本发明涉及一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,它包括充电接口(1),所述充电接口(1)前侧设置有舱门外框(2),所述舱门外框(2)上铰接设置有舱门盖板(3),所述充电接口(1)内侧设置有LED光带(4),所述充电接口(1)前侧设置有接近开关(5);当舱门盖板(3)打开时接近开关(5)导通,能够对LED光带(4)输出电源使LED光带(4)发光;当舱门盖板(3)关闭时接近开关(5)关闭,此时LED光带(4)不发光。本发明一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其LED光带能够根据电池的不同充电状态变换光线颜色,使得司机准确判断充电状态、节约时间,同时通过灯光颜色还可以提示周边人员。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,属于客车技术领域。
背景技术
与采用燃油或天然气作为动力源的常规汽车相比,零排放的电动客车,必将成为减少城市汽车的污染排量,改善城市空气质量,实现国家新能源汽车的发展战略的主力军。电动客车是指以车载电源为动力,选配合适的车载蓄电池或电缆供电设备提供电能驱动行驶的客车。电动客车在充电时,需要先打开在电器舱门上二次开设的充电舱门,再将充电枪伸入到电器舱内部和充电插座相连接。然而现有的电动客车需要人员根据充电时间判断其充电状态,来回到充电桩查看,浪费时间;在夜间充电时,由于光线较暗,司机需自己准备照明工具对其进行充电,操作不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种能够根据电池的不同充电状态变换光线颜色,使得司机准确判断充电状态、节约时间、夜间充电方便快捷的客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,它包括充电接口,所述充电接口前侧设置有舱门外框,所述舱门外框上铰接设置有舱门盖板,所述充电接口内侧设置有LED光带,所述充电接口前侧设置有接近开关;当舱门盖板打开时接近开关导通,能够对LED光带输出电源使LED光带发光;当舱门盖板关闭时接近开关关闭,此时LED光带不发光。
优选的,所述LED光带能够发出三种颜色的光,其中一种颜色用于指示舱门盖板开关状态,另外两种颜色用于指示充电状态。
优选的,当舱门盖板打开充电枪未插入充电接口时,LED光带发出白光;当舱门盖板打开充电枪插入充电接口进行充电时,LED光带发出蓝光;当舱门盖板打开充电枪插入充电接口完成充电后,LED光带发出红光。
优选的,所述充电接口截面形状呈矩形。
优选的,所述舱门外框的形状与充电接口的形状相匹配,所述舱门外框的尺寸大于充电接口的尺寸。
优选的,所述LED光带沿充电接口后侧边缘周长方向布置。
优选的,所述接近开关设置于充电接口一角位置处。
优选的,所述舱门盖板上设置有与接近开关相匹配的感应金属片,所述感应金属片的位置与接近开关的位置相对应。

本发明一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其LED光带能够根据电池的不同充电状态变换光线颜色,使得司机准确判断充电状态、节约时间,同时通过灯光颜色还可以提示周边人员,该车处于充电中,通过增设接近开关用于及时反馈盖板的状态,当盖板处于打开状态时,LED光带发出白光,在夜间充电时为司机起到照明的作用,使得夜间充电更加方便快捷。

如图1、图2所示,本实施例中的一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,它包括充电接口1,所述充电接口1前侧设置有舱门外框2,所述舱门外框2上铰接设置有舱门盖板3,所述充电接口1内侧设置有LED光带4,所述充电接口1前侧设置有接近开关5;当舱门盖板3打开时接近开关5导通,能够对LED光带4输出电源使LED光带4发光;当舱门盖板3关闭时接近开关5关闭,此时LED光带4不发光;
所述LED光带4能够发出三种颜色的光,其中一种颜色用于指示舱门盖板开关状态,另外两种颜色用于指示充电状态;
当舱门盖板3打开充电枪未插入充电接口1时,LED光带4发出白光;当舱门盖板3打开充电枪插入充电接口1进行充电时,LED光带4发出蓝光;当舱门盖板3打开充电枪插入充电接口1完成充电后,LED光带4发出红光;

1.一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其特征在于:它包括充电接口(1),所述充电接口(1)前侧设置有舱门外框(2),所述舱门外框(2)上铰接设置有舱门盖板(3),所述充电接口(1)内侧设置有LED光带(4),所述充电接口(1)前侧设置有接近开关(5);当舱门盖板(3)打开时接近开关(5)导通,能够对LED光带(4)输出电源使LED光带(4)发光;当舱门盖板(3)关闭时接近开关(5)关闭,此时LED光带(4)不发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其特征在于:所述LED光带(4)能够发出三种颜色的光,其中一种颜色用于指示舱门盖板开关状态,另外两种颜色用于指示充电状态。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其特征在于:当舱门盖板(3)打开充电枪未插入充电接口(1)时,LED光带(4)发出白光;当舱门盖板(3)打开充电枪插入充电接口(1)进行充电时,LED光带(4)发出蓝光;当舱门盖板(3)打开充电枪插入充电接口(1)完成充电后,LED光带(4)发出红光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其特征在于:所述充电接口(1)截面形状呈矩形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其特征在于:所述舱门外框(2)的形状与充电接口(1)的形状相匹配,所述舱门外框(2)的尺寸大于充电接口(1)的尺寸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种客车用指示充电状态的充电舱门,其特征在于:所述LED光带(4)沿充电接口(1)后侧边缘周长方向布置。
