Abstract
一种使冷却体掺入工业废气而冷却工业废气的
方法,其中一股或多股冷却气体流注入一股或多股工
业废气流,所得到的气体混合物气流在圆柱形混合腔
中产生螺旋运动,该腔带有一个中央分配室,还设置
有多个装在引导盘上并具有开口的螺旋形叶片,以便
使每一股气体混合物气流周期性地分成多股经过叶
片上的孔通向分配室的径向支流以及多股沿着叶片
通向分配室的切向支流,以及在分配室中,支流重新
组合。
Description
本发明涉及一种使在不同条件下的气体混合的方法。本发明还涉及一种用于使气体混合的混合器。
气体的混合通常是在静态混合器中进行的。现有技术的此类混合器包括带有横向波纹的导向面或刚性地固定在圆筒形外壳上的螺旋式的混合器叶片。
因此,在以一定的角度互相注入的多股支流中,一股气流同别的气流在紊流条件下混合,或在旋流运动条件下组合成均匀的混合气体。
已知方法和上述类型的混合器的缺点是,需要很大的空间才能产生紊流或旋流运动。当气体在反应器中混合时,在昂贵的压力外壳内部需要额外的空间用来混合。
现已发现,气体的混合可以在相当狭小的空间内通过使同一层面的不同的气体混合而实现。这些气体是通过将气体不断地分为多股沿不同方向流向分配室的支流而产生的。
因此,本发明提供一种使冷却气体掺入工业废气而冷却工业废气的方法,其中一股或多股冷却气体流注入一股或多股工业废气流,所得到的气体混合物气流在圆柱形混合腔中产生螺旋运动,该腔带有一个中央分配室,还设置有多个装在引导盘上并具有开口的螺旋形叶片,以便使每一股气体混合物气流周期性地分成多股经过叶片上的孔通向分配室的径向支流以及多股沿着叶片通向分配室的切向支流,以及
在分配室中,支流重新组合。
本发明还包括一种用于执行上述过程的静态混合器,本发明的混合器在圆柱形外壳内包括,
一个同心地设置在外壳内的分配室,
一个水平的引导盘,它与混合器的分配室和外壳之间的环形腔的横截面部分相适应,
设置有很多螺旋叶片的混合室,这些叶片装在引导盘上,并从分配室向混合室外壳延伸,其螺旋叶片适宜于将进入的混合气体分为多股经过叶片的开口的径向支流和沿着叶片切线方向的切向支流,这些支流都流向中央分配室。
从下面参照附图的详细说明中,本发明的上述目的和特征将变得更加明确,所附唯一一个附图示出根据本发明的一个具体实施例的静态混合器。
在附图中,静态混合器1包括一个设置在圆柱形外壳2内的分配室4,室4和外壳2之间的空间被分割成多个限定在螺旋形叶片6和引导盘8之间的混合腔16。
当该混合器用于冷却催化反应器中的工业废气时,通常将设置在两层催化床之间,其中上床的催化颗粒铺在盖着混合器1的顶部的横截面的栅格(未示)上。
离开催化床的热的工业废气进入混合腔16,并与冷却气体混合,该冷却气体是从外在混合器外周的环注入混合室的。气体进入混合室后,它沿着多个支流通向分配室4,这些支流有的沿螺旋叶片6的切线方向(箭头11所示)流动,也有的沿径向(箭头14所示)通过螺旋叶片6上的开口10,与此同时,气体被混合并均匀化。这样,在混合室16中,切向支流一碰上径向支流,它们就会再混合,从而进入分配室4的气体基本上就是均匀的气体流。在上述催化反应器中,均匀化的气体将从分配室4可选择地经过混合器底部的金属网被分配到混合器1下面的下催化床上。
Claims (2)
1、一种使冷却气体掺入工业废气而冷却工业废气的方法,其中一股或多股冷却气体流注入一股或多股工业废气流,所得到的气体混合物气流在圆柱形混合腔中产生螺旋运动,该腔带有一个中央分配室,还设置有多个装在引导盘上并具有开口的螺旋形叶片,以便使每一股气体混合物气流周期性地分成多股经过叶片上的孔通向分配室的径向支流以及多股沿着叶片通向分配室的切向支流,以及
在分配室中,支流重新组合。
2、一种用于混合不同气体流的静态混合器,在圆柱形外壳内包括,
一个同心地设置在外壳内的分配室,
一个水平的引导盘,它与混合器的分配室和外壳之间的环形腔的横截面部分相适应,
