Disclosure of Invention
[ problems to be solved by the invention ]
When the door/window panel is raised from the window-opening position to the window-closing position, the inclined edge of the door/window panel is raised relative to the inclined edge of the window of the door/window opening, thereby reducing the gap between the inclined edge of the door/window panel and the inclined edge of the window. Therefore, when the door window is raised to the window-closing position, there is a possibility that a finger of a passenger in the vehicle compartment is caught between the window glass inclined edge and the window inclined edge.
Accordingly, in the present disclosure, it is an object of the present invention to provide a garnish for a door window that can prevent a finger of an occupant from being sandwiched between a window panel inclined edge of a door window panel and a window inclined edge of a door window opening. In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present disclosure provides a garnish for a door window, the garnish being fixed to a door, the garnish including an interior garnish.
A door window opening that divides a door window portion of a door has a window upper end edge that extends in a door lateral direction and a window inclined edge that extends obliquely downward from one end of the window upper end edge toward one side in the door lateral direction. The door panel is supported on the door so as to be movable up and down between a window opening position for opening the door window portion and a window closing position for closing the door window portion. The door window panel has a window panel upper end edge extending in the door lateral direction, and a window panel inclined edge extending from one end of the window panel upper end edge obliquely downward to the one side in the door lateral direction. According to the lifting of the door window plate, the upper end edge of the window plate lifts relative to the upper end edge of the window, and the inclined edge of the window plate lifts relative to the inclined edge of the window.
The inner garnish is disposed on the door-width-direction inner side of the door panel at the window-closing position on the one side in the door lateral direction, and covers substantially the entire lifting range in the door window portion of the window panel tilt edge of the door panel that is lifted between the window-opening position and the window-closing position from the door-width-direction inner side.
In the above-described configuration, when the door window panel is raised to the window closing position, substantially the entire region of the range of raising and lowering in the door window portion of the window panel tilt edge of the door window panel is covered with the interior trim from the door width direction inner side, and the fingers of the occupant in the vehicle compartment are not inserted and sandwiched between the window panel tilt edge and the window tilt edge.
A second aspect of the present disclosure provides the garnish for a door or window according to the first aspect, wherein a front end edge of the interior garnish is disposed at a position overlapping a movement trajectory of a front end of the inclined edge of the window panel in the door width direction or at a position forward of the movement trajectory of the front end of the inclined edge of the window panel, and a peripheral edge of the interior garnish other than the front end edge is disposed outside the door window portion.
A third aspect of the present invention is the garnish for a door window according to the first aspect, wherein a first end edge of the interior garnish is disposed forward of a movement trajectory of a front end of the inclined edge of the window panel, and a second end edge of the interior garnish opposite to the first end edge is disposed rearward of the door window opening.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is the door window trim according to any one of the first to third aspects, comprising an exterior trim disposed on the door width direction outer side of the door panel at the window closed position on the one side in the door lateral direction, the exterior trim covering substantially the entire region of the door window portion covered from the door width direction inner side by the interior trim from the door width direction outer side.
In the above configuration, since the door width direction outer side of the inner garnish is shielded by the outer garnish, the appearance from the door width direction outer side can be improved by the outer garnish.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the fingers of the passenger from being caught between the window panel inclined edge of the door window panel and the window inclined edge of the door window opening.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. IN the drawings, FR denotes a vehicle front side, UP denotes an upper side, and IN denotes a vehicle width direction inner side. In the following description, the front-rear direction refers to the front-rear direction of the vehicle (the front-rear direction of the door in a door-closed state in which the door is assembled to the vehicle and closed), and the left-right direction refers to the left-right direction in a state of facing the front of the vehicle. The following directions of the door are directions in a door closed state, a door lateral direction is a front-rear direction, a door longitudinal direction is a top-bottom direction, a door width direction is a vehicle width direction, a door outer side (door width direction outer side) is a vehicle width direction outer side (vehicle interior outer side), and a door inner side (door width direction inner side) is a vehicle width direction inner side (vehicle interior inner side).
