When the two primary warning devices 20 of the vehicular triangular warning system are not pivoted relative to the seat body 10, they are received in the receiving space 11 of the seat body 10 in a staggered manner as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and the triangular warning frame of the vehicular triangular warning system is disposed outside a vehicle as shown in fig. 7, the pull rod set 52A is disposed in the vehicle adjacent to the driver's seat, and the indicator light 524A is disposed on an instrument panel of the vehicle; when a vehicle fault or a car accident occurs, in order to unfold the triangular warning frame, a person in the vehicle only needs to operate the hand lever 521A of the pull rod set 52A to pivot upward, so as to start the two hydraulic pumps 512A as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 10, so that liquid flows into the two hydraulic rods 511A through the two hydraulic pipelines, and further the two hydraulic rods 511A extend, each hydraulic rod 511A rotates with its pivot joint with the bottom plate of the seat 10 as a pivot joint, and drives the warning plate 22 to rotate with the spindle 233 as an axis in a direction away from the bottom plate of the seat 10, and the fixing plate 21 and the bushing 231 rotate together with the warning plate 22 until the positioning piece 235 of the bushing 231 abuts against the positioning pin 12, and the bushing 231, the warning plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 can stop rotating and achieve a lifting function; when the two main warning devices 20 are lifted, the horizontal warning board 42 combined with one of the warning boards 22 is pivoted relative to the warning board 22 by using the pivoting device 43 as an axis until one end edge of the horizontal warning board 42 is limited by the fixing member 41 to be in a horizontal state, and then the triangular warning frame can be unfolded, at this time, the two warning boards 22 and the horizontal warning board 42 form a triangular shape together, each warning board 22 is provided with the at least one light-emitting layer 222 and the light-reflecting layer 223, the horizontal warning board 42 is provided with the light-reflecting layer 422, and light rays reflected by the light-reflecting layer 223 and the light-reflecting layer 422 can be seen from the rear of the vehicle, so that a warning effect is generated for a vehicle coming from behind.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, when the user operates the lever 521A to pivot upward, the bottom of the lever 521A contacts with the micro switch 522A to activate it, so that the light emitting device 523A of the lever set 52A, the at least one light emitting source 222 of each primary warning device 20, the at least one light source 421 of the secondary warning device 40, and the indicator 524A emit light; wherein the at least one light source 222 and the at least one light source 421 of each main warning device 20 can provide better warning effect relative to the reflective layer 223 and the reflective layer 422 at night; the vehicle occupant can know that the triangular warning frame is in the unfolded state by the indicator light 524A and the light-emitting device 523A.
To fold the triangle warning frame of the vehicular triangle warning system, the personnel in the vehicle only needs to operate the hand lever 521A to pivot downwards, the liquid will exit from the two hydraulic rods 511A, thereby shortening the two hydraulic rods 511A, each hydraulic rod 511A will gently drive the warning plate 22 to rotate toward the bottom plate of the base 10 with the spindle 233 as the axis, and the fixing plate 21 and the shaft sleeve 231 will rotate together with the warning plate 22, and the restoring force of the elastic element 25 will drive the warning board 22 and the fixing board 21 to rotate toward the direction of the seat body 10, so that the two main warning devices 20 are accommodated in the accommodating space 11 of the seat body 10 as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and the two warning boards 22 can be contacted with the two cushion bodies 13 respectively, the two cushion bodies 13 can provide a buffer effect for the two warning boards 22, and damage caused by impact force when the two warning boards 22 are reset is avoided; since the bottom of the lever 521A is no longer in contact with the micro switch 522A, the light emitting device 523A, the at least one light source 222, the at least one light source 421 and the indicator 524A are also turned off together.
More preferably, the triangular warning frame of the vehicular triangular warning system of the present invention can be installed in a guiding tail 60 of a vehicle, as shown in fig. 7 and 11, the guiding tail 60 includes a setting groove 61 and a mounting plate 62, wherein the setting groove 61 is penetratingly formed in the guiding tail 60, the mounting plate 62 is disposed in the guiding tail 60 to form a mounting space 63 together with the setting groove 61, and the mounting plate 62 is penetratingly formed with a plurality of guiding holes 621; the triangular warning frame of the vehicular triangular warning system is arranged in the arrangement groove 61 of the diversion tail wing 60 and arranged on the device plate 62, when the triangular warning frame is normally folded, the triangular warning frame is not exposed out of the vehicle, and the device space 63 is an open space, so that the triangular warning frame cannot cause element damage due to excessive sultriness in the diversion tail wing 60, and even if rainwater flows into the diversion tail wing 60 through the arrangement groove 61, the rainwater can be discharged through the diversion holes 621 on the device plate 62.
