
各槽部20的宽度A例如为大于或等于0.5mm且小于或等于1.5mm的范围。通过将槽部20的宽度设于这样的范围,由此,本实施方式在槽部20与层厚部分R抵接的情况下,能够缓和对层厚部分R施加的压力。另外,在槽部20与除了层厚部分R以外的密封部分抵接的情况下,也能够对密封部分施加筒状包装材料31的熔接所需要的压力。
在倾斜面10Ab形成的槽部20的深度B例如为大于或等于0.05mm且小于或等于1.0mm的范围。通过将槽部20的深度B设于这样的范围,由此,本实施方式在槽部20与层厚部分R抵接的情况下,缓和对层厚部分R施加的压力。另外,在槽部20与除了层厚部分R以外的密封部分抵接的情况下,也能够对筒状包装材料31施加筒状包装材料31的熔接所需要的压力。
这里,在考虑了形成凹槽20的倾斜表面10Ab的位置的情况下,槽部20的深度B例如设为小于或等于从台阶部10A的最下部位置(底面10Aa)至形成槽部20的倾斜面10Ab的位置C为止的深度方向上的距离的2倍。或者,优选将在倾斜面10Ab形成的槽部20的深度B设为从台阶部10A的最下部位置即底面10Aa至形成槽部20的倾斜面10Ab的位置为止的深度方向的距离E或者其附近。其附近是指例如具有±0.2mm的余量的范围。
另外,在倾斜面10Ab形成的槽部20的形成位置C例如优选设为,使槽部20的宽度方向中央位置是能够与上述薄片体的层厚部分R的沿上述熔接位置的方向上的端部相对的位置、或者深度比该能够相对的位置深的倾斜面10Ab位置(图6中,以标号y表示的范围)。
另外,在本实施方式中,在延伸面10B的倾斜面10Ab侧(台阶部10A侧)的位置形成有第2槽部21。
第2槽部21的宽度例如为大于或等于0.5mm且小于或等于1.5mm的范围。通过将第2槽部21的宽度设为这样的范围,本实施方式在第2槽部21与层厚部分R抵接的情况下,缓和对层厚部分R施加的压力。另外,在第2槽部21与除了层厚部分R以外的密封部分抵接的情况下,也能够对密封部分施加筒状包装材料31的熔接所需要的压力。
另外,第2槽部21的深度例如为大于或等于0.05mm且小于或等于1mm的范围。通过将第2槽部21的深度设为这样的范围,本实施方式能够在第2槽部21与层厚部分R抵接的情况下缓和对层厚部分R施加的压力。另外,在第2槽部21与除了层厚部分R以外的密封部分抵接的情况下,也能够对筒状包装材料31施加筒状包装材料31的熔接所需要的压力。
从第2槽部21的倾斜面10Ab侧的槽部21的边缘至相邻的台阶部10A的倾斜面10Ab的距离例如设定为大于或等于0mm且小于或等于1.5mm的距离。
这里,槽部20以及第2槽部21的剖面形状例如为半圆形状等曲线形状。另外,槽部20以及第2槽部21的剖面形状不仅可以是曲线形状,也可以是三角形形状或者四边形形状。槽部20以及第2槽部21的剖面形状分别单独设计即可。图8表示其他例子。
另外,槽部20以及第2槽部21的剖面形状优选以对层厚部分R进行按压的方向为轴的形状。另外,由于角度尖的部分有可能损伤包装材料30,因此优选角部以倒角或者带圆形的方式形成。
另外,如图1以及图5所示,在2个按压面10之间配置有构成使切割刀片7进退的刀狭缝15的槽。切割刀片7设置成能够向焊头3侧后退,用于切断2条密封位置之间,分离在前和后续的纸容器。
(动作等)
图1示出了先封装了容器下端部、与对内部填充了液体的砖型液体用纸容器的口(上端部)进行密封的同时对下一个容器的下端部进行密封之前的状态。
根据该图1的状态,通过焊头3的振动赋予面3a和砧座4的前端面从两侧以规定的载荷夹住筒状包装材料31,压扁筒状包装材料31,成为层叠了薄片体的层叠体的状态。接着,通过使焊头3的振动赋予面3a进行超声波振动,使内装用树脂层30e熔融,在纸面正交方向上对2条密封位置进行密封。
此时,台阶部10A形成于与层厚部分R对应的位置而对层厚部分R进行按压。台阶部10A的形状形成为,在层厚部分R相对于台阶部10A无位置偏移地抵接的情况下,能够对层厚部分R的厚度尽可能地施加最佳的压力。即,通过台阶部10A的侧面即倾斜面10Ab形成锥形,由此,深度以随着越接近底面10Aa越变深的方式连续地变化,因此,即使在台阶部内层厚部分R稍微产生位置偏移,也减轻向封装的面的压力变化。
