In this embodiment, the boss portion 13 is a cylindrical boss, in other embodiments, the boss portion 13 may have other shapes, when the indicator lamp mounting structure of this embodiment is mounted, first, the light exit side of the light guide pillar 20 is inserted into the light exit via hole 11 of the housing 10, the sealing member 30 is sleeved on the light guide pillar 20, the sealing member 30 is clamped between the sidewall 14 of the housing 10 and the limiting plate 24 of the light guide pillar 20, the pressing plate 40 is placed on the light entrance side of the limiting plate 24 of the light guide pillar 20, and the groove wall of the U-shaped groove isolates each light guide pillar 20, so as to prevent the light guide pillars 20 from being mixed with each other; the upper end surface of the cylindrical boss arranged on the bottom wall 15 is provided with a threaded hole 13a, the shell 10 is provided with an inner inclined surface 12 corresponding to the guiding limit inclined surface 42 of the pressing plate 40, two screw parts 43 pass through the mounting through hole of the pressing plate 40 and are screwed into the threaded hole 13a of the boss part 13, the screw parts 43 are screwed by using a mounting tool, the guiding limit inclined surface 42 of the pressing plate 40 gradually slides downwards into the shell 10 along the inner inclined surface 12 of the shell 10 along with the screwing pressure of the screws by the pressing plate 40, two limit surfaces 46 of the pressing plate 40 and the side walls 14 of the two cylindrical bosses on the shell 10 are further guided and limited along with the further screwing of the screw parts 43, finally the mounting surface 45 of the pressing plate 40 is attached to the upper end surfaces of the two cylindrical boss surfaces, the pressing plate 40 is limited and clamped by the inner inclined surface 12 of the shell 10, the two cylindrical bosses and the limit plates 24 of the light guide pillar 20, the screw parts 43 are fully, the pressing strip fully presses the limiting plate 24 of the light guide column 20, so that the sealing element 30 is fully pressed on the side wall 14 of the shell 10, and the installation is completed. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the indicator light installation structure of the present embodiment after the installation in the communication device is completed. The plane of sealing member 30 is face contact with casing 10 lateral wall 14, and under the circumstances that fully compresses tightly, waterproof sealing effect is more excellent, and the whole inside equipment casing of structure that reforms, and the reliability is higher, and this embodiment pilot lamp mounting structure adopts succinct location chucking mechanism design, realizes the transmission of closing force, realizes that the installation of leaded light post is fixed from inside. In this embodiment, the number of the light guide columns 20 is 4, the 4 light guide columns 20 are fixed to the limiting plate 24 in parallel, in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the light guide columns 20 is not limited to 4, the installation structure of the indicator light in the embodiments of the present invention is simple, the installation is stable, the reliability is high, and the problem that the screw compression seal is easy to fail when the size of the light mirror assembly is large when the number of the light guide columns 20 is large in the prior art is solved.
Preferably, one side of the pressing strip portion 41a, which is away from the bottom wall 15 of the housing 10, has a first end surface, the first end surface protrudes out of the light incident surface 22 of any adjacent light guide pillar 20, after the pressing plate 40 is fixedly connected with the housing 10 by threads, the pressing strip portion 41a abuts against the sealing element 30 on the inner wall of the housing 10 through the limiting plate 24, meanwhile, the pressing strip portion 41a is distributed between the ends, which are close to the light incident surface 22, of the light guide pillars 20, and the upper end surface of the pressing strip portion 41a protrudes out of the light incident surface 22 of the light guide pillar 20, so that light crosstalk is prevented, and the working.
The indicating lamp mounting structure of the invention is arranged in a shell 10 of communication equipment, the indicating lamp guides light emitted by a light source device on a circuit board in the shell 10 to the outside of the communication equipment through a light-emitting through hole 11 on a side wall 14 of the shell 10, the indicating lamp mounting structure comprises a light guide column 20, a sealing piece 30 and a pressing plate 40, the pressing plate 40 is fixedly connected with the shell 10, a pressing strip part 41a on a groove wall presses the sealing piece 30 to the inner surface of the side wall 14 of the shell 10 while the light guide column 20 is fixed by a containing groove 41, so that a gap between the light guide column 20 and the side wall 14 is sealed, the problems that the connecting piece is easy to rust and the sealing ring is easy to corrode to cause poor waterproof and anti-corrosion performances and low working reliability of the indicating lamp mounting structure in the prior art are avoided, and the waterproof performance, the anti-corrosion performance and, the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the communication equipment is enhanced.

Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. An indicator lamp mounting structure is characterized in that the indicator lamp mounting structure is arranged in a shell of communication equipment and comprises a light guide column, a sealing element and a pressing plate;
the shell comprises a side wall and a bottom wall, the side wall is provided with a light outlet through hole, the pressing plate is installed on the bottom wall, and the pressing plate is provided with an accommodating groove corresponding to the light guide column;
the two ends of the light guide column are respectively provided with a light inlet surface and a light outlet surface, the end part of the light guide column close to the light outlet surface is penetrated through the light outlet through hole, and the end part of the light guide column close to the light inlet surface is arranged in the accommodating groove;
the sealing element is provided with a through hole which is used for being tightly matched with the outer wall of the light guide column, the sealing element is sleeved on the light guide column through the through hole, and the sealing element is arranged between the side wall and the pressing plate;
and the groove wall of the accommodating groove is provided with a pressing strip part, and the pressing plate extrudes one side of the sealing element through the pressing strip part so that the other side of the sealing element is abutted against the side wall, so that a gap between the light guide column and the side wall is sealed.

The indicator light mounting structure of claim 1, wherein a side of the pressing plate away from the bead portion is provided with a guiding and limiting inclined surface, and the housing has an inner inclined surface for cooperating with the inner inclined surface to press the bead portion against a side of the sealing member.
3. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 2, wherein the pressure plate further comprises a screw portion, the pressure plate being provided with screw mounting through holes, the screw portion penetrating through the screw mounting through holes to screw-connect the pressure plate with the bottom wall.
4. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 3 wherein the screw mounting vias are kidney-shaped holes.
5. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 3 or 4 wherein the screw mounting through holes are provided in a pair, the pair of screw mounting through holes being provided at opposite ends of the pressure plate, respectively.
6. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 5, wherein a boss portion is provided on a side of the bottom wall adjacent to the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is screw-coupled to the boss portion by the screw portion;
the pressing plate is provided with a mounting surface used for being mounted with the upper end face of the boss portion in a fitting mode, and is further provided with a limiting surface used for being mounted with the side wall face of the boss portion in a fitting mode and limiting.
7. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 6, wherein a limiting plate is fixedly connected to the light guide pole, the sealing member is disposed between the side wall and the limiting plate, and the bead portion presses the sealing member through the limiting plate.
8. The indicator lamp mounting structure according to claim 7, wherein the number of the light guide posts is plural, and the plural light guide posts are fixed to the stopper plate in parallel.
9. The indicator light mounting structure of claim 8, wherein the side of the bead portion away from the bottom wall has a first end surface, and the first end surface protrudes from the light incident surface of any adjacent light guide pillar.
10. A communication device comprising a circuit board, a housing, and the indicator mounting structure of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the circuit board and the indicator mounting structure are both located inside the housing, the circuit board includes a light source device, and the light incident surface is adjacent to the light source device.
