Abstract

本发明是针对SMP及绝缘子类电连接器在进行焊接前需进行去金搪锡的要求,提供一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,利用自身回弹恢复力在无外力操作的情况下对电连接器进行内部支撑夹持,利用内部夹持既实现了对电连接器的拾取,也确保了搪锡操作的距离控制;同时此工装使用回弹力,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,也杜绝了器件损伤和器件掉落的风险,电连接器更换迅速,提高了搪锡效率和可靠性。本发明结构精巧,操作简单,可利用其实现SMP及绝缘子类电连接器精确去金搪锡操作。

Description

一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装
技术领域
本发明涉及电子元件去金搪锡技术领域,特别是涉及SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装设计。
背景技术
近年来,随着相控阵雷达、航空、航天领域的使用需求,以SMP为代表的超小型推入式射频连接器作为绝缘支撑界面的高性能连接器,因其具有体积小、重量轻、使用方便、工作频带宽抗震动冲击性强的特点,广泛用于军工、民用射频通讯领域。
以某厂生产SMP电连接器的为例,通常是由可伐合金和玻璃绝缘子烧结形成,参考图1。为保证电连接器的有效存储,同时由于高频使用和电性能连接需求,电连接器整体全部进行表面镀金处理,因此在进行电子装联操作时,电连接器本体的插针的镀金层会熔融进入焊点内部,生产脆性的金-锡金属间化合物,且在达到一定重量比时极易造成焊点发生金脆问题而开裂失效。因此解决由镀金层带来的工艺及可靠性问题是确保此类电连接器高可靠使用的条件。按照相关标准要求,镀金器件在焊接前必须进行趋去金搪锡处理,进而确保焊点的可靠性。然后由于SMP电连接器结构尺寸超小,本体为圆周结构,不利于采用烙铁搪锡;而在进行锡锅搪锡时,也不利于采用镊子进行夹持搪锡,且夹持过程中极易造成器件蹦落或遗失。
因此如何解决SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡操作,并精确控制搪锡位置,是本发明技术人员需要解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明是针对SMP及绝缘子类电连接器在进行焊接前需进行去金搪锡的要求,提供一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,本发明结构精巧,操作简单,可利用其实现SMP及绝缘子类电连接器精确去金搪锡操作。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明提供一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,包括正向人字形镊臂和搪锡端头,所述的镊臂的一端用于固定连接两个正向对称放置的夹持臂,另一端分开形成人字或八字型结构;所述的搪锡端头未进行夹持时为张开人字形状态,当靠近贴合时,两个搪锡端头相拼合并形成一个空心圆柱体,便于进行内嵌支撑卡紧,进而实现垂直插入锡锅中进行去金搪锡操作。
上述的工装结构中,所述的人字形镊臂,在其张开成人字形的镊臂尾端设有2个安装孔,用于搪锡端头安装;搪锡端头与镊臂可通过螺钉、螺母安装固定;
上述的工装结构中,所述的搪锡端头包括安装柄和空心半圆柱体两段结构,两种结构为一体化设计,一端用于安装在镊臂上,另一端用于内嵌弹性支撑SMP及绝缘子类电连接器内部,且保护电连接器内部插芯。;
上述的工装结构中,所述的搪锡端头安装柄上设有与人字形镊臂一一对应匹配的安装孔,安装孔数量为2个,用于固定搪锡端头;
上述的工装结构中,所述的搪锡端头尾端贴合时形成空心圆柱结构,张开时各形成内部带有凹槽的半圆柱;圆柱长度不大于所述SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的内腔深度;圆柱的外径不大于所述SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的内径;圆柱中心凹槽内径不小于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的内芯直径;
上述的工装结构中,所述的搪锡端头采用铝合金材料制成;
上述的工装结构中,所述的人字形镊臂采用不锈钢制成。
本发明的SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,在使用时通过按压镊臂,促使两侧人字形镊臂向内收拢,然后将两个空心半圆柱形的搪锡端头合拢嵌入SMP及绝缘子类电连接器内壁,然后去除按压镊臂,让镊臂自然回弹,使用自身回弹恢复力及搪锡端头的两个半圆柱形撑住电连接器内壁,确保电连接器不掉落,然后缓慢插入去金搪锡锡锅中进行去金搪锡,然后在缓慢插入搪锡锡锅中进行二次搪锡操作。
本发明与现有技术对比,具有以下创新效果:
