一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构及其使用方法，包括边框本体，所述边框本体包括中心加强件和玻璃固定件，所述中心加强件至少有一边向内凹形成加强结构，所述玻璃固定件与中心加强件面接触并固定连接，所述边框本体两侧设有用于固定玻璃的固定槽。本发明具有如下有益效果：边框强度高；边框结构两侧都能安装双层玻璃，缩小边框宽度，满足美观需求；适用于侧框、内框、顶框、底框的不同侧面；封面件加强边框整体强度，保证美观度；8字形橡胶条，缓冲性能好，保护固定玻璃；卡扣式连接连接方便快捷，与粘接结合增加粘合度；结构简单，连接方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装修领域，尤其涉及一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构。
背景技术
近几年玻璃隔断因其通透性、美观性、实用性在装饰工程中被使用得越来越多，广泛应用于办公场所、商业场所等。玻璃隔断是一种到顶的，可完全划分空间的隔断，不仅能实现传统的空间分隔的功能，而且在采光、隔音、防火、环保、易安装、可重复利用、可批量生产等特点上明显优于传统隔墙。但由于玻璃本身自重大，以及隔断边框型材易变形等问题，导致玻璃隔断制作出来的幅面受到限制，不能很好地运用在层高较高的大空间内。现有针对大空间使用的玻璃隔断边框过宽，美观度、重量承受力等存在限制，并不能满足所有的设计的需求。
例如，一种在中国专利文献上公开的“构件式铝合金玻璃隔断边框组件”，其公告号CN203742027U，由一个底边框、两个侧扣边、一个单层玻璃侧装扣边、一个双层玻璃侧装扣边和两个单层玻璃中装扣边组成，所述底边框为框形结构，所述底边框的顶部设有两条支柱，所述两条支柱的端部设有拼装凸起，所述底边框的两侧均设有外拼接口，所述底边框的底部设有加厚的螺钉基座。此实用新型的不足之处是，底边框截面为矩形，承重能力不够强，当玻璃幅面过大时，易引起边框变形；且单个边框只有一面能连接玻璃，当两侧都需要连接玻璃时，需要再增设一个边框，导致边框过宽，使用材料多，制造成本较高，且影响玻璃隔断的美观性。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术的玻璃隔断边框过宽，制造成本过高，承重力受限的问题，提供一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，同一边框两侧都可连接玻璃，从而减少使用材料及制造成本，承重能力强，适用于高大的玻璃隔断。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，包括边框本体，所述边框本体包括中心加强件和玻璃固定件，所述中心加强件至少有一边向内凹形成加强结构，所述玻璃固定件与中心加强件面接触并固定连接，所述边框本体两侧设有用于固定玻璃的固定槽。
本发明的特点在于设置中心加强件，用内凹结构增强边框抗变形及承重能力；玻璃固定件通过面接触增大与中心加强件的连接强度，增大边框的整体刚度；且边框两侧都设有玻璃固定槽，单个边框两侧都可连接玻璃，从而解决现有技术边框过宽的问题，降低使用材料及制造成本，提升美观度。
作为优选，所述中心加强件横截面整体呈凹字形，所述中心加强件一组对边分别与玻璃固定件固定连接，所述中心加强件与玻璃固定件之间设有用于固定玻璃的固定槽，所述中心加强件另一组对边分别与侧边件固定连接。
凹字形的中心加强件力学性能强，且有足够的面积与玻璃固定件和侧边件接触固定，中心加强件可在接触面通过结构胶与玻璃固定件和侧边件粘接，或通过其他连接形式固定连接；侧边件用于封堵边框与玻璃连接的两个侧面，并进一步加固边框的整体刚度，边框侧面有足够空间可安装百叶窗等结构。
作为优选，所述玻璃固定件横截面整体呈几字形，所述玻璃固定件通过几字的顶面与中心加强件粘接。
几字形的玻璃固定件既在顶端有足够接触面与中心加强件接触粘接，在此基础上可以再用螺栓加固连接，连接后两侧又与中心加强件形成固定槽，结构简单，方便加工，无需额外设置固定结构；固定槽用于安装玻璃，边框每个玻璃连接面设有两个固定槽，每个边框可固定四面玻璃，即两侧都可安装双层玻璃；在这种情况下，侧边件可以有好几种形式，例如两侧都覆盖住固定槽，可用于顶部、底部以及外侧边框的外侧面，其中一侧覆盖住固定槽，可用于单层玻璃接触面，两侧都覆盖住固定槽，可用于双层玻璃的接触面。
作为优选，所述固定槽内设置有橡胶条，所述橡胶条中空，所述橡胶条内部设有加强筋。
中空的橡胶条内部有足够空间进行缓冲，加强筋支撑橡胶条，橡胶条能很好地保护玻璃，且有良好的密封效果。
作为优选，所述橡胶条截面呈一端窄，一端宽的日字形，窄端朝向边框内侧设置。
此结构下的橡胶条在安装好玻璃后将玻璃向内侧挤压，以向内固定玻璃，加强筋平行于玻璃挤压方向，支撑性能好。
作为优选，所述玻璃固定件外侧固定连接有封面件。
封面件对边框封面起到加强作用，进一步提高整体结构刚度，还提高了外观效果。
作为优选，所述封面件上设有封面扣接凸条，所述封面件通过封面扣接凸条与玻璃固定件卡扣连接。
封面件通过封面扣接凸条与玻璃固定件卡扣连接，结构简单，连接方便，封面件还可以与玻璃固定件用结构胶粘接，以加强连接。
作为优选，所述侧边件上设有侧边扣接凸条，所述侧边件通过侧边扣接凸条与中心加强件卡扣连接。
侧边件通过封面扣接凸条与玻璃固定件卡扣连接，结构简单，连接方便，侧边件还可以与中心加强件用结构胶粘接，以加强连接。
作为优选，所述侧边扣接凸条外侧设有胶条卡扣。
胶条卡扣对应橡胶条较窄的一端，当安装玻璃挤压橡胶条时，橡胶条一端嵌入胶条卡扣中，固定橡胶条，以防胶条移动。
作为优选，所述中心加强件呈空心工字形。
