本发明涉及一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,包括胶枪本体,在胶枪本体上安装有进料管,在进料管上安装配料器,所述的配料器设置在进料管上部,该配料器包括第一配料器和第二配料器,该配料器包括带有刻度的单元料管、推进活塞,所述的推进活塞同轴可拆卸插装在对应的单元料管中。本发明设计科学合理、结构简单,通过对现有上胶枪的改进有效解决了使用中的溢胶问题技术问题,不仅适用于多种组分配比的硅酮胶添胶生产,还可以有效避免由于硅酮胶A相挤出性高而添胶均匀度差、易流胶的问题的出现,提高生产效率,节约用料,在实际应用中效果优良。

技术领域
本发明属于化工生产领域,涉及硅酮胶上胶枪,尤其是一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪。
背景技术
玻璃胶是一种常用黏合剂,是将各种玻璃与其它基材进行粘接和密封的材料,由硅酸钠和醋酸以及有机性的硅酮组成,硅酸钠易溶于水,有粘性。现有的玻璃胶主要分两大类:硅酮胶和聚氨酯胶(PU),硅酮胶密封胶指的就是常说的玻璃胶。
硅酮玻璃胶从产品包装上可分为两类:单组份和双组份。单组份的硅酮胶,其固化是靠接触空气中的水分而产生物理性质的改变;双组份则是指硅酮胶分成A、B两组,任何一组单独存在都不能形成固化,但两组胶浆一旦混合就产生固化。
随着气温变暖的日益加剧,低碳环保的号召,高级建筑纷纷采用更加节能的中空玻璃。从而起到了保温、隔音的效果。现今市场流通的双组份硅酮中空玻璃胶在手工施工过程中,普遍存在A组份挤出性太高,易流淌的现象。尤其到了夏季,在向中空玻璃缝隙填胶的时候会流到缝隙外,造成中空玻璃缝隙周边的玻璃污染,严重影响了玻璃的美观。
故根据产品使用的需要,对硅酮胶的物理性能的研发有了较高的需求,而现有技术通常是在硅酮胶的组分上进行研发,研发周期长,成本高,在实际操作中并不能快速的解决上述 A组份挤出性高在上胶过程中存在的溢胶现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,本专利通过对现有上胶枪的改进有效解决了使用中的溢胶问题技术问题,且适用于多种产品的使用。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,包括胶枪本体,在胶枪本体上安装有进料管,在进料管上安装配料器,所述的配料器设置在进料管上部,该配料器包括第一配料器和第二配料器,该配料器包括带有刻度的单元料管、推进活塞,所述的推进活塞同轴可拆卸插装在对应的单元料管中。
而且,在进料管的内部安装有升降搅拌器,该搅拌器为电机驱动的桨式搅拌器,搅拌桨的下部安装有螺纹杆,该螺纹杆插装在进料管的底部,与进料管的底部螺纹连接。
而且,在所述进料管的外部出口端安装有导流袋,该导流袋为扁口橡胶袋。
而且,所述的导流袋通过螺纹连接件可拆卸安装在进料管的外部出口端。
而且,所述的配料器可拆卸设置在进料管上部,与所述的进料管相通。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明和配料管可拆卸安装在进料管上,可拆卸组合使用,不仅可以同时进行填料操作,节省时间,避免造成污染,还方便清洁和放置。
2、本发明的进料器上带有刻度,量化添加比例,使得试验操作直观,分体式进料器设置方便操作,根据产品的组分精度要求进行上胶,有效控制填料比例。
3、本发明的桨式搅拌器提高搅拌效率,通过扁口橡胶导流袋的设置有效增大硅酮胶流动面且减缓流速的功能,由于导流袋为扁口设计,可以根据产品的特性,将扁口导流袋的开口端插装在玻璃添胶缝隙中,对玻璃缝隙进行填胶,使用方便、操作性好。
4、本发明设计科学合理、结构简单,通过对现有上胶枪的改进有效解决了使用中的溢胶问题技术问题,不仅适用于多种组分配比的硅酮胶添胶生产,还可以有效避免由于硅酮胶A 相挤出性高而添胶均匀度差、易流胶的问题的出现,提高生产效率,节约用料,在实际应用中效果优良。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,如图1所示,包括胶枪本体7,在胶枪本体上安装有进料管10,在进料管上安装配料器,所述的配料器可拆卸设置在进料管上部,与所述的进料管相通,该配料器包括第一配料器3和第二配料器4,该配料器包括带有刻度的单元料管6、推进活塞5,所述的推进活塞同轴可拆卸插装在对应的单元料管中。
在进料管的内部安装有升降搅拌器,该搅拌器为电机驱动的桨式搅拌器8,搅拌桨的下部安装有螺纹杆9,该螺纹杆插装在进料管的底部,与进料管的底部螺纹连接,该螺纹杆为空腔结构,其内部设置有导线,电机的驱动端通过导线设置在螺纹杆的手持端。
在所述进料管的外部出口端通过螺纹连接件2可拆卸安装有导流袋1,该导流袋为扁口橡胶袋。
使用时,根据需要在第一配料器和第二配料器中分别添加硅酮胶的A相和B相,根据生产玻璃产品对硅酮胶组分的需要进行添加量的量化,添加完成后,可以根据需要拆卸配料器或不拆卸,发动电机启动搅拌器对A相和B相进行搅拌,可以根据进料管中添加量进行调节,以确保搅拌均匀。
在进料管的外部出口端根据需要选择需要规格的导流袋,由于导流袋为扁口设计,可以根据产品的特性,将扁口导流袋的开口端插装在玻璃添胶缝隙中,对玻璃缝隙进行填胶,不仅适用于多种组分配比的硅酮胶添胶生产,还可以有效避免由于硅酮胶A相挤出性高而添胶均匀度差、易流胶的问题的出现,提高生产效率,节约用料。

1.一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,其特征在于:包括胶枪本体,在胶枪本体上安装有进料管,在进料管上安装配料器,所述的配料器设置在进料管上部,该配料器包括第一配料器和第二配料器,该配料器包括带有刻度的单元料管、推进活塞,所述的推进活塞同轴可拆卸插装在对应的单元料管中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,其特征在于:在进料管的内部安装有升降搅拌器,该搅拌器为电机驱动的桨式搅拌器,搅拌桨的下部安装有螺纹杆,该螺纹杆插装在进料管的底部,与进料管的底部螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,其特征在于:在所述进料管的外部出口端安装有导流袋,该导流袋为扁口橡胶袋。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高精度多组分比例硅酮胶上胶枪,其特征在于:所述的导流袋通过螺纹连接件可拆卸安装在进料管的外部出口端。
