A commercial library and an oracle large-scale commercial library are shared in the whole network, so that the global sharing of data is guaranteed, the consistency of the data is guaranteed, and the problem that operation tickets of all units in the whole network are inconsistent and need to be coordinated is solved. As shown in fig. 3, based on the database access packet sent by the RGS proxy server, the interface parameters are organized, the commercial library interface is called to obtain data, and the data result is organized and returned to the commercial library interface client based on the RGS proxy server. The commercial library proxy service can not only complete simple addition, deletion, modification and check, but also can excellently complete multi-user concurrent requests.
The graphic data proxy service is used for providing a power grid primary wiring diagram required in the use of the operation ticket for the WEB server. The billing, the simulation and the verification can be realized by the aid of a primary wiring diagram of a power grid, and the topology analysis, the load flow calculation and the anti-error verification in the operation of the switch knife switch of the whole network are realized. Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of the graphics data proxy service, in which the RGS public service module is located in the RGS proxy server, the RGS picture operation service module and the RGS picture query service module are located in the graphics server of the I-zone application server, and the RGS client module is located in the WEB server. The III-area dispatching work station comprises dispatching work stations used by an on-duty dispatcher and an administrator, the dispatching work stations complete ticket planning, ticket checking, simulation verification, information inquiry and graph maintenance functions on dispatching operation tickets, and specific links can be opened for specific users through setting permissions, so that the strictness of the operation tickets is increased.
The RGS server is added in the system, so that the physical isolation of the power I area and the power III area can be ensured, the power safety production standard is met, the calling of various services of the network operation ticket of the power III area to the I area can be realized, and the migration of all functions of the conventional operation ticket system is realized.
The system can obtain the graph, the real-time data section and the on-off state of the power grid from a real-time system, realizes on-site intelligent error analysis prevention, simulation verification, ticket drawing and instruction ticket filing, and compared with the prior ticket drawing in a dispatching room, telephone ordering and manual recording and filing, the whole time is shortened by half, paperless operation is realized in the whole operation process, and the printing, handwriting time and economic cost are saved.
The system has no network connection with other management systems and ERP systems, once the operation ticket is finished, only inquiry and statistics can be carried out, and anyone can not modify the operation ticket.
The system standardizes the operation ticket formats, the flow and the scheduling terms of each scheduling mechanism, and forms a unified standard or standard, so that the operation tickets are used by the personnel in the whole network for seamless butt joint, the scheduling work efficiency is obviously improved, and the power grid operation standardization level is improved.