但是,考虑到层厚部分R的位置偏移,即使在台阶部10A设置了倾斜面10Ab的情况下,在没有槽部20的情况下,密封方向的压力分布也成为图7的虚线所示的分布,可知在倾斜面10Ab形成有压力分布的峰值。
与此相对,如果如实施方式那样在倾斜面10Ab形成槽部20,则确认该倾斜面10Ab处的压力峰值大幅变小,密封方向的压力更均匀化。此外,在该图7的例子中,是使槽部20的底的深度与底面10Aa的深度相等的情况的例子。
该槽部20的效果在层厚部分R的位置从台阶部10A的中央偏移的情况下有效。即,在与层厚部分R的重叠变少的倾斜面10Ab侧,压力相应地降低,但在与层厚部分R的重叠变多的倾斜面10Ab侧,即使压力上升,也通过槽部20减轻压力,使密封方向的压力均匀化。
另外,在本实施方式中,在层厚部分R较大地偏移而越过倾斜面10Ab的情况下,通过在延伸面10B形成的第2槽部21,缓和对与没有台阶部10A的部分抵接的层厚部分R施加的压力。
图6是表示台阶部10A的长度L与包装材料30的端部31a以及端部31b的层厚部分R之间的关系的图。
如图6所示,台阶部10A的长度L通过下述的式(1)、(2)表示。此外,式(1)中的T1是层厚部分R的沿着封装方向的长度。式(2)中的T2是底面10Aa的沿着封装方向的长度。此外,在式(1)、(2)中,x1是在台阶部10A对层厚部分R进行了按压的状态下,台阶部10A的沿着封装方向的端部的一方(图6中左侧)与层厚部分R的偏移的沿着封装方向的长度。x2是在台阶部10A对层厚部分R进行了按压的状态下,台阶部10A的沿着封装方向的端部的另一方(图6中右侧)与层厚部分R的偏移的沿着封装方向的长度。
另外,D是从台阶部10A的沿着封装方向的端部的一方至底面10Aa的端部中的近侧的端部为止的图6所示的长度。

在上述关系中,本实施方式例如能够将D设为大于或等于0.5mm且小于或等于5.0mm。另外,例如能够使x1以及x2大于或等于0.0mm、小于或等于1.5mm而形成台阶部10A。
并且,在本申请实施方式中,也能够以(4)式的方式表示T1、T2与y1、y2的关系。另外,y1、y2与x1、x2的关系优选为式(5)的关系。

从得到均匀的密封的观点出发,优选在T2的两侧以均等的长度设置y1、y2
另外,在密封时,在位于振动赋予面3a与按压面10之间的热塑性树脂过剩的情况下,熔融的热塑性树脂的一部分从密封位置被挤出至侧方。
在本实施方式中,该被挤出的热塑性树脂通过槽10Da向远离按压面10的方向引导(导向),由此抑制容易剥离的树脂块的形成。即,虽然断续且不定形的树脂块成为容易剥离的树脂块,但在本实施方式中,通过树脂引导部10D对熔融的热塑性树脂的流动进行控制,从而抑制容易剥离的不定形树脂块的产生。
(第2实施方式)
下面,参照附图说明本发明的第2实施方式。
本实施方式的基本结构与第1实施方式相同。即,关于带状的按压面10的结构,采用在第1实施方式中说明的结构的任意者。
但是,本实施方式如图9所示,不同点在于,在带状的按压面10的侧方设置有多个块体40。多个块体40的列沿着与按压面10的延伸方向相同的方向排列,并且相邻的块体40成为相互不接触的状态。
该块体40兼作为对熔融的热塑性树脂的流动进行控制的树脂流动部。
多个块体40也可以存在于各按压面10的两侧,但在本实施方式中,例示了将多个块体40的列配置于将2个按压面10夹在中间的两侧的情况。
另外,各块体40的顶面(前端的面)被设定为其高度F小于按压面10的高度E、或者与按压面10的前端面为相同高度。这里,高度E、F是指例如从砧座4的前端面4A凸出的凸出量。高度E、F也可以通过从在砧座4设置的基准平面(未图示)凸出的凸出量表示。
在图9中例示了从块体40的凸出方向(由焊头3和砧座4夹持的夹持方向)观察,静止状态的振动赋予面3a与块体40不重叠的情况。在静止状态的振动赋予面3a与块体40重叠的情况下,优选各块体40的高度小于按压面10的高度。
如图10所示,各多个块体40中以沿着按压面10的延伸方向排列的方式设定。
