本发明提供一种棉丝成衣的免烫加工方法,所述方法包括棉丝成衣堆叠、预浸湿、配药、浸药、挤干、预烘干、定型压烫、焙烘定型、清洗烘干等步骤,采用浸药专用辅助工装与浸药循环池相结合,不仅可以获得较佳的免烫效果,还能为企业降低生产的经济成本和时间成本。采用本发明的免烫后整理方法得到的棉丝成衣,尺寸和形态稳定性能好,能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装加工技术领域,具体涉及一种棉丝成衣免烫加工方法。
背景技术
棉丝衬衫是最受欢迎的高质量纺材之一,由于蚕丝纤维制成的棉丝衬衫悬垂性好,透气性高,柔软滑爽,外观华贵、穿着舒适,同时具有一定的保健性和较高的干态折皱回复角。
但棉丝衬衫的一个严重的缺点是,由于蚕丝纤维的蛋白质大分子之间不存在化学交联,当丝纤维吸水膨润时,盐键发生断裂,同时,湿态时水分子破坏了纤维大分子之间的氢键,因此当受到外力作用时,分子链很容易发生相对滑移,外力去除时,分子间又没有足够的约束力使其回复到原来的位置,这使得棉丝衬衫湿抗皱性很差,大大影响了衣物的实用效果,因此有必要对棉丝衬衫进行抗皱整理。
目前主要采用树脂免烫整理的方法达到抗皱性。通常的免烫整理方法为面料免烫整理和棉丝成衣免烫整理。面料免烫整理的工艺流程相对简单,而且效率较高,但制成的棉丝成衣在骨位等缝线部分仍然会有褶皱,且较难避免或处理;棉丝成衣免烫的整体效果非常好,但其工艺流程复杂,劳动强度大,对人工和场地要求高。由于棉丝成衣免烫整理还会涉及多步烘干过程,造成能源过度消耗,为企业带来了较高的经济成本,同时造成公共资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种效率高、劳动强度低、节能减耗的棉丝成衣的免烫整理方法,不仅可以获得较佳的免烫效果,还能为企业降低生产的经济成本和时间成本。
本发明所采用的一种棉丝成衣免烫加工方法的步骤包括:
(1)棉丝成衣堆叠:所述棉丝成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,称重;
(2)预浸湿:将步骤(1)中所述的棉丝成衣转移到浸药专用辅助工装上,夹紧棉丝成衣后,将所述浸药专用辅助工装慢慢浸入盛有清水的浸湿池内,浸泡5-10分钟,同时启动浸药专用辅助工装上的控制系统,反复挤压堆叠的棉丝成衣,加速浸润效果,浸润结束的辅助工装从浸湿池内取出,挤干多余水分;
(3)配药:在步骤(2)浸润的同时,根据棉丝成衣所用的面料配置免烫整理液;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药循环池内,免烫整理液为2-3倍棉丝成衣重量,然后将步骤(2)中的浸药专用辅助工装放入浸药池内;根据棉丝成衣所用的面料配置
(5)浸药:启动浸药循环池内的循环控制系统,控制整理液的循环速率1L/s,同时开启浸药专用辅助工装的控制系统,以每分钟1-2次的频率反复挤压工装内的堆叠棉丝成衣,维持15-20分钟;
(6)挤干:将步骤(5)所述浸药辅助工装移出浸药循环池悬停在所述浸药循环池上方,再次启动工装的控制系统进行挤压,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至60%-75%;
(7)预烘干:打开浸药辅助工装,取出堆叠棉丝成衣,送入进烘箱内进行预烘干,使棉丝成衣半成品的带液率降至25%-30%;
(8)定型压烫:预烘干后,将棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,控制压烫机温度在110℃-130℃,压力设定为4N/cm²,压烫时间为10秒,进行定型压烫,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理后的棉丝成衣逐件悬挂至移动衣架上,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为100℃-110℃,时间为15-20分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现充分交联反应;
(10)清洗烘干:将步骤(9)处理后的棉丝成衣半成品放入水温40℃的清水中进行清洗后取出,脱水烘干。
优选的,步骤(3)所述免烫整理液以去离子水为溶剂配制,包括浓度为100g/L-140g/L改性二甲基二羟基乙烯脲、10g/L-4g/L催化剂、15g/L-20g/L柔软剂。
优选的,所述催化剂为氯化镁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供一种效率高、劳动强度低、节能减耗的棉丝成衣的免烫整理方法,采用浸药专用辅助工装与浸药循环池相结合,不仅可以获得较佳的免烫效果,还能为企业降低生产的经济成本和时间成本。
(2)采用本发明的免烫后整理方法得到的棉丝成衣,尺寸和形态稳定性能好,抗皱性符合GB/T 18863-2002《免烫纺织品》服用面料的要求,能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种棉丝成衣免烫加工方法的步骤包括:
(1)棉丝成衣堆叠:所述棉丝成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,称重;
(2)预浸湿:将步骤(1)中所述的棉丝成衣转移到浸药专用辅助工装上,夹紧棉丝成衣后,将所述浸药专用辅助工装慢慢浸入盛有清水的浸湿池内,浸泡5分钟,同时启动浸药专用辅助工装上的控制系统,反复挤压堆叠的棉丝成衣,加速浸润效果,浸润结束的辅助工装从浸湿池内取出,挤干多余水分;