To sum up, to use the vehicular triangular warning system of the present invention, a person only needs to operate the hand lever 521A in the vehicle to unfold the triangular warning frame through the hydraulic system, which is time-consuming compared with the conventional assembly method of the triangular warning frame, and the person needs to get off and put himself, the present invention can be quickly assembled and operated in the vehicle without getting off and causing the risk of secondary accidents, and the present invention is arranged in the installation groove 61 of the guiding tail 60, so that the triangular warning frame cannot be placed on the highway as the conventional triangular warning frame is placed on, and blown down by wind because of too light weight, furthermore, the triangular warning frame of the present invention is provided with the at least one light source 222 and the at least one light source 421 in each main warning device 20, so that the accident caused by the fact that the following vehicle is not ready to react due to insufficient light at night can be avoided; therefore, the invention has the advantages of rapid assembly, operation in the vehicle, no need of getting off the vehicle in person to cause secondary accidents, no possibility of being blown down and obvious warning at night.
A second preferred embodiment of the vehicular triangular warning system of the present invention is shown in fig. 12 and 13, and the second preferred embodiment has substantially the same structure as the first preferred embodiment, except that: each lifting module 51B of the driving module 50B of the second preferred embodiment includes a pneumatic rod 511B, a hook set 512B, a fastener 513B, a pulley block 514B and a collective pulley 517B; as shown in fig. 15, one end of the pneumatic rod 511B is pivoted to the bottom plate of the base 10, and the other end is combined with the warning plate 22; as shown in fig. 12, the hook set 512B includes a fixing portion 515B, a hook 516B and a torsion spring 510B, the fixing portion 515B is combined with the bottom plate of the seat 10, the hook 516B can be pivotally combined with the fixing portion 515B, the torsion spring 510B is sleeved on the pivoting portion between the hook 516B and the fixing portion 515B, and one end of the torsion spring is combined with the hook 516B, and the other end of the torsion spring is combined with the bottom plate of the seat 10; the fastener 513B is combined with the fixing board 21, so that the hooks 516B of the hook set 512B can be fastened thereon; as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the pulley block 514B comprises a cable 518B and a pulley 519B, one end of the cable 518B is connected to the bottom of the hook 516B, the pulley 519B is disposed on the bottom plate of the base 10 as shown in fig. 13, so that the cable 518B can pass around the pulley 519B; the collective pulley 517B is disposed at the middle section of the bottom plate of the seat body 10, so that the two steel cables 731 of the two main warning devices 20 can jointly pass around the collective pulley 517B to be combined and can be jointly connected to the driving device, which is the pull rod set 52A in the preferred embodiment of the invention.
In the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hand lever 521A is operated to pivot upward as shown in fig. 7, the two cables 518B are pulled, each cable 518B drives the corresponding hook 516B as shown in fig. 14, so that the hook 516B is disengaged from the corresponding fastener 513B, and at the same time, the torsion spring 510B is in a compressed state, as shown in fig. 15, at this time, each pneumatic rod 511B will extend and rotate with the pivot point of the bottom plate of the seat 10, and drive the warning board 22 to rotate away from the bottom plate of the base 10 with the spindle 233 as the axis, and the fixing plate 21 and the sleeve 231 rotate together with the warning plate 22 until the positioning member 235 of the sleeve 231 abuts against the positioning pin 12, the shaft sleeve 231, the warning plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 can stop rotating and achieve the lifting function.
To fold the triangular warning frame of the vehicular triangular warning system proposed in the second preferred embodiment, the fixing plate 21 of each primary warning device 20 is actively pushed to rotate toward the seat 10, so that the two air pressure rods 511B are shortened until the fastening members 513B disposed on each fixing plate 21 are fastened with the hooks 516B of the corresponding hook set 512B as shown in fig. 12, and simultaneously the torsion spring 510B is restored to its original state, so that the triangular warning frame can be folded.
A third preferred embodiment of the vehicular triangular warning system of the present invention is shown in fig. 16, and the structure of the third preferred embodiment is substantially the same as that of the second preferred embodiment, except that: each lifting module 51C of the driving module 50C of the third preferred embodiment includes an electric control lock 512C, but does not include the hook set 512B, the pulley set 514B and the collective pulley 517B, and the driving device is a button device 52C; each electric control lock 512C is combined with the bottom plate of the seat body 10 and is provided with a retractable lock tongue 513C, and the lock tongue 513C can extend into the corresponding buckling piece 513B and limit the buckling piece 513B; the button device 52C is electrically connected to the two electric locks 512C, the button device 52C includes a box 521C and a button body 522C, the box 521C is provided with a protective cover 523C, the protective cover 523C can be pivotally disposed on the protective cover 523C relative to the box 521C, the button body 522C is disposed in the box 521C, the button body 522C is electrically connected to the two electric locks 512C, and the power source of the third preferred embodiment is a battery for vehicle.