在图10中,例示了块体40与按压面10的间隔距离G相等的情况,但不限定于此。例如,在层厚部分R中,由于存在密封时产生的热塑性树脂的熔融量相对变多的倾向,因此也可以在台阶部10A的侧方将块体40与按压面10的间隔距离G设定得比其他位置的间隔距离G大。
该间隔距离G例如设定为大于或等于0.5mm且小于或等于1.5mm。如果在该范围外,则有可能难以控制熔融树脂的流动。
相邻的块体40间的间隙H例如设定为大于或等于0.1mm且小于或等于2.0mm。
这是因为,如果间隙H小于0.1mm,则难以在薄片体(包装材料)之间形成仅空气逸出的间隙,另一方面,如果间隙H超过2.0mm,则熔融的树脂有可能向外侧移动。
(动作等)
第2实施方式在第1实施方式所说明的按压面10的结构的作用效果的基础上,还具有如下的作用效果。
与第1实施方式相同地,通过焊头3的振动赋予面3A与砧座4的前端面4A从两侧以规定的压力夹住筒状包装材料31,使筒状包装材料31成为层叠体的状态,使焊头3的振动赋予面3A进行超声波振动。由此,在层厚部分R处对2条密封位置进行密封,使内装用树脂层30e和外装用树脂层30b熔融而密封。另外,与此同时,将图3所示的包装材料30A和30B的内装用树脂层30e熔融而在纸面正交方向上密封。此时,边缘保护带32也被固定于包装材料30A、30B之间。
此时,如果通过焊头3的振动赋予面3a和砧座4的前端面4A从两侧对筒状包装材料31进行按压,则如图11所示,砧座4侧的包装材料30B部分变形为沿着该砧座4的前端面4A的形状。即,在振动赋予面3a与按压面10之间的密封位置,重合的两张包装材料30A、30B成为紧贴状态,但在其侧方形成沿着密封位置的带状的空隙部S。该空隙部S的剖面形状由块体40与按压面10的间隔距离、块体40的高度规定。
在本实施方式中,由于在多个块体40之间存在间隙H,因此上述带状的空隙部S不会成为密封空间状态。因此,在块体40之间的位置,逸出至块体40的外方的间隙H容易形成于两张包装材料30之间。
在这种状态下,如果使焊头3的振动赋予面3a进行超声波振动,则位于振动赋予面3a与按压面10之间的热塑性树脂熔融,由此,在位于振动赋予面3a与按压面10之间的密封位置,层叠的筒状包装材料31被密封(封装)。
此时,在位于振动赋予面3a与按压面10之间的热塑性树脂过剩的情况下,熔融的热塑性树脂的一部分以规定的压力从密封位置被挤出至侧方。
该被挤出的热塑性树脂流入至上述带状的空隙部S,但通过多个块体40的列抑制进一步向外侧移动。即,被挤出的热塑性树脂的移动被多个块体40的列阻挡。
另外,此时,熔融的热塑性树脂以规定的压力向空隙部S流入,但存在于上述空隙部S的空气从块体40之间的间隙H向外方逸出,从而进行减压。因此,抑制了空气向移动至上述空隙部S的熔融状态的热塑性树脂的混入。即,防止了因空气混入至熔融树脂块而导致的熔融树脂块的溃散。
另外,能够将熔融树脂块的形状设为沿着上述空隙部S的形状。即,能够防止热塑性树脂的形状不良。
通过这样排列成一列的多个块体40对溢出的热塑性树脂的流动进行控制,从而能够控制由溢出的热塑性树脂形成的树脂块的厚度和宽度。因此,即使在热塑性树脂过度熔融的情况下,也能够抑制不定形的容易剥离的熔融树脂块的形成。
其结果,能够抑制树脂块混入至容器的内容物侧。
这里,在上述实施方式中,例示了从竖立设置方向观察块体40的形状为矩形形状的情况,但不限定于该形状。例如,如图12所示,也可以将块体40的角部倾斜地取倒角,使空隙部S的空气容易从块体40之间的间隙H逸出。此时,块体40成为具有倒角部分40a的形状。
另外,由于空隙部S的底面位置与块体40间的间隙H为相同高度,因此在块体40间的间隙H过大的情况下,从该间隙H移动至空隙部S的熔融的树脂的一部分进入间隙H的位置的可能性变大。因此,也可以使块体40间的间隙H的高度比按压面10与块体40的列之间的面(空隙部S的底面)高。例如设为块体40的高度的大于或等于10%且小于或等于50%的范围的提高量。例如,通过在位于按压面10与块体40的列之间的前端面4A形成半圆弧状的1条凹部,由此,相对地降低该按压面10与块体40的列之间的面。
下面,说明本发明涉及的实施例。
(实施例1)
首先,说明实施例1。
说明通过图1所示的超声波密封装置制作由图2所示的包装材料3构成的砖型液体用纸容器的情况。