中心加强件也可以为对称的空心工字形，对称结构使得中心加强件无论哪侧受力，都不易变形。
因此，本发明具有如下有益效果：（1）通过设置凹形中心加强件，增加边框强度，保证中心加强件与其他构件有足够的接触面；（2）边框结构两侧都能安装双层玻璃，缩小边框宽度，减少使用材料及制造成本，满足美观需求；（3）通过更换不同形态的侧边件，适用于侧框、内框、顶框、底框的不同侧面；（4）封面件加强边框整体强度，保证美观度；（5）日字形橡胶条，缓冲性能好，保护固定玻璃；（6）卡扣式连接连接方便快捷，与粘接结合增加粘合度；（7）结构简单，连接方便。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图8、图9所示的实施例中，一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，包括边框本体，所述边框本体包括均为长条形的中心加强件1、两个玻璃固定件2、两个侧边件和两个封面件3。如图1所示，中心加强件1整体呈“凹”字形，“凹”字底边上设有缺口；如图2所示，玻璃固定件2横截面整体呈“几”字形，“几”字底边转角内侧设有固定件卡接凸起21；如图3所示，封面件3横截面整体呈“π”字形，封面件3上设有两条平行的封面扣接凸条31，封面扣接凸条31内侧设有与固定件卡接凸起21配合的封面件卡接槽311。中心加强件1“凹”字的两条侧边分别与玻璃固定件2“几”字顶边22固定连接，中心加强件1与玻璃固定件2之间形成用于固定玻璃的固定槽23，固定槽23内设置有橡胶条5，如图5所示，橡胶条5截面呈一端窄，一端宽的“日”字形，窄端朝向边框内侧设置；玻璃固定件2外侧与封面件3卡扣连接；中心加强件1另一组对边分别与侧边件卡扣连接。如图4-图6所示，侧边件包括三种形式：外侧侧边件4、单玻璃内侧侧边件41和双玻璃内侧侧边件42，侧边件包括横条和与横条固定的两条侧边卡接凸条43，卡接凸条43外侧设有胶条卡口431，其中，如图8、图10所示，外侧侧边件4横条两端伸出侧边卡接凸条43，两端都封住固定槽23，外侧侧边件4用于顶框、底框和侧框的外侧边，适用于单玻璃和双玻璃边框；如图11所示，单玻璃内侧侧边件41横条一端伸出侧边卡接凸条43，另一端不伸出，只有一端封住固定槽23，单玻璃内侧侧边件41用于单玻璃边框的内侧边；如图9所示，双玻璃内侧侧边件42横条两端都不伸出侧边卡接凸条43；两端都不封住固定槽23，双玻璃内侧侧边件41用于双玻璃边框的内侧边。
按以下步骤组装边框结构：
步骤一：将两个玻璃固定件2与中心加强件1两侧采用专用金属结构胶连接，再用螺栓固定。将中心加强件设计为“凹”字形，即能够很好的力学性能，同时也有充分的面与边框接触从而连接牢固。
步骤二：将橡胶件5放入四个固定槽，橡胶件5的窄端朝向中心加强件放置。橡胶件具有良好的减震、保护玻璃的作用。
步骤三：将外侧侧边件4、单玻璃内侧侧边件41或双玻璃内侧侧边件42与边框本体使用专用金属结构胶以及卡扣双重固定，适用于玻璃隔断的顶框、底框和外侧框。若两侧均使用单玻璃内侧侧边件41或双玻璃内侧侧边件42与边框本体连接，适用于玻璃隔断的内框。
步骤四：将封面件3放入两侧使用专用金属结构胶与卡扣双重固定。
如图12、13所示，中心加强件1截面并不限于一种形状，可以是底边封口的“凹” 字形，也可以是对称的空心“工”字形结构。
Claims (10)
1.一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，包括边框本体，所述边框本体包括中心加强件（1）和玻璃固定件（2），所述中心加强件（1）至少有一边向内凹形成加强结构，所述玻璃固定件（2）与中心加强件（1）面接触并固定连接，所述边框本体两侧设有用于固定玻璃的固定槽（23）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述中心加强件（1）横截面整体呈凹字形，所述中心加强件（1）一组对边分别与两个玻璃固定件（2）固定连接，所述中心加强件（1）另一组对边分别固定连接有侧边件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述玻璃固定件（2）横截面整体呈几字形，所述玻璃固定件（2）通过几字的顶面与中心加强件（1）粘接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述固定槽（23）内设置有橡胶条（5），所述橡胶条（5）中空，所述橡胶条（5）内部设有加强筋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述橡胶条（4）截面呈一端窄，一端宽的日字形，窄端朝向边框内侧设置。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述玻璃固定件（2）外侧固定连接有封面件（3）。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述封面件（3）上设有封面扣接凸条（31），所述封面件（3）通过封面扣接凸条（31）与玻璃固定件（2）卡扣连接。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述侧边件上设有侧边扣接凸条（43），所述侧边件通过侧边扣接凸条（43）与中心加强件（1）卡扣连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述侧边扣接凸条（43）外侧设有胶条卡口（431）。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高大幅面玻璃隔断细边框结构，其特征是，所述中心加强件（1）呈空心工字形。
