The middle of the second supporting plate 19 is provided with a first circular groove 24, the upper parts of the first circular groove 24 and the second round hole 20 are overlapped, the stamping device 18 is provided with a spring 31, the spring 31 is matched with the first circular groove 24, and the lower end of the stamping device 18 is provided with a second circular groove 25.