包装材料30使用了由PE构成的外装用树脂层30b的厚度为15μm、由纸构成的基材层30a的厚度为250μm、由PE构成的树脂膜30c的厚度为15μm、阻挡层30d的厚度为12μm、由PE构成的内装用树脂层30e的厚度为50μm的包装材料。这里,阻挡层30d使用了形成蒸镀膜层而具有阻挡性的PET。阻挡层30d也可以是铝或者其它阻挡材料。
作为砧座,如图4以及图6所示,台阶部10A的形状是梯形形状,在台阶部10A的左右的倾斜面10Ab具有槽部20。槽部20的宽度A为0.5mm。另外,槽部20的深度B为0.2mm,台阶部10A内的槽部20的位置关系C是从0mm至包装材料重叠区间内的长度即图6中的ymm。另外,台阶部10A的深度E大约为0.3mm,槽部20的底面10Aa被设定为与台阶部10A的深度E相同的位置。
在该情况下,如图7所示,由于砧座的倾斜面10Ab,砧座与包装材料强烈地接触,产生压力升高的部分。但是,通过将包装材料咬入基于本发明的槽部20,能够降低强烈接触的部分的压力。
通过基于本发明的超声波密封装置进行熔接(密封)的结果,如果观察包装材料表面,则能够确认包装材料咬入槽部20,其结果具有隆起的形状。另外,即使实际上在砧座的台阶部10A处包装材料的位置关系发生偏移的情况下,也能够降低进行超声波密封时的过度加压,适当地进行超声波密封。
另外,通过设置树脂引导部10D,能够抑制由熔融挤出的热塑性树脂导致的容易剥离的树脂块的形成。
(实施例2)
下面,说明实施例2。
作为所使用的砧座,使用了具有图10所示的第2实施方式的块体40的砧座。除此之外,与实施例1相同。
通过实施例2的砧座进行密封,也能够控制由熔融挤出的热塑性树脂形成的树脂块的厚度和宽度,能够抑制不定形的容易剥离的树脂块的形成。
本发明的范围不限定于图示记载的例示的实施方式,还包含具有与本发明的目的均等的效果的所有实施方式。并且,本发明的范围不限定于权利要求书所划定的发明的特征的组合,而是能够通过全部公开的特征中的特定特征的所有期望的组合进行限定。
另外,本申请主张优先权的日本专利申请2017-193553号(2017年10月3日申请)的全部内容通过参照形成本公开的一部分。

Claims (7)

1.一种超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,
具有与焊头的前端部的振动赋予面相对而沿着薄片体的熔接位置延伸的带状的按压面,所述按压面具有台阶部和一对延伸面,该台阶部是在能够与层叠的薄片体中的层厚相对变厚的层厚部分抵接的位置形成的凹形状,并且在左右两侧具有倾斜面,该一对延伸面分别与所述台阶部的所述左右两侧的倾斜面相连续,隔着所述台阶部沿着所述熔接位置在左右方向上延伸,
该超声波密封用砧座在所述倾斜面形成有在所述按压面的宽度方向上延伸的1条或者大于或等于2条的槽部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,
所述槽部的宽度是大于或等于0.5mm且小于或等于1.5mm的范围。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,
所述槽部的深度大于或等于0.05mm且小于或等于1.0mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,
对于所述槽部,将所述槽部的宽度方向中央位置设为能够与所述薄片体的层厚部分的沿着所述熔接位置的方向上的端部相对的位置,或者深度比该能够相对的位置深的倾斜面位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,
在所述带状的按压面的侧方具有将熔融的树脂引导至侧方的树脂引导部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超声波密封用砧座,其特征在于,
在所述带状的按压面的侧方具有沿着与所述按压面的延伸方向相同的方向排列且相互不接触的多个块体,所述多个块体的高度小于或等于所述按压面的高度。
7.一种超声波密封装置,其具有权利要求1至6中任一项所述的超声波密封用砧座。
