a) mixing matrix asphalt, styrene-butadiene copolymer, styrene-butadiene rubber, graphene oxide, basic bismuth nitrate, coumarone resin, silicon rubber, MA-100 carbon black, urea, magnesia, melamine phosphate, diethanolamine, barium sulfate, a plasticizer, kaolin powder, polyurethane, polyether polyol, butyl stearate, an anti-aging agent and light silica micropowder, adding 95% ethanol accounting for 4-5% of the total mass of the raw materials during mixing, carrying out banburying treatment, mixing by an internal mixer, carrying out in a closed environment, and breaking bridges among the originally hard components to deform and soften by using a strong compression and stirring mode of the internal mixer, wherein the temperature of the internal mixer is 164 ℃ and the pressure is 0.12MPa during banburying;
b) banburying for 50min, adding palm wax emulsion and N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide, stirring for 12min, and activating under ultrasonic action for 43 min;
c) adding tackifier and active carbon, dispersing fully, shearing to make it uniformly, cooling to 112 deg.C, and making the oil-immersed material flow into oil-immersed tank.

the ultrasonic frequency is 154KHZ, the power is 2245W, and the temperature is 92 ℃.
