Description

Compound disinfectant formula of hydrogen peroxide and percarbamide, product and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitation and disinfection, in particular to a formula of a low-concentration hydrogen peroxide and percarbamide composite disinfectant, a product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The second-generation disinfectant peracetic acid in the disinfectant market of China is still the main disinfectant variety of China at present, although the defects and shortcomings of instability, easy decomposition, large pungent smell, strong corrosivity and the like exist. With the development of economic technology and the improvement of the health level of people's life, people urgently need a high-efficiency broad-spectrum disinfectant variety which is convenient to use, high-quality, low-price, safe, environment-friendly and nontoxic and green, so that novel disinfection active substances such as peroxysuccinic acid, peroxycarbamide and other peroxide disinfectants replacing peroxyacetic acid are produced at the same time. The inventor has been working for two decades to develop superior disinfectant formulations, develop new disinfectant actives peroxysuccinic acid and peroxycarbamide instead of peroxyacetic acid, and then develop a new peroxide synergist solid dosage form fenton's reagent, which is patented as follows:
in 1.2000, the inventor filed and granted the national invention patent CN1247095C (a disinfectant composition and a preparation method thereof);
in 2.2001, the inventor applies for and authorizes a national invention patent ZL0112067X (Compound dioxygen tablet and a preparation method thereof);
in 3.2015, the inventor filed patent CN105129957X (a solid-dosage Fenton reagent).
Wherein the peroxycarbamide has excellent bactericidal performance as a novel peroxide disinfectant, and researchers find that the peroxycarbamide is a hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, acts for 20 min when the hydrogen peroxide content is 30 g/L, and kills the staphylococcus aureus and the escherichia coli for a logarithmic value>5.0; when the content is 40 g/L, acting for 80 min, and killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var nigricans spore>5.0, and is stable to store at normal temperature. Acute oral toxicity test, LD, of peroxycarbamide disinfectant on white mice50The value is 5840 rag/kg bw, which is practically nontoxic and has no irritation to the skin of the white rabbit. No micronucleus effect is found on mouse bone marrow pleochromocyte within the dosage range of 292-2920 mg/kg-bw. The peroxycarbamide has good disinfection effect, can effectively kill staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis black variant spores, and animal experiment results are of practical non-toxic level and have no irritation to skin.
Peroxide disinfectants have the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum and rapid action of antimicrobial action, are safe and environment-friendly disinfectants, but the peroxide has the characteristic of active chemical property, so that a great deal of inconvenience is brought to transportation, storage and use, and therefore, how to obtain a novel disinfectant with high killing effect, high stability, convenient use and low cost still needs to be solved urgently at present.
