Abstract
The invention discloses a slow release essence forming paper, which has the defects of influence on air permeability and low production speed due to perfuming, and the method comprises the following steps: the raw materials are calculated according to the weight percentage: 25-35% of essence, 15-20% of maltodextrin, 1-2% of polyethylene glycol and 1-2% of sodium caseinate are uniformly mixed at normal temperature, the rest of water is added after uniform mixing, the mixture is stirred for 60-80 min under the condition of pressurization and homogenization at the speed of 8000-10000 r/min, and the mixture is kept still for 5h to prepare essence emulsion; b. mixing; adding 1-2% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 2-3% of polyvinyl alcohol into the essence emulsion, and mixing to obtain an aromatized coating solution; c. and (7) printing. The slow-release essence forming paper has the advantages of small essence loss, uniform and stable fragrance release, long fragrance retention period, no particle falling during use and stable attachment to the surface of the forming paper.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of perfuming of paper, and particularly relates to perfumed forming paper.
Background
The forming paper is mainly used for wrapping acetate fibers or polypropylene fiber tows, is positioned between the inner acetate fibers or polypropylene fibers and the outer tipping paper in the structure of the cigarette filter stick, and is divided into common forming paper and high-permeability forming paper according to different air permeabilities. The flavoring of the forming paper is that the essence and the spice are microencapsulated and sealed in a micro capsule formed by high polymer materials, although the forming paper can play a good role in protecting and slowly releasing the essence and the spice. But has the following technical difficulties: 1. the forming paper is perfumed without influencing the air permeability of the forming paper. 2. When the perfumed formed paper is used, no particles fall off, and the perfumed formed paper is stably attached to the surface of the paper. 3. Because the wet strength of the formed paper is low, the paper is easy to break when the formed paper is perfumed, and the production speed is low.
For example, "application No. 201610790917.5, entitled: chinese patent of a fragrant shaping paper containing a fragrant slow-release material, wherein the fragrant shaping paper is obtained by coating the fragrant slow-release material on shaping paper, and the fragrant slow-release material accounts for 0.5-10% of the weight of the shaping paper; the fragrance slow-release material consists of a fragrance-locking substance, a solvent, a functional additive, an emulsifier and a coloring agent, and the mass percentages of the components are as follows: 5-70% of aroma-locking substance, 30-85% of solvent, 0.1-70% of functional additive, 0.1-5% of emulsifier and 0-20% of colorant. Although the aroma forming paper containing the aroma slow-release material can keep aroma substances on the forming paper for a long time, the solvent adopts alcohol, the aroma is lost due to volatilization of the alcohol, and potential safety hazards exist in the drying process; the too large increase of the slow release material of the paper can influence the air permeability of the formed paper and cannot play the original role of diluting the smoke; the proportion of the aroma-locking substances is greatly influenced by temperature, and the loss is caused when printing and perfuming are carried out, so that the complexity of processing and production is increased; the aroma-locking substance is powdery, and if the aroma-locking substance is not firmly adhered to the forming paper, the aroma-locking substance is easy to be sucked into the oral cavity along with smoke, so that more difficulty is brought.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides the slow-release essence forming paper which does not affect the air permeability of base paper and has uniform and full fragrance.
The slow release essence forming paper is prepared according to the following method:
a. preparation of essence emulsion
The raw materials are calculated according to the weight percentage: 25-35% of essence, 15-20% of maltodextrin, 1-2% of polyethylene glycol and 1-2% of sodium caseinate are uniformly mixed at normal temperature, the rest of water is added after uniform mixing, the mixture is stirred for 60-80 min under the condition of pressurization and homogenization at the speed of 8000-10000 r/min, and the mixture is kept still for 5h to prepare essence emulsion;
b. mixing
Adding 1-2% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 2-3% of polyvinyl alcohol into the essence emulsion, and stirring at 500r/min for 40min to uniformly mix to obtain the aromatized coating liquid;
c. adding 1-10g/m of flavoring coating liquid2The printing quantity is printed on the forming paper, and the vehicle speed reaches 80-140 m/min.
The printing mode is flexography, gravure, roll coating, dip coating and the like.
The polyethylene glycol is one or more of polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 800, polyethylene glycol 4000 or polyethylene glycol 6000.
Maltodextrin is also called water-soluble dextrin or enzyme method dextrin, because the DE value of maltodextrin is lower and the unbutton or divest one's upper garment transformation degree is smaller, the maltodextrin can be used as an inert embedding material for microencapsulating sensitive chemical substances, such as essence, spice, medicine and the like.
The polyethylene glycol series products have no toxicity, no irritation, slightly bitter taste, good water solubility and good intermiscibility with a plurality of organic matter components. They are excellent in lubricity, moisture retention, dispersibility, adhesive, antistatic agent, softening agent and the like. According to the nature such as the type state of the embedded essence, polyethylene glycol with different specifications is adopted. So as to achieve the purpose of controlling release when meeting the temperature.
Sodium caseinate is a white to yellowish powder. No odor, and slightly special fragrance and taste. The pH is neutral, the protein content is 90%, the product is dissolved in hot water and cold water, the water absorption, solidification and expansion are carried out, and the product can be dissolved after being stirred; the solution generates higher viscosity and becomes dense due to macromolecules, the solution can be changed into gel after being dissolved and cooled, the gel can be changed into the solution after being heated, the gel is rich in elasticity, can retain moisture, hardly loses dehydration and does not shrink; has strong emulsifying and thickening effects, and molecules of the emulsion have a plurality of hydrophilic genes and hydrophobic genes which can respectively attract water and fat phases, so that the solution has the characteristic of emulsifying grease. The sodium caseinate molecule can isolate micro-bubbles, can keep foams from being combined and does not break. The sodium caseinate is connected with macromolecular amino acids in a mode, so that the sodium caseinate has higher thermal stability, emulsibility and the like. It also has the characteristics of foaming, waxing, brightening, fluxing and the like.
The carboxymethyl cellulose belongs to anionic cellulose ethers, is white or yellowish flocculent fiber powder or white powder, is odorless, tasteless and nontoxic; it is easily dissolved in cold water or hot water to form a transparent solution with certain viscosity.
Polyvinyl alcohol organic compounds, white flaky, flocculent or powdery solids, no odor.
Compared with the prior art, the slow-release essence forming paper has the advantages of small essence loss, uniform and stable fragrance release, long fragrance retaining period, no particle falling off during use and stable attachment on the surface of the forming paper. The maltodextrin is mixed with the sodium caseinate, so that the stability of the aromatized emulsion before and after printing is kept, the hydrophily and lipophilicity of the sodium caseinate before printing make the emulsion more stable and resistant to high temperature, the subsequent process operation is facilitated, the gelling capacity is improved, and the essence is prevented from being separated out. The maltodextrin has the functions of filling and film forming after the coating is formed, and has the advantages of good film forming property, strong embedding property, stable state and difficult agglomeration, deterioration and color change. Both are protective for the perfume. The polyethylene glycol is used as a controlled-release material, the fragrance components are released from the essence emulsion coating layer at an accelerated speed by heating at the smoke temperature, the controlled-release effect is obtained, the smoke temperature can be reduced in the phase change process, and the perfuming coating layer is more stable and uniform in storage and release by matching use. The essence emulsion is added to the forming paper, the carboxymethyl cellulose has stable property and strong adhesive force, the paper strength can be increased, the polyvinyl alcohol forming film has strong property, the paper powder falling phenomenon is effectively prevented, and the fragrance substance is better protected. And the prepared essence emulsion is printed on the forming paper, has little influence on the original functions of the forming paper, and does not change the air permeability of the paper.

