As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the body unit 1 includes a column 11, a welding clamp 12 and an adjusting seat 13. The lower end of the upright post 11 is fixed on the ground or other equipment through an adjusting seat 13. When the upright post 11 is installed, the height of the whole welding gun is adjusted through the diagonal bolts (the height can be adjusted through a heightening mode), and then the upright post 11 and the adjusting seat 13 are welded and fixed. The upright post 11 is of a bent L-shaped structure, and the tail end of the bent extension is provided with the welding tongs 12 which can be clamped and welded up and down. The direction of extension of the electrode holder 12 is parallel to the height direction of the upright 11.
The electric control module 4, the pneumatic control triple piece 5 and the pneumatic control valve set 6 are respectively electrically connected with the soldering turret 12, the die repairing unit 2 and the correcting unit 3, and send control instructions to the components through a PLC.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the sharpening unit 2 includes a first fixing frame 21, a first swing arm 22 hinged to the first fixing frame 21, and a sharpener 23 fixedly disposed at the end of the first swing arm 22, a fixing plate 26 is disposed at a hinged point of the first fixing frame 21 and the first swing arm 22, and the fixing plate 26 is fixed to the upright 11 by bolts. The action of moving the first swing arm 22 closer to or farther from the position of the soldering turret 12 along the hinge point is achieved by a first drive mechanism 24. The first driving mechanism 24 is an air cylinder, a cylinder barrel of the first driving mechanism is hinged to the lower end of the first fixing frame 21, and a telescopic rod of the first driving mechanism is hinged to the first swing arm 22. In this embodiment, the action of the first swing arm 22 along the hinge point is a swing under the telescopic driving of the cylinder. The first fixing frame 21 is designed to be a bent structure so as to ensure the swinging stroke of the first swing arm 22 (the swinging stroke is that the sharpening device 23 at the tail end of the first swing arm 22 is positioned at the position of the welding tongs 12 when the first swing arm is extended, and the sharpening device 23 does not interfere with the working range of the welding tongs 12 when the first swing arm is shortened).
The sharpening device 23 is lifted along the first swing arm 22 through a vertically arranged adjusting mechanism 25, and is used for realizing the vertical displacement when the sharpening device 23 grinds the motor head.
The adjusting mechanism 25 can be realized by linear screw fit or linear motor and slider.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the correction unit 3 includes a second fixing frame 31, a second swing arm 32 hinged to the second fixing frame 31, and a correction plate 33 fixed at the end of the second swing arm 32.
The second fixing frame 31 includes a hinge plate 311 and a fixing frame 312, one side surface of the fixing frame 312 is fixed on the upright post 11 through a bolt, and the other side surface of the fixing frame 312 extends the hinge plate 311 out of the upright post 11 by a distance to the position of the welding tongs 12.
The fixing frame 312 is connected to the upright post 11 to ensure that the correction unit 3 is disposed adjacent to the soldering turret 12.
The action of moving the second swing arm 32 closer to or farther from the position of the soldering turret 12 along the hinge point is achieved by a second drive mechanism 34. The second driving mechanism 34 is an air cylinder, a cylinder tube of the second driving mechanism is fixed to the lower end of the hinge plate 311 of the second fixing frame 31, and a telescopic rod of the second driving mechanism is hinged to the second swing arm 32. In the present embodiment, the action of the second swing arm 32 along the hinge point is swing under the telescopic driving of the cylinder. When the cylinder is extended, the correcting plate is pushed to swing to the position of the welding tongs 12, otherwise, when the cylinder is shortened, the correcting plate swings out from the direction far away from the welding tongs 12 and does not interfere with the working range of the welding tongs 12.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the working method of the multifunctional welding gun according to the present invention includes:
the mould repairing unit 2 and the correcting unit 3 are both swung out in the direction far away from the soldering turret 12;
the welding tongs 12 perform welding work;
the welding tongs 12 are in an open state after the welding is finished;
the sharpening unit 2 swings towards the direction close to the welding tongs 12 and is arranged in the middle of the welding tongs 12 in an open state, the welding tongs 12 are clamped, the electrode tip 121 of the welding tongs 12 is in contact with the sharpening device 23 of the sharpening unit 2, and sharpening work of the electrode tip 121 is started;
after the coping work is finished, the welding tongs 12 are opened, and the mould repairing unit 2 is swung out in the direction far away from the welding tongs 12;
the correcting unit 3 swings towards the direction close to the electrode holder 12 and is arranged in the middle of the electrode holder 12 in an open state, the electrode holder 12 is clamped, the electrode tip 121 of the electrode holder 12 clamps the correcting plate 33 of the correcting unit 3, and the correcting work of the electrode tip 121 is started;
after the correction work is completed, the soldering turret 12 is opened, and the correction unit 3 is swung out in a direction away from the soldering turret 12.
The grinding and the correction are not in sequence, and both are not necessarily required to be carried out simultaneously. The grinding is carried out according to the grinding requirement of the electrode tip of the welding tongs so as to meet the processing requirement again, and the grinding is carried out according to the vertical displacement of the adjusting mechanism so as to process different grinding amounts at different positions. Similarly, the electrode tip of the welding tongs can loosen along with the lapse of processing time, and the electrode tip needs to be pushed into the correction work in the welding tongs again, so that the correction plate is designed, and when the two electrode tips clamp the correction plate, the electrode tips can be corrected back to the welding tongs again.
According to different working requirements, different instructions are sent through the PLC so as to realize the actions of different unit mechanisms.