(3)配药:在步骤(2)浸润的同时,以去离子水为溶剂配制免烫整理液,包括浓度为100g/L改性二甲基二羟基乙烯脲、10g/L催化剂、15g/L柔软剂,所述催化剂为氯化镁;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药循环池内,免烫整理液为2倍棉丝成衣重量,然后将步骤(2)中的浸药专用辅助工装放入浸药池内;根据棉丝成衣所用的面料配置
(5)浸药:启动浸药循环池内的循环控制系统,控制整理液的循环速率1L/s,同时开启浸药专用辅助工装的控制系统,以每分钟2次的频率反复挤压工装内的堆叠棉丝成衣,维持20分钟;
(6)挤干:将步骤(5)所述浸药辅助工装移出浸药循环池悬停在所述浸药循环池上方,再次启动工装的控制系统进行挤压,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至75%;
(7)预烘干:打开浸药辅助工装,取出堆叠棉丝成衣,送入进烘箱内进行预烘干,使棉丝成衣半成品的带液率降至30%;
(8)定型压烫:预烘干后,将棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,控制压烫机温度在110℃,压力设定为4N/cm²,压烫时间为10秒,进行定型压烫,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理后的棉丝成衣逐件悬挂至移动衣架上,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为100℃,时间为20分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现充分交联反应;
(10)清洗烘干:将步骤(9)处理后的棉丝成衣半成品放入水温40℃的清水中进行清洗后取出,脱水烘干。
采用上述后整理工艺处理后得到的棉丝成衣,棉丝成衣的尺寸和形态稳定性能得到显著提高,抗皱性符合GB/T 18863-2002《免烫纺织品》服用面料的要求,且能完全满足客户追求环保、天然的需求。
实施例2:
一种棉丝成衣免烫加工方法的步骤包括:
(1)棉丝成衣堆叠:所述棉丝成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,称重;
(2)预浸湿:将步骤(1)中所述的棉丝成衣转移到浸药专用辅助工装上,夹紧棉丝成衣后,将所述浸药专用辅助工装慢慢浸入盛有清水的浸湿池内,浸泡10分钟,同时启动浸药专用辅助工装上的控制系统,反复挤压堆叠的棉丝成衣,加速浸润效果,浸润结束的辅助工装从浸湿池内取出,挤干多余水分;
(3)配药:在步骤(2)浸润的同时,以去离子水为溶剂配制免烫整理液,包括浓度为140g/L改性二甲基二羟基乙烯脲、14g/L催化剂、20g/L柔软剂,所述催化剂为氯化镁;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药循环池内,免烫整理液为3倍棉丝成衣重量,然后将步骤(2)中的浸药专用辅助工装放入浸药池内;根据棉丝成衣所用的面料配置
(5)浸药:启动浸药循环池内的循环控制系统,控制整理液的循环速率1L/s,同时开启浸药专用辅助工装的控制系统,以每分钟1次的频率反复挤压工装内的堆叠棉丝成衣,维持15分钟;
(6)挤干:将步骤(5)所述浸药辅助工装移出浸药循环池悬停在所述浸药循环池上方,再次启动工装的控制系统进行挤压,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至60%;
(7)预烘干:打开浸药辅助工装,取出堆叠棉丝成衣,送入进烘箱内进行预烘干,使棉丝成衣半成品的带液率降至25%;
(8)定型压烫:预烘干后,将棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,控制压烫机温度在130℃,压力设定为4N/cm²,压烫时间为10秒,进行定型压烫,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
(9)焙烘定型:将步骤(8)处理后的棉丝成衣逐件悬挂至移动衣架上,并送入焙烘定型机中,进行焙烘,温度为110℃,时间为15分钟,使免烫整理药剂与面料纤维实现充分交联反应;
(10)清洗烘干:将步骤(9)处理后的棉丝成衣半成品放入水温40℃的清水中进行清洗后取出,脱水烘干。

(1)棉丝成衣堆叠:所述棉丝成衣逐件平铺堆叠后,称重;
(2)预浸湿:将步骤(1)中所述的棉丝成衣转移到浸药专用辅助工装上,夹紧棉丝成衣后,将所述浸药专用辅助工装慢慢浸入盛有清水的浸湿池内,浸泡5-10分钟,同时启动浸药专用辅助工装上的控制系统,反复挤压堆叠的棉丝成衣,加速浸润效果,浸润结束的辅助工装从浸湿池内取出,挤干多余水分;
(3)配药:在步骤(2)浸润的同时,根据棉丝成衣所用的面料配置免烫整理液;
(4)准备:将步骤(3)中所述免烫整理液注入浸药循环池内,免烫整理液为2-3倍棉丝成衣重量,然后将步骤(2)中的浸药专用辅助工装放入浸药池内;根据棉丝成衣所用的面料配置
(5)浸药:启动浸药循环池内的循环控制系统,控制整理液的循环速率1L/s,同时开启浸药专用辅助工装的控制系统,以每分钟1-2次的频率反复挤压工装内的堆叠棉丝成衣,维持15-20分钟;
(6)挤干:将步骤(5)所述浸药辅助工装移出浸药循环池悬停在所述浸药循环池上方,再次启动工装的控制系统进行挤压,使棉丝成衣的带液率降至60%-75%;
(7)预烘干:打开浸药辅助工装,取出堆叠棉丝成衣,送入进烘箱内进行预烘干,使棉丝成衣半成品的带液率降至25%-30%;
(8)定型压烫:预烘干后,将棉丝成衣逐件平铺到压烫机中,控制压烫机温度在110℃-130℃,压力设定为4N/cm²,压烫时间为10秒,进行定型压烫,使免烫整理液与面料纤维发生部分交联反应;
