The panel 112 is circular as a whole and comprises an annular frame body 1124 and a toughened transparent plate 1125 connected with the annular frame body 1124; the edge of the transparent plate 1125 is hermetically connected to the inner surface of the frame 1124 by a sealant. In the present embodiment, the frame 1124 and the outer cylinder 114 are integrally formed as a die-cast aluminum housing. An accommodating space 150 is formed between the inner cylinder 124 and the panel 112, and the accommodating space 150 is used for mounting elements such as a light emitting element, a circuit board, and a wire holder.
For safety, the receiving space 150 is divided into two independent mounting cavities 152 and wiring cavities 154. The light emitting element and the circuit board are mounted in the mounting cavity 152 and the wire holder is disposed in the wiring cavity 154. The light-emitting element uses the LED lamp, so that the service life is long, the efficiency is high, no pollution is caused, and energy conservation and emission reduction can be realized.
A connection boss 1123 is disposed on the mating surface of the panel 112, and the connection boss 1123 extends annularly along the outer edge of the sealing groove 1121. The connection boss 1123 is provided with a plurality of screw holes, the connection flange 122 of the second housing 120 is provided with a plurality of connection holes, and the connection flange 122 and the connection boss 1123 are fastened by screws. Because the matching surfaces of the connecting flange 122 and the connecting boss 1123 are machined with high precision, the matching surfaces have high sealing performance. In addition, a gasket may be provided on the mating surface.
In order to improve the sealing performance at the joint of the first casing 110 and the second casing 120, an annular sealing groove 1121 is disposed on the inner surface of the panel 112 of the first casing 110, and extends along the frame 1124 of the panel 112; a sealing strip 1122 is embedded in the sealing groove 1121. In order to compress the sealing strip 1122, a circular bead 123 is disposed on the mating surface of the connecting flange 122, and the bead 123 has a relatively short cylindrical structure. When the connecting flange 122 is connected with the connecting boss 1123, the outer circumferential surface of the pressing bar is matched with the inner circumferential surface of the connecting boss 1123; meanwhile, the end surface of the bead presses the sealing strip 1122 in the sealing groove 1121. At this time, the junction of the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 forms a three-stage seal. I.e., the seal between the bead 1122 and the bead; the outer circumferential surface of the pressing strip is sealed with the inner circumferential surface of the connecting boss 1123; and sealing between mating surfaces of the connection flange 122 and the connection boss 1123. The sealing performance of the low dome lamp housing 100 is very good due to the three-stage sealing.
In order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the low-top lamp, a mounting rack 140 is also arranged on the back surface of the low-top lamp. The mounting bracket 140 includes a bar-shaped mounting plate 141 and connection plates 142 disposed at both ends of the mounting plate 141; the connection plate 142 is vertically connected to the mounting plate 141. The connection plate 142 is connected to the inner wall of the outer cylinder 114 by screws, and the mounting plate 141 is attached to a cover plate at the end of the inner cylinder 124. A gap is provided between the inner cylinder 124 and the outer cylinder 114, i.e., the diameter of the inner cylinder 124 is smaller than the diameter of the outer cylinder 114. The mounting plate 141 is provided with mounting holes, and the positions of the mounting holes just correspond to the gaps between the inner cylinder 124 and the outer cylinder 114; thereby facilitating the mating of the bolt with the mounting hole.
The low ceiling lamp provided by the embodiment has the advantages that: the adaptability is strong, and the use in other severe environments such as outdoor rain, humidity and the like can be met; the application range is wide: the device can be used for overhauling, rush-repairing or construction operation and passages; and UGR can be effectively reduced. If the brightness is required to be high enough, the common lamp is easy to cause discomfort to eyes of people. The low UGR lamp can meet the requirement of illumination, cannot cause eye fatigue, and can smoothly complete the operation.
It should be noted that the present embodiment is one of many embodiments, and in other embodiments, the first casing 110 may be integrally formed by using a transparent material; alternatively, the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are not limited to be circular as a whole, and may be square.

one end of the inner cylinder is closed, and the other end of the inner cylinder is connected with the connecting flange; the connecting flange is matched and hermetically connected with the inner surface of the panel; an accommodating space is formed between the panel and the inner barrel, and the accommodating space can accommodate a light-emitting element;
a sealing groove and a connecting boss are arranged on the inner surface of the panel, a sealing strip is arranged in the sealing groove, and the connecting flange is connected with the panel through a screw;
the connection boss extends around the seal groove;
an annular pressing strip is arranged on the matching surface of the connecting flange; the connecting flange is connected with the connecting boss, and the end face of the pressing strip is abutted to the sealing strip.