Example 1
A slow release essence forming paper is prepared according to the following method:
a. preparation of essence emulsion
The raw materials are calculated according to the weight percentage: mixing 25% essence, 17% maltodextrin, 2% polyethylene glycol 4000, and 1.5% sodium caseinate at room temperature, adding the rest water, stirring at 8000-10000 rpm under pressure for 60-80 min, and standing for 5 hr to obtain essence emulsion;
b. mixing
Adding 1.7 wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 2 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol into the essence emulsion, and stirring at 500r/min for 40min to obtain flavored coating solution;
c. adding 1-10g/m of flavoring coating liquid2The printing quantity of (2) is flexo-printed on the forming paper.
Flexible printing and 2-group printing are adopted, and the printing parameters are as follows:

A slow release essence forming paper is prepared according to the following method:
a. preparation of essence emulsion
The raw materials are calculated according to the weight percentage: mixing 28% essence, 18% maltodextrin, 1% polyethylene glycol 800 and 2% sodium caseinate at room temperature, adding the rest water, stirring under pressure at 8000-10000 rpm for 60-80 min, and standing for 5 hr to obtain essence emulsion;
b. mixing
Adding 1.5 wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 3 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol into the essence emulsion, and stirring at 500r/min for 40min to obtain flavored coating solution;
c. adding 1-10g/m of flavoring coating liquid2The printing quantity of (2) is flexo-printed on the forming paper.
Gravure printing and 2-group printing are adopted, and the printing parameters are as follows:

The raw materials are calculated according to the weight percentage: mixing 30% essence, 15% maltodextrin, 1.8% polyethylene glycol 600, and 1% sodium caseinate at room temperature, adding the rest water, stirring under pressure homogenizing at 8000-10000 rpm for 60-80 min, standing for 5 hr to obtain essence emulsion;
b. mixing
Adding 2% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 2.3% of polyvinyl alcohol into the essence emulsion, and stirring at 500r/min for 40min to obtain a flavoring coating solution;
c. adding 1-10g/m of flavoring coating liquid2The printing quantity of (2) is flexo-printed on the forming paper.
Gravure printing and 1 group printing are adopted, and the printing parameters are as follows:

The raw materials are calculated according to the weight percentage: mixing 35% essence, 20% maltodextrin, 1.5% polyethylene glycol 8000, 1.8% sodium caseinate at room temperature, adding the rest water, stirring under pressure homogenizing at 8000-10000 rpm for 60-80 min, standing for 5 hr to obtain essence emulsion;
b. mixing
Adding 1 wt% of carboxymethyl cellulose and 2.8 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol into the essence emulsion, and stirring at 500r/min for 40min to obtain flavored coating solution;
c. adding 1-10g/m of flavoring coating liquid2The printing quantity of (2) is flexo-printed on the forming paper.