1)本发明所述的工装利用自身回弹恢复力在无外力操作的情况下对电连接器进行内部支撑夹持,利用内部夹持既实现了对电连接器的拾取,也确保了搪锡操作的距离控制;同时此工装使用回弹力,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,也杜绝了器件损伤和器件掉落的风险,电连接器更换迅速,提高了搪锡效率和可靠性;
2)本发明中提供的工装搪锡端头,通过设计加工成空心半圆柱结构,在对器件实现内撑固定的同时,也更好了保护了器件内臂的圆周结构和内部插芯,采用半圆结构可避免支撑变形,确保了夹持的可靠性;
3)本发明搪锡端头采用铝合金制造完成,可以保证MP及绝缘子类电连接器在搪锡时的散热需求,同时铝材轻质且强度大,可反复使用;
4)本发明工装结构设计精巧,操作简单,可确保搪锡操作的可靠性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的方案、目的和创新性更加清晰的表达,以下结合附图,举一具体实例对本发明工装操作做进一步的详细叙述:
1)准备并检查搪锡用相关设备,包括去金锡锅、搪锡锡锅,烟雾净化系统除尘等,确保设备工作正常,并开启除尘系统;
2)准备并检查搪锡相关工具准备,包括搪锡工装、氢化松香液、无水乙醇、去离子水、吸锡带、阻焊胶等;
3)操作前将待焊接的机壳、印制板、SMP电连接器进行数量清点,检查器件型号符合文件要求,电连接器外部壳体圆周光滑,镀金层均匀,中心插针垂直去偏斜,对于存在镀层不均匀、插针偏斜的电连接器应剔除;并采用无水乙醇进行清洗,去除表面的油脂污染物;
4)调整搪锡(去金)锡锅温度为250℃,开启排风系统,锡锅保温待用;
5)取出适量阻焊胶,搅拌均匀后,将电连接器尾部插针进行阻焊保护,避免插针搪锡位置过高,阻焊防护后放置待用,以备电连接器去金搪锡;
6)取出搪锡工装,使用单手控制捏紧镊臂,保持搪锡端头的空心半圆柱合并,然后插入SMP电连接器内部,然后松开放松镊臂,保持镊臂自然回弹,确保两瓣半圆柱靠紧支撑电连接器内部,然后垂直向下放置,观察电连接器确认电连接器不掉落;
7)去金锡锅温度设置为250℃,保持搪锡工装镊子垂直缓慢插入去金锡锅中进行电连接器外壁搪锡,搪锡高度电连接器焊杯高度的2/3,然后缓慢取出电连接器,向内按压镊臂,将搪锡端头贴合,释放弹力支撑,卸下器件,待其慢慢冷却至室温;
8)手动去除尾部插针表面的阻焊胶,然后再次采用工装镊子固定电连接器,保持锡锅温度设置为250℃,保持工装垂直缓慢插入去金锡锅中进行尾端插针去金搪锡,然后缓慢取出电连接器,释放电连接器,并待其缓慢冷却至室温;
9)将冷却至室温的SMP射频电连接器(上面附有凝固松香),放入盛有无水乙醇的防静电托盘中进行浸泡清洗,待器件上的凝固松香弯曲溶解后,用防静电软毛刷沿着器件表面轻轻刷洗器件引脚,不应过度用力避免损伤器件引脚,刷洗时间应尽量控制在3min;
10)清洗完成后,取出器件室温放置晾干。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,该工装包括人字形镊臂和搪锡端头,所述人字形镊臂一端用于固定连接两个正向对称放置的夹持臂,另一端分开形成人字或八字型结构;所述的搪锡端头未进行夹持时为张开人字形状态,当靠近贴合时,两个搪锡端头相拼合并形成一个空心圆柱体,便于进行内嵌支撑卡紧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述人字形镊臂尾端设有安装孔,用于搪锡端头安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述搪锡端头包括安装柄和空心半圆柱体两段结构,一端用于安装在镊臂上,另一端用于内嵌弹性支撑SMP及绝缘子类电连接器内部。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述搪锡端头安装柄上设有与人字形镊臂一一对应匹配的安装孔,用于固定搪锡端头。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述搪锡端头尾端贴合时形成空心圆柱结构,张开时各形成内部带有凹槽的半圆柱;圆柱长度不大于所述SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的内腔深度;圆柱的外径不大于所述SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的内径;圆柱中心凹槽内径不小于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的内芯直径。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述搪锡端头采用铝合金材料制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述人字形镊臂采用不锈钢制成。
8.如权利要求2所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述人字形镊臂尾端设有2个安装孔。
9.如权利要求2所述的一种用于SMP及绝缘子类电连接器的去金搪锡工装,其特征在于,所述搪锡端头与镊臂可通过螺钉、螺母安装固定。
