本发明提供一种冷冲压成型铝及其制备工艺,涉及一种冲压成型技术领域。该发明包括成型铝本体,成型铝本体包括由外之内依次设置的表层、阻隔层和内层,表层包括第一表层和第二表层,阻隔层包括第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层,内层的上下两端分别粘接有第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层,第一阻隔层上端粘接有第一表层,第二阻隔层的下端粘接有第二表层。本发明具有良好的遮光性能、防潮性能、保气性能和保味性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲压成型技术领域,特别是涉及一种冷冲压成型铝及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有的合成铝阻隔性达不到预期效果,不能够完全隔阻水蒸气、氧气、紫外线等,同时对那些对潮气敏感的药品,或者需要在潮湿地区销售的药品进行包装的效果也很差。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种冷冲压成型铝及其制备工艺,使其具有良好的遮光性能、防潮性能、保气性能和保味性能。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种冷冲压成型铝,包括成型铝本体,其中,所述成型铝本体包括由外之内依次设置的表层、阻隔层和内层,所述表层包括第一表层和第二表层,所述阻隔层包括第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层,所述内层的上下两端分别粘接有所述第一阻隔层和所述第二阻隔层,所述第一阻隔层上端粘接有所述第一表层,所述第二阻隔层的下端粘接有所述第二表层。
优选的,所述表层的材质采用无印刷双向拉伸尼龙。
优选的,所述阻隔层采用铝箔。
优选的,所述内层采用PVC硬片。
一种冷冲压成型铝的制备工艺,其中,包括以下步骤:
S10、将尼龙通过溶剂型复合用粘合剂与阻隔层粘接到一起;
S20、将S10中粘接到一起的材料进行固化;
S30、将S20中得到的材料通过粘合剂与PVC粘接到一起;
S40、将S30中得到的材料送到熟化室,在一定的温度和时间下进行固化;
S50、将S40中得到的材料放置冷却后根据产品标准进行全项检验,检验合格后方可销售。
优选的,在步骤S20中,固化的条件为:温度55℃,BOPA/AL固化需48小时。
优选的,在步骤S40中,固化的条件为:温度55℃,成品固化需5天,即5*24=120小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、冷冲压成型铝包装主要用于药品片剂、胶囊、丸剂等的铝塑泡罩型包装,外观新颖,提升药品形象及竞争力;
2、冷冲压成型铝包装具有良好的遮光性能、防潮性能、保气性能和保味性能;
3、冷冲压成型铝包装采用冷压成型,省去加热环节,代替PVC使用;
4、冷冲压成型铝与PTP铝箔热封,易于开启;
5、冷冲压成型铝适用于冷压成型铝铝泡罩包装机。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图与实例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但所举实例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的实施例包括成型铝本体,成型铝本体包括由外之内依次设置的表层、阻隔层和内层1,表层包括第一表层4和第二表层5,阻隔层包括第一阻隔层2和第二阻隔层,内层1的上下两端分别粘接有第一阻隔层2和第二阻隔层3,第一阻隔层2上端粘接有第一表层4,第二阻隔层3的下端粘接有第二表层5,表层的材质采用无印刷双向拉伸尼龙(BOPA),阻隔层采用铝箔(AL),内层采用PVC硬片。
一种冷冲压成型铝的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S10、将尼龙通过溶剂型复合用粘合剂与阻隔层粘接到一起;
S20、将S10中粘接到一起的材料进行固化;固化的条件为:温度55℃,BOPA/AL固化需48小时;
S30、将S20中得到的材料通过粘合剂与PVC粘接到一起;
S40、将S30中得到的材料送到熟化室,在一定的温度和时间下进行固化,固化的条件为:温度55℃,成品固化需5天,即5*24=120小时;
S50、将S40中得到的材料放置冷却后进行分切,然后根据产品标准进行全项检验,检验合格后方可销售。
本实施例中,冷冲压成型铝阻隔性能好,完全隔阻水蒸气、氧气、紫外线等。冷冲压成型铝特别适合用于包装那些对潮气敏感的药品,或者需要在潮湿地区销售的药品。通过改变模具,可以很方便地设计制造出形状漂亮多样的外形,加之其独有的华丽银灰色,更增添了包装产品的吸引力,可以大大提升产品档次,促进产品的销售,增加产品的附加值,冷冲压成型铝包装已经成为高档药品的代名词。
产品结构:两种:1、两层PA/AL 2、三层PA(PET)/AL/PVC;
PA尼龙(0.025mm)/AL(铝箔0.04-0.045mm上海美丰)/PVC层(0.06mm)。
要求温度:第一区:65℃,二区75℃,三区85℃,四区95℃,复合滚温度≤100℃。
复合顺序:PA与AL复合后放到固化室1-2天后再与PVC复合放到固化室再次固化5天后放冷分切。
技术指标:1、铝箔必须特殊有延展性好的铝箔;2、胶水也必须有延展性好的并且耐温的;3、产品要求上胶量在4.5g/㎡;4、冲压成型深度:7mm--11mm。
产品规格:
厚度:0.15mm+/-0.01mm;
外卷径:可根据客户的要求收卷。
本实施例中,尼龙,在外国称之为PA,其材料的密度为1.13-1.14。
主要性能:尼龙膜是一种强韧性的薄膜。有良好的抗张强度,伸长率,撕裂长度及耐磨性;耐穿刺性优良;低温持性优良。有广阔的使用温度范围:-60~200℃;耐油、耐有机溶剂、耐药品性、耐碱性优良;阻气性优良,但易吸水。薄膜本身不易产生静电,但在高速印刷时烘箱干燥过的;摩擦系数小,NY本身具有良好的自润滑性。

Claims (7)

1.一种冷冲压成型铝,包括成型铝本体,其特征在于,所述成型铝本体包括由外之内依次设置的表层、阻隔层和内层,所述表层包括第一表层和第二表层,所述阻隔层包括第一阻隔层和第二阻隔层,所述内层的上下两端分别粘接有所述第一阻隔层和所述第二阻隔层,所述第一阻隔层上端粘接有所述第一表层,所述第二阻隔层的下端粘接有所述第二表层。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷冲压成型铝,其特征在于,所述表层的材质采用无印刷双向拉伸尼龙。
3.如权利要求1所述的冷冲压成型铝,其特征在于,所述阻隔层采用铝箔。
4.如权利要求1所述的冷冲压成型铝,其特征在于,所述内层采用PVC硬片。
5.一种基于权利要求1所述的冷冲压成型铝的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S10、将尼龙通过溶剂型复合用粘合剂与阻隔层粘接到一起;
S20、将S10中粘接到一起的材料进行固化;
S30、将S20中得到的材料通过粘合剂与PVC粘接到一起;
S40、将S30中得到的材料送到熟化室,在一定的温度和时间下进行固化;
S50、将S40中得到的材料放置冷却后根据产品标准进行全项检验,检验合格后方可销售。
6.如权利要求5所述的冷冲压成型铝,其特征在于,在步骤S20中,固化的条件为:温度55℃,BOPA/AL固化需48小时。
7.如权利要求5所述的冷冲压成型铝,其特征在于,在步骤S40中,固化的条件为:温度55℃,成品固化需5天,即5*24=120小时。
