In the embodiment of the utility model, the bulb lamp comprises a lamp shade 10, a base 20, a lighting module 30 and a locking piece 40, wherein an opening is formed at the bottom of the lamp shade 10; the base 20 is jointed with the opening of the lampshade 10, the lampshade 10 and the base 20 are enclosed to form an accommodating space 110, and the base 20 is provided with a through hole 210 communicated with the accommodating space 110; the lighting module 30 comprises a mounting seat 310 and a light-emitting unit 320, wherein the light-emitting unit 320 is mounted on the mounting seat 310 and is positioned in the accommodating space 110, so that the mounting seat 310 and the light-emitting unit 320 can be regarded as a part of the bulb lamp after being mounted together, the number of parts of the bulb lamp during integral assembly can be effectively reduced, the assembly difficulty of the bulb lamp is further reduced, the mounting seat 310 is provided with a connecting part 314, the connecting part 314 extends to the outside of the accommodating space 110 through a through hole 210, and a locking structure 3141 is arranged on the connecting part 314; the locking member 40 is engaged with the locking structure 3141 and abuts against the edge of the through hole 210 so that the mount 310 can contact the inner wall of the lamp housing 10, and the edge of the opening of the lamp housing 10 is clamped between the mount 310 and the base 20; thus, the staff can detachably install the mounting seat 310 on the base 20 through the locking piece 40, meanwhile, the edge of the opening of the lampshade 10 can be clamped between the mounting seat 310 and the base 20, the lampshade 10 is installed, the assembly steps of the bulb lamp are simplified, and the assembly difficulty of the bulb lamp is further reduced.
It should be noted that, during the process of locking the locking member 40 to the locking structure 3141, the mounting portion 313 can contact the lamp housing 10 and press and clamp the lamp housing 10 onto the base 20, and the maximum cross section of the mounting portion 313 is slightly larger than the opening cross section of the lamp housing 10.
Here, the fact that the maximum cross section of the mounting portion 313 is slightly larger than the opening cross section of the lamp housing 10 means that the connecting portion 314 on the mounting portion 313 does not always collide with the lamp housing 10 when the mounting portion 313 is inclined so as to be able to enter the interior of the lamp housing 10 from the entrance opening and the mounting portion 313 enters the interior of the lamp housing 10. The maximum cross section of the mounting portion 313 is flexibly set according to practical situations, and is not limited only herein.
Specifically, the entire mounting portion 313 is elongated, and one surface of the mounting portion 313 in the longitudinal direction can abut against the inner surface of the globe 10; for convenience of explanation, a surface of the mounting portion 313 capable of abutting against the lamp housing 10 is referred to as an abutting surface, and will not be described in detail.
Thus, the worker only needs to incline the mounting portion 313 so that one end of the mounting portion 313 in the length direction firstly enters the interior of the lamp housing 10 from the opening, and can conveniently put the whole mounting portion 313 into the lamp housing 10; then, the posture of the mounting portion 313 is adjusted in the lamp housing 10, and the contact surface of the mounting portion 313 can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the lamp housing 10 during the movement of the mounting portion 313 toward the opening of the lamp housing 10.
In order to make the mounting portion 313 better fit and sandwich the lamp shade 10, the edge of the abutting surface is a spherical surface equal to the spherical diameter of the inner surface of the mounting portion 313.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the locking structure 3141 is an external thread disposed on a side wall of the connecting portion 314, and the locking member 40 is an internal thread member adapted to the external thread.
By the above arrangement, the worker only needs to screw the internal screw on the external screw of the connecting portion 314, that is, the worker only needs to screw the internal screw, so that the mounting base 310 can be conveniently fixed on the base 20.
In another embodiment, the locking structure 3141 is a compressible elastic clip protruding portion disposed on a side wall of the connecting portion 314, the locking member 40 is a sleeve, the side wall of the sleeve is provided with a limiting through hole, the sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting portion 314, the elastic clip protruding portion is blocked in the limiting through hole when not being stressed, and the elastic clip protruding portion is separated from the limiting through hole when being compressed.
Thus, the worker moves the sleeve in a direction close to the elastic clamp protrusion, the elastic clamp protrusion is bent in a direction close to the side wall of the connecting portion 314, the elastic clamp protrusion moves in the sleeve, when the clamp protrusion of the elastic clamp protrusion moves to the position of the limiting through hole of the side wall of the sleeve, the elastic clamp protrusion restores the original shape, and the clamp protrusion of the elastic clamp protrusion is clamped in the limiting through hole, so that the mounting seat 310 can be fixed on the base 20.
Similarly, the operation of removing the mount 310 from the base 20 is opposite to the operation of fixing the mount 310 to the base 20, and will not be described here.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, a limiting groove 3134 is provided on the mounting base 310, a limiting block 230 is provided on the base 20, and the limiting block 230 is inserted into the limiting groove 3134.
When the locking structure 3141 is an external thread and the locking member 40 is an internal thread member matching the external thread, a worker may screw the internal thread member to rotate the mounting base 310 together.
Thus, the mounting seat 310 is provided with the limit groove 3134, the base 20 is provided with the limit block 230, and in the process that the locking piece 40 is locked on the locking structure 3141, the limit block 230 is inserted into the limit groove 3134, so that the rotation of the mounting seat 310 in the lampshade 10 can be limited, and the bulb lamp can be assembled more conveniently by workers.

In another embodiment, the joint of the base 20 and the opening is provided with a boss 240 for carrying the lamp shade 10, and the edge of the opening is supported on the boss 240.
Specifically, a boss 240 for bearing the lampshade 10 is arranged at the joint of the base 20 and the opening, and the edge of the opening is supported on the boss 240; the boss 240 is disposed around the notch of the groove 220, and one surface of the boss 240 facing the lamp shade 10 is abutted against the edge of the opening of the lamp shade 10, so that the boss 240 can support the lamp shade 10, and the assembled bulb lamp is more stable in structure.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the light emitting unit 320 further includes a light source 321, a power source 322, and a circuit board 323, where the light source 321 is mounted on the mount 310; the power supply 322 is mounted on the mounting base 310 and is electrically connected to the light source 321; the circuit board 323 is mounted on the mount 310, and the circuit board 323 is electrically connected to the light source 321 and the power source 322, respectively.
Thus, the light source 321, the power supply 322 and the circuit board 323 of the light emitting unit 320 are all mounted on the mounting base 310, and the whole lighting module 30 can be regarded as a component of a bulb lamp, so that the number of components of the bulb lamp during the whole assembly can be effectively reduced, and the assembly difficulty of the bulb lamp is further reduced.
It can be appreciated that when other functional modules need to be added to the bulb lamp, for example, various sensors or light beam bundling structures and the like can also be installed on the mounting seat 310 together, so as to improve the integration level of the parts inside the bulb lamp, and facilitate the assembly of the bulb lamp by workers.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the light emitting unit 320 further includes a solar panel 324, and the solar panel 324 is mounted on the mounting base 310 and electrically connected to the power source 322.
