The internet-based network recruitment system of claim 3 wherein the screening module is further operable to screen the application information and the recruitment information according to detailed requirements, wherein the application information and the recruitment information comprise a salary range, a geographic distance range, a working year range and a minimum academic calendar.

The internet-based network recruitment system of claim 4 wherein the ranking module ranks the application information and the recruitment information from high to low according to factors of salary, geographic distance, working age, and degree of employment experience match to provide a more accurate selection of the recruiter and the recruiter.
6. A recruitment method of the internet-based network recruitment system according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
(1) according to the information of job hunting intentions, job experience, vocational skills and geographic positions of the applicants, automatically matching the satisfied job requirements, and pushing the job requirements to the applicants;
