Abstract
The invention provides a low-ceiling lamp shell and a low-ceiling lamp, and belongs to the field of lighting lamps. The low ceiling lamp comprises a shell and a light-emitting element arranged in the shell. The shell comprises a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell comprises a panel and an outer cylinder, and the panel is connected to one end of the outer cylinder; the panel includes a light-transmitting region. Background
Low overhead lights are commonly used in applications where lighting is required in industry, such as in construction sites. The environment of the construction site is usually severe, and when the low ceiling lamp is used, the low ceiling lamp can be subjected to rainfall and other adverse conditions. The use environment of the low ceiling lamp is generally bad, and the water vapor in the surrounding environment can be large or can be sprayed by rainwater; this makes the downlights easy to water. The joint of the outer shell is the position which is easiest to enter water, so that the waterproof performance of the whole low ceiling lamp can be effectively improved by sealing the joint of the outer shell.
For a detailed description of the downlights provided in this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a downlight. The low ceiling lamp mainly comprises a shell and a light-emitting element arranged in the shell; the housing comprises a first housing 110 and a second housing 120, and the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are connected in a sealing way to form a closed inner cavity.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the first housing 110 includes a panel 112 and an outer cylinder 114, and the outer cylinder 114 is a circular cylinder; one end of the outer cylinder 114 is connected to the faceplate 112, and the other end is open. The outer tube 114 has a large ratio of its diameter to its length, and is therefore flat as a whole. The panel 112 is generally circular and includes an annular frame 1124 and a tempered transparent plate 1125 connected to the annular frame 1124; the edge of the transparent plate 1125 is sealed to the inner surface of the frame 1124 by a sealant. In this embodiment, the housing 1124 is integrally formed with the outer tube 114 as a die-cast aluminum housing. In order to achieve side light emission, a light guide plate 130 is further provided on the inner surface of the glass.
The second housing 120 includes an inner barrel 124 and a connecting flange 122; the inner tube 124 is a circular tube, one end of which is closed, and the other end of which is connected to the connection flange 122. The connecting flange 122 is annular and is integrally formed with the inner cylinder 124; in addition, a plurality of connection holes are provided on the connection flange 122.
When the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are assembled, the second housing 120 is disposed in the first housing 110, and the inner tube 124 is disposed coaxially with the outer tube 114; the connecting flange 122 is sealingly connected to the inner surface of the panel 112. An accommodating space 150 is formed between the inner tube 124 and the panel 112, and the accommodating space 150 is used for mounting components such as a light emitting element, a circuit board, a wire holder, and the like.
In order to improve safety, the receiving space 150 is divided into two independent installation chambers 152 and a wiring chamber 154. The light emitting element and the circuit board are mounted in the mounting cavity 152, and the wire holder is disposed in the wire holder cavity 154. The LED lamp is used as the light-emitting element, has long service life, is efficient and pollution-free, and can realize energy conservation and emission reduction.
The mating surface of the panel 112 is provided with a connection boss 1123, and the connection boss 1123 extends in a ring shape along the outer edge of the seal groove 1121. The connection boss 1123 is provided with a plurality of screw holes, and the connection flange 122 of the second housing 120 is provided with a plurality of connection holes, and the connection flange 122 and the connection boss 1123 are fastened by screws. Since the mating surfaces of the connection flange 122 and the connection boss 1123 have relatively high machining accuracy, there is relatively high sealability between the mating surfaces. In addition, a gasket may be provided on the mating surface.
In order to improve the sealing property of the connection between the first housing 110 and the second housing 120, an annular sealing groove 1121 is provided on the inner surface of the panel 112 of the first housing 110, which extends along the frame 1124 of the panel 112; sealing groove 1121 has embedded therein sealing strip 1122. In order to compress the sealing strip 1122, a circular bead 123 is provided on the mating surface of the connecting flange 122, and the bead 123 has a relatively short cylindrical structure. When the connecting flange 122 is connected with the connecting boss 1123, the outer circumferential surface of the pressing bar is matched with the inner circumferential surface of the connecting boss 1123; simultaneously, the end face of the bead compresses the seal 1122 in the seal groove 1121. At this time, the junction of the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 forms a three-stage seal. Namely, the seal between the seal strip 1122 and the bead; sealing between the outer circumferential surface of the bead and the inner circumferential surface of the connecting boss 1123; and a seal between mating surfaces of the attachment flange 122 and the attachment boss 1123. The sealing performance of the low dome lamp housing 100 is very good due to the three-stage sealing.
In order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the downlights, a mounting bracket 140 is also provided on the back side. The mounting frame 140 includes a bar-shaped mounting plate 141 and connection plates 142 provided at both ends of the mounting plate 141; the connection plate 142 is vertically connected to the mounting plate 141. The connection plate 142 is connected to the inner wall of the outer tube 114 by screws, and the mounting plate 141 is attached to the cover plate at the end of the inner tube 124. A gap is provided between the inner barrel 124 and the outer barrel 114, i.e., the diameter of the inner barrel 124 is smaller than the diameter of the outer barrel 114. The mounting plate 141 is provided with mounting holes, and the positions of the mounting holes just correspond to the gaps between the outer cylinders 114 of the inner cylinder 124; thereby facilitating the mating of the bolt with the mounting hole.
The advantage of low dome lamp that this embodiment provided lies in: the adaptability is strong, and the outdoor rain, humidity and other severe environments can be met; the application range is wide: the system can be used for overhauling, repairing or constructing and can be used for the corridor; and UGR can be effectively reduced. The common lamp is used for illumination, and if the brightness is required to be high enough, discomfort of eyes of people is easily caused. The low UGR lamp can not only meet the requirement of illumination, but also avoid the fatigue of eyes, and can smoothly finish the operation.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first housing 110 may be integrally formed with a transparent material; alternatively, the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 may be formed in a square shape without being limited to a circular shape.
