Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a secondary drainage pipeline of a caisson type toilet, which comprises a drainage main pipe transversely laid in a sunken area, wherein a vertical drainage pipe is communicated with the drainage main pipe; a section of drain pipe is transversely arranged on the vertical drain pipe, and a drain tank is arranged below the drain pipe; the drainage pipe is embedded between the waterproof protective layer and the ceramsite concrete layer in the sinking area; one end of the drain pipe is communicated with the vertical drain pipe, and the other end of the drain pipe is provided with a pipe plug. According to the secondary drainage pipeline of the caisson type toilet, provided by the invention, the drainage pipe with one end communicated with the drainage vertical pipe is arranged on the waterproof protective layer, and the drainage groove for reversely draining water overflowing from the sunken area back to the drainage main pipe is formed in the drainage pipe, so that even if the pipeline in the caisson type toilet leaks, the water can flow into the drainage main pipe again from the drainage groove, the drainage water level is effectively reduced, and the drainage is not influenced by the blockage of the branch pipe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a secondary drainage pipeline of a caisson type toilet.
Background
The caisson type toilet, also called sinking toilet, mainly means that when the toilet is built, the structural layer sinks downwards, the distance from the floor is about 30cm, the sinking can be whole sinking or local sinking, the sinking toilet is very common in residential buildings, as shown in figure 1, the structure of the sinking toilet is that a main drainage pipe 12 is roughly arranged in the sinking area, and a section of small vertical drainage pipe 3 is communicated with the main drainage pipe 12 and used as a secondary drainage port. The construction method of the caisson type toilet generally comprises the following steps:
(1) before the caisson type toilet sinks to the ground, two waterproof steps are needed. The first track is rigid and the second track is flexible. After completion, a water shut-off test is required, typically for 48 hours.
(2) Then we need to make a round hole with a diameter of 20mm at the lowest part of the caisson floor and the riser, and then insert a 20mm diameter round tube into the hole, with a depth of about 4 mm. The drainage pipeline is arranged at the central part of the agilawood floor, so that the caisson waterproof device is convenient to install. We also need to use cement mortar as a protective layer on the waterproof coating.
(3) After the cement mortar protective layer is dried, the water supply and drainage pipe and the waterproof device body can be installed. It should be noted here that the body is covered with a layer of cobblestones to ensure the smooth drainage of the accumulated water in the caisson.
(4) Then, the sand is used for landfill compaction, the position is recorded to be 5 cm lower than the ground, then cement is paved for flattening, then the doorsill of the toilet is made to be waterproof, and finally the floor tiles are paved.
The caisson type toilet is used as a common mode in residential buildings, and has remarkable advantages. Such as: the caisson type toilet can flexibly arrange the infrastructure of the toilet according to the needs of an owner, so that the individual requirements of the owner can be met. In addition, the drainage pipeline can be changed according to actual conditions and requirements, and compared with the traditional toilet, the drainage pipeline is simpler. If a drainage pipeline needs to be reconstructed in a traditional toilet, the traditional toilet needs to be very troublesome and consumes a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources.
However, caisson type toilets also have disadvantages:
if water leakage occurs, water can be accumulated in the caisson, and the hidden trouble of secondary water leakage still exists. If the branch pipe is blocked, sewage can gush out from the secondary water outlet. Long term standing water can cause the wall to wet and may also create a potential hazard to the structure. When the manual work cannot dredge, people must pry the floor, and therefore the floor is troublesome and consumes a lot of funds.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a secondary drainage pipeline of a caisson type toilet and a construction method thereof, wherein the secondary drainage pipeline can ensure that the accumulated water level can be effectively reduced and drainage is not affected by the blockage of a branch pipe.

a secondary drainage pipeline of a caisson type toilet comprises a drainage main pipe which is transversely laid in a sinking area, wherein a vertical drainage pipe is communicated with the drainage main pipe; a section of drain pipe is transversely arranged on the vertical drain pipe, and a drain tank is arranged below the drain pipe;
the drainage pipe is embedded between the waterproof protective layer and the ceramsite concrete layer in the sinking area;
one end of the drain pipe is communicated with the vertical drain pipe, and the other end of the drain pipe is provided with a pipe plug.
Further, as for the secondary drainage pipeline of the caisson type toilet, at least 2 drainage grooves are arranged side by side.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a construction method of the secondary drainage pipeline of the caisson type toilet, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: manufacturing a drain pipe; arranging drainage grooves with the width of 5mm on the pipe wall of the drainage pipe, and arranging 3 drainage grooves at equal intervals side by side;
step 2: before the caisson type toilet sinks to the ground, firstly, two waterproof steps are carried out, the first step is rigid, the second step is flexible, and a water closing test is carried out for 48 hours after the waterproof steps are finished;
and step 3: a waterproof protective layer is arranged on the lower waterproof layer, and then a drain pipe is arranged, so that a drain groove of the drain pipe is arranged along the waterproof protective layer 2; one end of the drainage pipe is communicated with the vertical drainage pipe, and the other end of the drainage pipe is provided with a pipe plug;
and 4, step 4: a filter screen for preventing sand and stone from entering the drainage vertical pipe is wrapped around the drainage groove;
and 5: and a ceramsite concrete layer, a fine stone concrete layer, a waterproof layer, a dry and hard cement mortar layer, a plain cement layer and a ceramic tile are sequentially paved above the vertical drainage pipe from bottom to top.

one end of the drainage pipe 10 is communicated with the vertical drainage pipe 3, and the other end is provided with a pipe plug 102.

Preferably, in order to prevent sand and stone from entering the drain pipe and further improve the smoothness of the overflow water flowing back again in the sinking area, the periphery of the drain tank 101 is wrapped with a filter screen.
The invention also provides a construction method of the secondary drainage pipeline of the caisson type toilet, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: manufacturing a drain pipe 10; the pipe wall of the drain pipe 10 is provided with drain grooves 101 with the width of 5mm, and 3 drain grooves 101 are arranged side by side at equal intervals;
step 2: before the caisson type toilet sinks to the ground, firstly, two waterproof steps are carried out, the first step is rigid, the second step is flexible, and a water closing test is carried out for 48 hours after the waterproof steps are finished;
and step 3: a waterproof protective layer 2 is arranged on the lower waterproof layer 1, and then a drain pipe 10 is arranged and installed, so that a drain groove 101 of the drain pipe 10 is arranged to be attached to the waterproof protective layer 2; one end of the drain pipe 10 is communicated with the vertical drain pipe 3, and the other end is provided with a pipe plug 102;
and 4, step 4: a filter screen for preventing sand from entering the drainage vertical pipe 3 is wrapped around the drainage groove 101;

step 1: manufacturing a drain pipe (10); arranging drainage grooves (101) with the width of 5mm on the wall of the drainage pipe (10), and arranging 3 drainage grooves (101) at equal intervals side by side;
