In this embodiment, the boss portion 13 is a cylindrical boss, in other embodiments, the boss portion 13 may be of other shapes, when the indicator lamp mounting structure of this embodiment is mounted, the light-emitting side of the light guide column 20 is first inserted into the light-emitting via hole 11 of the housing 10, the sealing member 30 is sleeved on the light guide column 20, and the sealing member 30 is clamped between the side wall 14 of the housing 10 and the limiting plate 24 of the light guide column 20, the pressing plate 40 is placed on the light-entering side of the limiting plate 24 of the light guide column 20, the walls of the U-shaped grooves isolate the light guide columns 20, and light cross between the light guide columns 20 is avoided; the upper end face of the cylindrical boss arranged on the bottom wall 15 is provided with a threaded hole 13a, the shell 10 is provided with an inner inclined surface 12 corresponding to the guiding limit inclined surface 42 of the pressing plate 40, two screw parts 43 penetrate through mounting through holes of the pressing plate 40 and are screwed into the threaded holes 13a of the boss part 13, the screw parts 43 are screwed by using a mounting tool, the pressing plate 40 gradually slides downwards into the shell 10 along the inner inclined surface 12 of the shell 10 along with the screwing pressure of the screws, two limiting surfaces 46 of the pressing plate 40 are further guided and limited by the side walls 14 of the two cylindrical bosses on the shell 10 along with the further screwing of the screw parts 43, finally, the mounting surface 45 of the pressing plate 40 is attached to the upper end faces of the two cylindrical boss surfaces, the pressing plate 40 is limited by the inner inclined surface 12 of the shell 10, the two cylindrical bosses and the limiting plates 24 of the light guide column 20, the screw parts 43 are fully screwed into the threaded holes 13a to fully fix the pressing plate 40 on the shell 10, the pressing bar fully compresses the limiting plates 24 of the light guide column 20, and then the sealing element 30 is fully compressed on the side wall 14 of the shell 10, and the mounting is completed. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the indicator light mounting structure according to the present embodiment after the internal mounting of the communication device is completed. The sealing member 30 plane is the face contact with casing 10 lateral wall 14, under the circumstances of fully compressing tightly, and waterproof sealing effect is more excellent, and rectifies the structure and wholly inside the equipment casing, and the reliability is higher, and this embodiment pilot lamp mounting structure adopts succinct location chucking mechanism design, realizes the transmission of compressive force, realizes the installation of leaded light post from inside fixed. Compared with the external installation mode of the indicator lamp in the prior art, the external installation screw is not needed, the external installation metal structure is not required to be plated and coated, the protection reliability of the device is greatly improved, the appearance modeling aesthetic feeling of the device is enhanced, the cost is lower than that of the external installation structure, only the light emitting surface of the light guide column is exposed outside the device, please refer to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the indicator lamp outside the device after the installation is finished, and compared with the external installation fixed protection structure, the indicator lamp is convenient for operators to observe, and the appearance modeling is more attractive.
In this embodiment, the number of the light guide columns 20 is 4, the 4 light guide columns 20 are fixed on the limiting plate 24 in parallel, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the light guide columns 20 is not limited to 4, and the indicator lamp mounting structure of the embodiment of the present invention has simple structure, stable mounting and high reliability, so that the problem that in the prior art, when the number of the light guide columns 20 is large, when the size of the lamp mirror assembly is large, the screw compression seal is easy to fail is avoided.
Preferably, a side of the bead portion 41a away from the bottom wall 15 of the housing 10 has a first end surface, the first end surface protrudes from the light incident surface 22 of any adjacent light guide column 20, after the pressing plate 40 is fixedly connected with the housing 10 by threads, the bead portion 41a abuts the sealing member 30 against the inner wall of the housing 10 through the limiting plate 24, meanwhile, the bead portion 41a is distributed between one ends of the light guide columns 20 close to the light incident surface 22, and the upper end surface of the bead portion 41a protrudes from the light incident surface 22 of the light guide column 20, so that light emission is prevented, and the working reliability of the indicator lamp is improved.