In a use manner of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16, the protective cover 523C of the button device 52C is opened, and the button body 522C is pressed, so that the locking tongue 513C of each electric control lock 512C is shortened and exits from the corresponding locking part 513B, the locking part 513B is no longer limited by the locking tongue 513C, at this time, each air pressure bar 511B extends and rotates with the pivoting point of the locking tongue 513C and the bottom plate of the seat body 10 as the pivoting point, and drives the warning plate 22 to rotate with the spindle 233 as the axis in the direction away from the bottom plate of the seat body 10, and the fixing plate 21 and the shaft sleeve 231 rotate together with the warning plate 22 until the positioning part 235 of the shaft sleeve 231 abuts against the positioning pin 12, and the shaft sleeve 231, the warning plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 can stop rotating, and achieve the lifting function.
To fold the triangular warning frame of the vehicular triangular warning system proposed in the third preferred embodiment, the fixing plate 21 of each primary warning device 20 is actively pushed to rotate toward the seat 10, so that the two pneumatic rods 511B are shortened until the fastening members 513B disposed on each fixing plate 21 are fastened with the bolts 513C of the corresponding hook set electric control locks 512C as shown in fig. 13, and the triangular warning frame can be folded.
A fourth preferred embodiment of the vehicular triangular warning system of the present invention is shown in fig. 17, and the structure of the fourth preferred embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first preferred embodiment, except that: each lifting module 51D of the driving module 50D of the fourth preferred embodiment includes an actuating rod 511D instead of the hydraulic rod 511A and the hydraulic pump 512A, and the driving device is a button device 52D; one end of each actuating rod 511D is pivoted to the bottom plate of the seat 10, and the other end is combined with the warning plate 22, and further, each actuating rod 511D is a linear actuating rod; the button device 52D is electrically connected to the two actuating levers 511D, the button device 52D includes a box 521D and a button body 522D, the box 521D is provided with a protective cover 523D, the protective cover 523D is pivotally disposed on the protective cover 523D relative to the box 521D, the button body 522D is disposed in the box 521D, the button body 522D is electrically connected to the two actuating levers 511D, and the power source of the fourth preferred embodiment is a battery for vehicle.
In a usage of the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17, the protective cover 523D of the button device 52D is lifted, and the button body 522D is pressed, so that each actuating rod 511D extends and rotates with the pivot joint between the actuating rod and the bottom plate of the seat 10 as a pivot point, and together with the pivot joint, the warning plate 22 is driven to rotate in a direction away from the bottom plate of the seat 10 with the spindle 233 as an axis, and the fixing plate 21 and the shaft sleeve 231 rotate together with the warning plate 22 until the positioning element 235 of the shaft sleeve 231 abuts against the positioning pin 12, and the shaft sleeve 231, the warning plate 22 and the fixing plate 21 can stop rotating and achieve a lifting function.
To fold the triangular warning frame of the vehicular triangular warning system in accordance with the fourth preferred embodiment, the button body 522D is pressed again to shorten each actuating rod 511D, each actuating rod 511D drives the warning plate 22 to rotate toward the bottom plate of the seat 10 with the spindle 233 as the axis, and the fixing plate 21 and the shaft sleeve 231 rotate together with the warning plate 22 and are accommodated in the accommodating space 11 of the seat 10.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicular triangular warning system is characterized in that the vehicular triangular warning system is combined with a vehicle, the vehicle is provided with a tail end, and the vehicular triangular warning system is provided with:
the triangular warning frame is combined at the tail end of the vehicle and comprises a seat body and two main warning devices, wherein the two main warning devices can be respectively arranged on two sides of the seat body in a pivoting way relative to the seat body, and each main warning device is provided with at least one light emitting source; and
and the driving module is arranged in the vehicle and combined with the two main warning devices to drive the two main warning devices to pivot relative to the seat body respectively.
2. The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 1, wherein each primary warning device includes a fixing plate and a warning plate, the fixing plate can pivot relative to the seat body, the warning plate is combined with the fixing plate; the driving module comprises two lifting modules and a driving device, each lifting module is combined with the seat body and one of the warning plates and comprises a hydraulic rod and a hydraulic pump, one end of the hydraulic rod is pivoted to the seat body, the other end of the hydraulic rod is combined with the warning plate, the hydraulic rod is connected with the hydraulic pump through a hydraulic pipeline, the driving device is a pull rod set, and the pull rod set is connected with the hydraulic pump.