The vehicle according to the present embodiment has door openings (not shown) in the front left side, front right side, rear left side, and rear right side of a vehicle compartment (not shown), and doors are provided to the door openings. The front side of each door is rotatably supported at the front edge portion of the door opening via a door hinge (not shown), and the door opening is opened and closed by the door tilting about the door hinge. The door 1 having the door window opening 10 of the present embodiment is a rear door disposed on the rear left side and the rear right side of the vehicle compartment, and since the left and right rear doors are substantially identical in configuration, the rear right door 1 will be described below, and the rear left side will not be described. The door 1 may be a front door disposed on the front left side and the front right side of the vehicle compartment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the door 1 includes a door outer panel 2 disposed on the door outer side and a door inner panel 3 disposed on the door inner side of the door outer panel 2, and peripheral edge portions of the door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3 are joined to each other to form a closed space. In addition, the vehicle door 1 includes: a door window portion 4, a glass run channel 5 disposed in an upper region between the door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3 (a closed space), a front tunnel bracket (not shown) that connects a front lower end of the glass run channel 5 to the door inner panel 3, a rear tunnel bracket (not shown) that connects a rear lower end of the glass run channel 5 to the door inner panel 3, a door window panel (door panel) 9 that is supported between the door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3 so as to be able to move up and down, and a glass run channel (8) as a weather strip for the door panel (9). The window portion 4 is defined by a window opening 10 provided in an upper region of the door 1 (an upper region of the outer door panel 2 and the inner door panel 3). The door panel 9 is supported by an elevating mechanism (not shown) provided in a lower portion of the door 1 (between a lower portion of the outer door panel 2 and a lower portion of the inner door panel 3) so as to be able to be elevated and lowered, and is lowered to a window open position to open the door window opening 10 to the maximum extent, and is raised to a window closed position to close (fully close) the door window opening 10.
The door outer panel 2 stands upright in the door front-rear direction to form the outer surface of the door 1. The door inner panel 3 is disposed to face the door inner side of the door outer panel 2. The door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3 are each a metal plate material press-formed into a predetermined shape.
A sash 11 is provided in an upper region of the door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3, and the sash 11 is integrally formed of an upper sash 12, a front sash 13, and a rear sash 14. The upper sash portion 12 extends in the door lateral direction along the upper edge of the door window opening 10, and the lower edge of the upper sash portion 12 defines the upper side of the door window opening 10. The front window frame 13 extends in the door longitudinal direction (substantially vertical direction) along the front end edge portion of the door window opening 10, and the rear end edge of the front window frame 13 defines the front of the door window opening 10. The rear sash portion 14 includes a rear inclined sash portion 17 that is bent from the rear end of the upper sash portion 12 and extends obliquely rearward and downward, and a rear lower sash portion 18 that is bent from the lower end of the rear inclined sash portion 17 and extends in the door longitudinal direction (substantially vertical direction), and the front end edge of the rear sash portion 14 defines the rear of the door window opening 10. The upper end edge of a region below the door window opening 10 (door window opening lower region 15) of the door 1 defines the lower side of the door window opening 10.
In this way, the lower end edge of the upper sash portion 12 constitutes a window upper end edge 31 extending in the door lateral direction, and the front end edge of the rear inclined window frame portion 17 constitutes a window inclined edge 32 extending obliquely downward from one end (rear end) of the window upper end edge 31 toward one side (rear) in the door lateral direction. Instead of the rear lower sash section 18, the entire rear sash section 14 may be the rear tilt sash section 17. Further, a front tilt window frame portion that is bent from the front end of the upper sash portion 12 and extends obliquely forward and downward may be provided in the front window frame portion. In this case, the rear end edge of the front tilt window frame portion constitutes a window tilt edge extending obliquely downward from one end (front end) of the window upper end edge 31 toward one side (front) in the door lateral direction.
A front end edge portion 16 of the door 1 including the front window frame portion 13 (front end edge portions of the door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3) is connected to a front edge portion of the door opening via a door hinge (not shown).
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the glass run 5 integrally includes an upper run 20, a front guide 21 bent from a front end of the upper run 20 and extending downward, and a rear run 22 bent from a rear end of the upper run 20 and extending downward. The rear channel portion 22 integrally has: an upper portion that is bent from the rear end of the upper guide groove portion 20 and extends obliquely rearward and downward, and a lower portion that is bent from the lower end of the upper portion and extends in the longitudinal direction (substantially vertical direction) of the door. The glass run 5 is disposed between an upper region of the door outer panel 2 and an upper region of the door inner panel 3 (closed space). The glass run 5 is an elongated member having a substantially U-shaped cross section (see fig. 4) in which side plates (a door inner side plate 19a and a door outer side plate 19 b) extend from both end edges of a bottom plate 19c and face each other, and extends along the door window opening 10 in a state of opening to the door window 4 side and is joined to the sash unit 11 by welding. The respective tunnel portions 20, 21, and 22 joined to the door outer panel 2 and the door inner panel 3 form a sash portion (sash) 23 having a fitting recess 24 opening toward the door window portion 4 side.
