For example, chinese patent CN107641271A discloses a collision dummy skin and its preparation process, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride; 40-20 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane; 10-20 parts of an additive; the additives are a plasticizer, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant and a reinforcing phase filler; however, the head skin characteristics of Chinese people are not designed, and the characteristics of the prepared skin in toughness, ductility, elasticity and the like which are all not in accordance with the head skin characteristics of Chinese people can be reflected in practical application, so that data measured by adopting the skin material can be difficultly applied to Chinese people, and the safety protection performance of the head in the collision process is directly influenced.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: according to the invention, on the basis of common skin material polyvinyl chloride resin, calcium carbonate with a specific content, dioctyl terephthalate with a specific content and epoxidized soybean oil with a specific content are innovatively adopted for compounding, and especially, the contents of polyvinyl chloride and dioctyl terephthalate are controlled within a specific range, so that the prepared head skin material conforms to the characteristics of the head skin of Chinese in the aspects of toughness, ductility, elasticity and the like, and meanwhile, the synthetic acceleration measured by a drop test also conforms to the numerical range of the head skin of Chinese, thereby being beneficial to accurately obtaining safety protection test data of the head, especially the head of the Chinese in the automobile collision process, and further being capable of adopting reasonable data to carry out specific design on transportation tools such as automobiles and the like designed for Chinese and improving the safety protection performance of the head; meanwhile, the novel anti-theft door can be used for multiple times, and the durability is better.

Performance testing
The skin materials obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following performance tests, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.
Scalp test methods: reference is made to the relevant test standard used by the European and American sign dummies, the test method in Subpart B in the U.S. Federal regulations 49CFR PART 572.
The skull equipped with the scalp of the collision test dummy is hung on a head falling device, the forehead position is vertically away from the surface 376 +/-1 mm of the falling collision, the nasal tip position is vertically away from the forehead position by 12.7mm, and the left-right balance of the head is kept as far as possible. The surface of the falling collision is a smooth and clean horizontal metal surface, the material is a chromium-plated steel plate, and the degree of finish is 2-0.2 mu m. After the skull with the scalp is hung and placed at the position, a drop test is carried out, and the relevant collision performance of the scalp and the injury value of the head are reflected by data acquired by the triaxial accelerometer arranged in the skull.