3. The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 1, wherein each primary warning device includes a fixing plate and a warning plate, the fixing plate can pivot relative to the seat body, the warning plate is combined with the fixing plate; the driving module comprises two lifting modules and a driving device, each lifting module is combined with the seat body and one of the warning boards and comprises an actuating rod, one end of each actuating rod is pivoted on the seat body, the other end of each actuating rod is combined with the warning board, the driving device is a button device, and the button device is electrically connected with the two actuating rods.

The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 1, wherein each primary warning device includes a fixing plate and a warning plate, the fixing plate can pivot relative to the seat body, the warning plate is combined with the fixing plate; the driving module comprises two lifting modules and a driving device, each lifting module is combined with the seat body and one of the warning boards and comprises an air pressure rod, a hook group, a buckling piece, a pulley block and a gathering pulley, one end of the air pressure rod is pivoted on the seat body, the other end of the air pressure rod is combined with the warning board, the hook group comprises a fixed part and a hook, the fixed part is combined with the seat body, the hook can be pivotally combined on the fixed part, the buckling piece is combined on the fixed plate and can enable the hook of the hook group to be buckled on the fixed part, the pulley block comprises a steel cable and a pulley, one end of the steel cable is combined with the bottom of the hook, the pulley is arranged on the seat body, the steel cable can pass around the pulley, the gathering pulley is arranged on the seat body, so that the two steel cables of the two main warning devices can jointly pass around the gathering pulley and can be jointly connected to the driving device, the driving device is a pull rod set.

The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 1, wherein each primary warning device includes a fixing plate and a warning plate, the fixing plate can pivot relative to the seat body, the warning plate is combined with the fixing plate; the driving module comprises two lifting modules and a driving device, each lifting module is combined on the seat body and one of the warning boards and comprises an air pressure rod, a buckling piece and an electric control lock, one end of the air pressure rod is pivoted on the seat body, the other end of the air pressure rod is combined on the warning board, the buckling piece is combined on the fixing plate, the electric control lock is combined on the seat body and provided with a lock tongue, the lock tongue can stretch relative to the electric control lock and can stretch into the corresponding buckling piece and limit the buckling piece, the driving device is a button device, and the button device is electrically connected with the two electric control locks.

The triangular warning system for vehicle according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the triangular warning frame is provided with a secondary warning device, the secondary warning device is combined with one of the primary warning devices, the secondary warning device comprises a fixing member, a horizontal warning plate and a pivoting device, wherein the fixing member is provided on one of the primary warning devices, the horizontal warning plate is combined with the primary warning device through the pivoting device and can pivot relative to the primary warning device until one end edge of the horizontal warning plate is limited by the fixing member to be in a horizontal state, and at least one light source is provided on one surface of the horizontal warning plate.

The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the triangular warning frame has a guiding fin, the triangular warning frame can be installed in the guiding fin, the guiding fin comprises a setting slot and a mounting plate, the setting slot is disposed through the guiding fin, the mounting plate is disposed in the guiding fin, and the mounting plate has a plurality of guiding holes; the vehicular triangular warning frame is arranged in the arrangement groove and arranged on the device plate.
8. The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 7, wherein the base has two positioning pins, the two positioning pins are respectively disposed on two sides of the base adjacent to the bottom; one end of the fixing plate of each main warning device is provided with a pivoting part; the warning board is provided with a through hole which is linearly opposite to the pivot part of the fixing board; each main warning device comprises a locking group, the locking group comprises a shaft sleeve and a spindle, the shaft sleeve is linearly opposite to the pivot part and the through hole and is arranged on one side of the pivot part opposite to the through hole of the warning plate, a positioning piece is arranged on the side surface of the shaft sleeve, and the spindle penetrates through the seat body, the shaft sleeve, the pivot part and the through hole, so that the fixing plate, the warning plate and the shaft sleeve can rotate relative to the seat body by taking the spindle as an axis until the positioning piece of the shaft sleeve abuts against the positioning piece.

The warning triangle as set forth in claim 8, wherein the warning triangle is provided with a partition plate, the partition plate is disposed between the two primary warning devices, and the two ends of the partition plate are respectively combined with the two primary warning devices, the partition plate is provided with two through holes, the two through holes are respectively disposed through the two ends of the partition plate, each through hole is disposed between the shaft sleeve of one of the primary warning devices and the fixing plate and is sleeved outside the shaft sleeve, so that the partition plate can separate the two primary warning devices.
10. The triangular warning system for vehicle according to claim 9, wherein the seat body has two pads spaced apart and disposed in a staggered manner on the seat body, and each of the two main warning devices is disposed on the seat body such that each of the warning boards abuts against one of the pads of the seat body.
