s100, analyzing whether a human body sits at the position of an office chair arranged in an office place or not according to the monitoring image;
s101, if yes, whether office workers leave the office chair or not within a sixth preset time is analyzed according to the monitoring image;
and S102, if so, controlling a vibration motor arranged inside the top end of the seat of the office chair where the office staff is located to start to enter a vibration prompt state.
6. An intelligent nursing system based on office, which uses the intelligent nursing method based on office as claimed in any one of the claims 1-5, comprising a nursing device, a ventilation device and a server, characterized in that:

the server is arranged at a planned placing position of an office place; the server includes:
the wireless module is used for being wirelessly connected with the foot nursing mechanism, the leg nursing mechanism, the hand massage mechanism, the rotating mechanism, the beating mechanism, the display adjusting mechanism, the vibration motor, the temperature sensor, the first exhaust fan, the purifier, the second exhaust fan, the office staff external equipment and the building monitoring department where the office is located respectively;
the monitoring shooting module is used for controlling the starting or closing of the monitoring camera;
the information analysis module is used for processing and analyzing the information according to the specified information;