The indicator lamp mounting structure is arranged in the shell 10 of the communication equipment, the indicator lamp guides light emitted by a light source device on a circuit board in the shell 10 to the outside of the communication equipment through the light emitting through hole 11 of the side wall 14 of the shell 10, the indicator lamp mounting structure comprises a light guide column 20, a sealing piece 30 and a pressing plate 40, the pressing plate 40 is fixedly connected with the shell 10, the holding groove 41 is used for fixing the light guide column 20, and meanwhile, the pressing strip part 41a on the wall of the groove is used for pressing the sealing piece 30 on the inner surface of the side wall 14 of the shell 10, so that a gap between the light guide column 20 and the side wall 14 is sealed, the problems that in the prior art, the indicator lamp mounting structure is exposed outside the equipment, the connecting piece is easy to rust, the sealing ring is easy to corrode, the waterproof and corrosion resistance is poor, and the working reliability is low are avoided, the waterproof performance, the corrosion resistance and the corrosion resistance of the communication equipment are improved, and the aesthetic appearance of the communication equipment is enhanced.

the shell comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, wherein the side wall is provided with a light-emitting via hole, the pressing plate is arranged on the bottom wall and is provided with a containing groove corresponding to the light guide column, and the containing groove is a U-shaped groove with an opening facing the sealing piece;
the two ends of the light guide column are respectively provided with a light incident surface and a light emergent surface, the end part of the light guide column, which is close to the light emergent surface, is penetrated through the light emergent through hole, and the end part of the light guide column, which is close to the light incident surface, is arranged in the U-shaped groove;
the sealing piece is provided with a through hole which is tightly matched with the outer wall of the light guide column, the sealing piece is sleeved on the light guide column through the through hole, and the sealing piece is arranged between the side wall and the pressing plate;
the groove wall of the accommodating groove is provided with a pressing strip part, and the pressing plate presses one side of the sealing piece through the pressing strip part so that the other side of the sealing piece is abutted against the side wall to seal a gap between the light guide column and the side wall;
the pressing plate is provided with a guide limiting inclined surface at one side far away from the pressing strip part, the shell is provided with an inner inclined surface, and the guide limiting inclined surface is used for being matched with the inner inclined surface so that the pressing strip part is extruded at one side of the sealing piece; one side of the layering part far away from the bottom wall is provided with a first end face, and the first end face protrudes out of the light incident surface of any adjacent light guide column.
2. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the pressure plate further comprises a screw portion, the pressure plate being provided with a screw mounting via, the screw portion passing through the screw mounting via to threadably connect the pressure plate with the bottom wall.
3. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 2, wherein the screw mounting via is a kidney-shaped hole.
4. A pilot lamp mounting structure according to claim 2 or 3 wherein the screw mounting holes are provided in a pair, the pair of screw mounting holes being provided at opposite ends of the pressure plate, respectively.
5. The indicator light mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein a boss portion is provided on a side of the bottom wall adjacent to the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is screwed with the boss portion by the screw portion;
the pressing plate is provided with a mounting surface for being mounted on the upper end face of the boss portion in a fitting mode, and the pressing plate is further provided with a limiting surface for being limited on the side wall face of the boss portion in a fitting mode.
6. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 5, wherein the light guide post is further fixedly connected with a limiting plate, the sealing member is disposed between the side wall and the limiting plate, and the pressing strip portion presses the sealing member through the limiting plate.
7. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 6, wherein the number of light guide posts is plural, and the plural light guide posts are fixed in parallel to the limiting plate.
8. A communication device comprising a circuit board, a housing and an indicator light mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the circuit board and the indicator light mounting structure are both located inside the housing, the circuit board comprises a light source device, and the light entrance surface is close to the light source device.
