The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the formula, mixing in a container, heating the mold to 180 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 30min, slowly pouring the uniformly mixed raw materials into the heated mold, shaking the mold after pouring to discharge bubbles, baking for 30min, and cooling to prepare the head skin material of the dummy suitable for collision test of Chinese.

Performance testing
The skin materials obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following performance tests, and the specific results are shown in Table 1.
Scalp test method: reference is made to the relevant test standard for European and American physical sign dummy, namely the test method in Subpart B in the United states Federal regulations 49CFR PART 572.
The skull assembled with the scalp of the collision test dummy is hung on the head falling device, the vertical distance between the forehead position and the surface 376+/-1 mm of the collision, and the vertical distance between the nose tip position and the forehead position is 12.7mm, so that the left and right balance of the head is kept as much as possible. The surface of the falling collision is a smooth and clean horizontal metal surface, the material is a chrome-plated steel plate, and the finish is 2-0.2 mu m. After the scalp-equipped skull suspension is placed in the above position, a drop test is performed, and the data acquired by the triaxial accelerometer installed in the skull is used for reflecting the relevant collision performance of the scalp and the injury value of the head.

the paste viscosity of the polyvinyl chloride resin is 2450-2550 mPa.s, and the volume density is 0.20-0.40g/mL; the epoxy value of the epoxidized soybean oil is 6.5-7.0mol/100 g, and the acid value is 0.2-0.4 KOH/(mg/g);
the preparation method of the dummy head skin material suitable for the collision test of Chinese comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the formula, uniformly mixing, heating the die to 175-185 ℃, pouring the uniformly mixed raw materials into the heated die, and shaking the die to control that the uniformly mixed raw materials are poured into the heated die without generating bubbles, baking and cooling to prepare the head skin material of the dummy suitable for the collision test of Chinese.
