the adjusting assembly comprises a first folding arm (23), the first folding arm (23) is respectively installed on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the operation box (3), a second folding arm (24) is rotatably installed at the top end of the first folding arm (23), and a hydraulic telescopic push arm (25) is connected between the first folding arm (23) and the second folding arm (24);
the cutting knife (26) and the grinding roller (27) are respectively fixed at the bottom end of the second folding arm (24).

the water tank (28) is arranged on the rear side of the operation box (3), the water pump (29) is installed at the top end of the water tank (28), a water inlet of the water pump (29) is provided with a water inlet pipe (30) and connected with the bottom of the water tank (28), a water outlet of the water pump (29) is provided with a water outlet pipe (31), and the other end of the water outlet pipe (31) is connected with the water collecting tank (32).