As shown in fig. 4, the glass run 8 is an elastic material integrally having a glass run main body 25 and a pair of inner and outer lips 26, 27. The glass run channel main body 25 is an elongated member having a substantially U-shaped cross section in which side wall portions (a door inner side wall portion 25a and a door outer side wall portion 25 b) extend from both end edges of a bottom wall portion 25c and face each other, and the bottom wall portion 25c is fitted into the window frame portion 23 (into the glass run channel 5) from the door window portion 4 side in a posture facing the bottom plate portion 19c of the glass run channel 5. The door inner lip 26 protrudes from the front end of the door inner side wall portion 25a to both sides (inner and outer sides) in the door width direction. The door outer lip 27 protrudes from the front end of the door outer side wall portion 25b to both sides (inner and outer sides) in the door width direction. The glass run channel main body 25 defines a glass entrance recess 28 on the inner surface thereof, and the end edge portion of the door panel 9 that has risen through the door window opening 10 enters the glass entrance recess 28. The lip 26 on the door inner side is closely attached to the door inner panel 3 and the door window panel 9, and seals the gap between the door window opening 10 and the door window panel 9 from the door inner side. The door outer lip 27 is closely attached to the door outer panel 2 and the door window panel 9, and seals the gap between the door window opening 10 and the door window panel 9 from the door outer side.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the door panel 9 has a shape corresponding to the door window opening 10, and includes: a window panel upper end edge 41 extending in the door lateral direction, a window panel front end edge 42 extending substantially vertically downward from the front end of the window panel upper end edge 41, a window panel inclined edge 43 extending obliquely rearward and downward from the rear end of the window panel upper end edge 41, and a window panel rear end edge 44 extending substantially vertically downward from the lower end of the window panel inclined edge 43. The window panel front end edge 42 is substantially parallel to the window panel rear end edge 44, the window panel front end edge 42 is raised and lowered along the front guide groove portion 21, and the window panel rear end edge 44 is raised and lowered along a lower portion of the rear guide groove portion 22 (a portion extending substantially parallel to the front guide groove portion 21 and in a substantially vertical direction). As the door window panel 9 is raised and lowered, the window panel upper end edge 41 moves substantially parallel to the window panel upper end edge 31 and is raised and lowered, and the window panel inclined edge 43 moves substantially parallel to the window inclined edge 32 and is raised and lowered.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an interior trim 51 and an exterior trim 52 are provided as door/window trims at the rear of the door 1.
The interior trim 51 is a plate-like member made of hard resin, and is disposed on the door inner side of the door window panel 9 at the window closing position and fixed to the door inner panel 3. As shown in fig. 2, the front end edge 51a of the interior trim 51 is disposed at a position overlapping with or in front of the movement locus of the front end of the window panel inclined edge 43 in the door width direction, and the peripheral edge of the interior trim 51 other than the front end edge 51a is disposed outside the door window portion 4. Thus, the interior trim 51 covers substantially the entire region of the lifting range R1 in the door window portion 4 of the door panel inclined edge 43 of the door panel 9 that is lifted and lowered between the window open position and the window closed position from the door width direction inner side. The region of the interior trim 51 on the door window portion 4 side is curved toward the door outer side so as to face the door window panel 9 at the window closed position.
The exterior trim 52 is a plate-like member made of a hard resin, and is disposed on the door outer side of the door window panel 9 at the window closing position and fixed to the door outer panel 2. The front edge 52a of the exterior trim 52 is disposed at a position overlapping the front edge 51a of the interior trim 51 in the door width direction or forward of the front edge 51a of the interior trim 51, and the peripheral edge of the exterior trim 52 other than the front edge 52a is disposed outside the door window portion 4. Thus, the outer garnish 52 covers substantially the entire region of the range R2 of the door window portion 4 covered from the door inner side by the inner garnish 51 from the door outer side. The region of the exterior trim 52 on the door window portion 4 side is bent toward the door inner side so as to face the door window panel 9 in the window closed position.
According to the present embodiment, when the door window panel 9 is raised to the window closing position, since substantially the entire region of the lifting range R1 in the door window portion 4 of the window panel inclined edge 43 of the door window panel 9 is covered with the interior trim 51 from the door inner side, the finger of the occupant in the vehicle interior is not inserted and sandwiched between the window panel inclined edge 43 and the window panel inclined edge 32.
In addition, since the door outer side of the inner garnish 51 is shielded by the outer garnish 52, the appearance from the door outer side can be improved by the outer garnish 52.
