Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution precipitation, and relates to a formula for precipitating impurities in traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution for livestock and poultry and application thereof.
Background
Impurities in the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution cause the liquid medicine to be very turbid, not only influence the absorption and utilization of active ingredients, but also have adverse effect on human bodies, so that the clarification and purification of the extracting solution play an important role in the quality of the liquid medicine. In the prior art, for example, common alcohol precipitation method and single adsorbent such as activated carbon have poor precipitation effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a formula for precipitating impurities in a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution for livestock and poultry, which solves the problem of influence of high temperature on the livestock and poultry.
On one hand, the invention provides a formula for precipitating impurities in traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution for livestock and poultry, which comprises a clarifying agent and a settling agent, wherein the clarifying agent comprises 2-5 parts by weight of edible Arabic gum, 1-3 parts by weight of edible gelatin and 3-4 parts by weight of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and the settling agent comprises 5-6 parts by weight of beta-cyclodextrin and 4-5 parts by weight of montmorillonite.
Further, the clarifying agent comprises 3 parts of edible Arabic gum, 2 parts of edible gelatin and 3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and the settling agent comprises 5 parts of beta-cyclodextrin and 4 parts of montmorillonite.
On the other hand, the invention provides application of a formula for precipitating impurities in the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution for livestock and poultry, which comprises the clarifying agent and the settling aid.
Further, the method comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a clarifying agent into a solution with the mass percentage of ten, and preparing a settling agent into a turbid solution with the mass percentage of ten;
2) decocting the Chinese medicinal materials, concentrating to desired amount, stirring, adding clarifier, stirring, adding settling agent, stirring, standing for 24 hr to clear the flocculated liquid, centrifuging, boiling, refrigerating, fine filtering, and bottling.
Further, when the clarifying agent is prepared, the clarifying agent is firstly added with water to be dissolved overnight, and then the mixture is sheared and ground in a colloid mill to be fully dissolved.
Further, when the settling agent is prepared, the settling agent is fully and uniformly stirred in a colloid mill and is soaked overnight, and when the settling agent is used, the settling agent is uniformly stirred and added into the liquid medicine.
Further, 200 g of clarifying agent and 300g of settling agent are respectively added into every 200 kg of liquid medicine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics and beneficial effects:
firstly, the liquid medicine clarified by the clarifying agent and the settling agent has good clarity, is easy to filter, saves time, is stable after long-term storage, is obviously superior to a single adsorbent such as an alcohol precipitation method, active carbon and the like, and is particularly suitable for the method which can not clarify by a conventional method to achieve a good effect.
Secondly, the method does not affect the small molecular components of flavone, polysaccharide, glycoside, alkaloid, organic acid and the like in the liquid medicine, and can keep more effective components in the liquid medicine compared with the alcohol precipitation method.
And thirdly, the cost is low, and is thirty percent of the cost of the alcohol precipitation method.
Detailed Description
The invention will now be further illustrated, but not by way of technical limitation, with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a formula for precipitating impurities in a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution for livestock and poultry, which comprises a clarifying agent and a settling aid, wherein the clarifying agent comprises 2 parts by weight of edible acacia, 1 part by weight of edible gelatin and 3 parts by weight of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and the settling aid comprises 5 parts by weight of beta-cyclodextrin and 4 parts by weight of montmorillonite.
The three substances in the clarifying agent are uniformly mixed and subpackaged for standby, and because the clarifying agent is slowly dissolved in water and is difficult to uniformly disperse in a short time, the clarifying agent is firstly dissolved in water overnight before use, then is sheared and ground in a colloid mill to be fully dissolved, and is added into the liquid medicine after being diluted to ten percent of the solution.
The two components of the settling agent are uniformly mixed for later use, water is firstly added to dilute the settling agent into ten percent of turbid liquid before use, the turbid liquid is fully and uniformly stirred in a colloid mill and is soaked overnight, and the turbid liquid is uniformly stirred and added into the liquid medicine when in use.
Decocting the traditional Chinese medicine, concentrating to required amount, adding clarifying agent after stirring uniformly, then adding settling agent, stirring uniformly, adding 300g of clarifying agent and settling agent respectively per 200 kg of liquid medicine, standing for 24 hours, then generating liquid medicine for clearing floccules, then passing the liquid medicine through a centrifuge to obtain clarified liquid medicine, boiling, refrigerating, then fine filtering according to the preparation requirement, and encapsulating.
The clarifying agent is a natural water-soluble food-grade gum compound and mainly adsorbs macromolecular suspended impurities such as flocculation protein, tannin, pectin, grease and the like. The settling agent is a natural molecular sieve capable of swelling in water, and can accelerate the clarification speed, improve the clarity of the liquid medicine and improve the filterability. The aqueous solution of the clarifying agent is added with the liquid medicine and then is subjected to electrostatic adsorption polymerization with the auxiliary agent molecular sieve, a water-soluble flocculent cloud cluster can be formed and then is subjected to gravity settling, the molecular sieve in the cloud cluster selectively and electrostatically adsorbs macromolecular impurity colloid suspension particles in the liquid medicine, a larger flocculent cluster is formed and is rapidly settled to the bottom of the container, and solid-liquid separation and liquid medicine clarification are realized.
