Abstract
The invention relates to a main network scheduling operation instruction issuing system of an electric power system, which comprises a main station and a plant station, wherein the main station is connected with the plant station; the main station comprises a scheduling end, a second safety area of the scheduling automation system and a third safety area of the scheduling automation system, the scheduling end is respectively connected with the second safety area of the scheduling automation system and the third safety area of the scheduling automation system, the second safety area of the scheduling automation system is connected with the third safety area of the scheduling automation system, and the plant station is respectively connected with the second safety area of the scheduling automation system and the third safety area of the scheduling automation system; the plant station comprises a main control room and a mobile terminal, a second safety area of the dispatching automation system is connected with the main control room, and a third safety area of the dispatching automation system is connected with the mobile terminal. The main network dispatching operation instruction issuing system of the power system is simple and practical, low in efficiency and high in error rate in the existing mode are avoided, reliability and safety are high, maintenance cost is low, and applicability is stronger.

The invention adds wireless network command function on the basis of original network command system, and the factory station can use wired network command system or wireless network system. The wired network command issuing system is unchanged from the original mode. The wireless network command issuing system needs to develop a mobile phone client independently, and the master station system communicates with the mobile phone client through a public network through a second safety area of the dispatching automation system, a third safety area of the dispatching automation system after being isolated. Data communicated through the wireless network still may not be consistent with data of the main station, and if the data are directly operated according to instructions, a safety problem may be caused, so that the situation is avoided by improving a command sending and receiving method, namely, the command information is sent by a single party and then confirmed by a telephone of the other party, the command information transmitted through the public network is controlled in a closed loop mode, and 100% of safety is ensured. Meanwhile, the mode can directly receive the instruction content, and the scheduling instruction can be accurately received no matter where the user is, so that the low efficiency and the error of the handwriting record are avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, an isolation area is arranged between the second safety area of the dispatching automation system and the third safety area of the dispatching automation system, so that the safety is higher.
As shown in fig. 1, an isolation area is also arranged between the three safety areas of the dispatching automation system and the mobile terminal, so that the safety is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the three safety zones of the dispatching automation system are connected with the mobile terminal through the public network via the isolation zone, so that the dispatching automation system is safer.

As shown in fig. 2, in step S3, the dispatching end confirms the operation content with the factory station after receiving the call, and fills in the ordered person, and the execution status of the PC end of the factory station shows that the operation is being performed, which is more accurate.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S6, after the scheduling terminal telephone confirms, the PC endpoint of the factory station clicks the completion of the operation and waits for the scheduling terminal telephone to confirm, and then fills in the completion time and the performer, which are more standard.
