一种防卡滞铰链结构
技术领域
本申请涉及飞机机体结构和机械操纵系统,具体涉及一种防卡滞铰链结构。
背景技术
铰链是飞机上活动部件上常用的结构形式,一般由单、双耳及安装在单耳上的关节轴承组成,中间通过铰链销轴连接。关节轴承内外环之间形成的滑动副允许单双耳之间相互运动。
铰链结构的运动功能是保证飞机正常工作的必要条件,但在一些特殊情况下(如沙尘、锈蚀等),关节轴承内、外环之间容易抱死,发生卡滞故障,导致铰链的运动功能丧失或在结构上产生过大的附加载荷,影响飞机的飞行安全。防止轴承卡滞,提高铰链可靠性是结构设计中亟待解决的难题。
常见的铰链结构由单、双耳片,安装在单耳上的关节轴承,以及安装在双耳上的衬套组成,其典型结构如下:
上述铰链结构单耳上安装有关节轴承,双耳的两个耳片上分别安装有钢制衬套,销轴中部有注油孔,用于对关节轴承进行润滑,销轴表面镀硬铬钝化耐磨处理。这种铰链结构没有展向位置调整功能,在安装过程比较困难,需要根据安装情况打磨衬套凸肩,以使关节轴承能顺利放入,轴承内环与两边衬套之间可能产生间隙,拧紧铰链螺母时,容易造成双耳变形,只能以较小的拧紧力矩安装。另外,这种铰链一旦关节轴承卡滞,铰链的转动即受影响,会在结构上产生较大的附加操纵力矩,甚至造成结构破坏或影响飞行安全,可靠性低。
发明内容
本专利发明了一种高可靠性防卡滞故障的飞机铰链结构。
本申请提供一种防卡滞铰链结构,所述防卡滞铰链结构包括单耳接头1、关节轴承2、双耳接头3、铰链销轴4、第一凸肩衬套5、滑动衬套6和第二凸肩衬套7,其中:
第一凸肩衬套5嵌套在双耳接头3中的第一耳片内,第二凸肩衬套7嵌套在双耳接头3中的第二耳片内,滑动衬套6穿过第二凸肩衬套7,关节轴承2嵌套在单耳接头1内;铰链销轴4从螺栓头到螺纹部分依此穿过第一凸肩衬套5、关节轴承2和滑动衬套6;通过锁紧机构将单耳接头1、关节轴承2、双耳接头3、铰链销轴4、第一凸肩衬套5、滑动衬套6和第二凸肩衬套7锁紧。
优选的,滑动衬套6包括不锈钢滑动衬套,表面光洁度为Ra0.8。
优选的,锁紧机构包括垫圈8、螺母9和开口销10。
优选的,铰链销轴4与关节轴承2接触的表面涂覆自润滑涂层。
优选的,第一凸肩衬套5和第二凸肩衬套7分别以液氮冷缩后安装在双耳接头3的第一耳片的孔和第二耳片的孔内,第一凸肩衬套5和第二凸肩衬套7与孔之间均为过盈配合。
优选的,销轴4与关节轴承2内环之间采用间隙配合。
优选的,关节轴承2的内环与铰链销轴4之间发生转动。
优选的,滑动衬套6在第二凸肩衬套7内沿轴线方向移动。
与现有铰链结构相比,本发明中的铰链结构具备两级运动副,关节轴承内外环之间的运动副为一级运动副,在正常情况下工作;当关节轴承内外环之间卡滞时,操纵装置克服轴承内环端面的摩擦力矩和轴承内环与销轴之间的摩擦力矩,并在内环和销轴之间形成新的运动副,称为二级运动副,以此保证铰链结构的运动动能,防止铰链上产生过大的附加载荷,提高机构的可靠性。

具体实施方式
本专利发明了一种高可靠性防卡滞故障的飞机铰链结构,该结构具备双运动副,正常情况下一级滑动副工作,在铰链轴承卡滞时,二级滑动副启动,保证铰链结构的运动动能,防止铰链上产生较大的附加载荷,提高机构的可靠性。本发明由安装铰链关节轴承的单耳、加持轴承的双耳、凸肩衬套、起调整和夹持作用的滑动衬套和铰链销轴组成。
如图1所示,本专利发明的铰链结构,由单耳接头1、安装在单耳接头1上的关节轴承2、双耳接头3、第一凸肩衬套5、滑动衬套6、铰链销轴4组成。关节轴承1可以使用自润滑轴承或脂润滑金属—金属关节轴承,通过挤压压紧在单耳的孔内。第一凸肩衬套5和第二凸肩衬套7以液氮冷缩后安装在双耳的两个孔内,与孔之间为过盈配合,滑动衬套6一般用不锈钢材料制造,表面光洁度Ra0.8,穿入凸肩衬套7内,使其能沿轴线方向移动,用于适应根据关节轴承中心的展向位置,同时夹紧关节轴承2内环,传递侧向载荷。铰链销轴4表面与关节轴承2内环接触的区域涂覆自润滑涂层,销轴4与关节轴承2内环之间采用小间隙配合,允许关节轴承2内环与销轴4之间发生转动。在安装时,根据不同材料的摩擦系数确定关节轴承2内环端面与凸肩衬套5和7接触部位、关节轴承2内环与销轴4接触部位以及关节轴承2内外环之间的摩擦力矩,计算因拧紧力矩产生的销轴4上的拉力,并根据正常情况下关节轴承2内外环之间摩擦力矩小于轴承端面的摩擦扭矩与轴承内环与销轴4之间的扭矩之和来确定螺母9的安装力矩。
另一种使用实例是将图1中所示的销轴4表面不涂覆自润滑材料,而在关节轴承2内环内表面上粘贴自润滑关节轴承衬垫。
在实际使用过程,在设计空间允许的条件下,关节轴承2可以使用外环具有机械锁紧装置的结构固定,进一步提高铰链承受轴向载荷的能力。

1.一种防卡滞铰链结构,其特征在于,所述防卡滞铰链结构包括单耳接头(1)、关节轴承(2)、双耳接头(3)、铰链销轴(4)、第一凸肩衬套(5)、滑动衬套(6)和第二凸肩衬套(7),其中:
第一凸肩衬套(5)嵌套在双耳接头(3)中的第一耳片内,第二凸肩衬套(7)嵌套在双耳接头(3)中的第二耳片内,滑动衬套(6)穿过第二凸肩衬套(7),关节轴承(2)嵌套在单耳接头(1)内;铰链销轴(4)从螺栓头到螺纹部分依此穿过第一凸肩衬套(5)、关节轴承(2)和滑动衬套(6);通过锁紧机构将单耳接头(1)、关节轴承(2)、双耳接头(3)、铰链销轴(4)、第一凸肩衬套(5)、滑动衬套(6)和第二凸肩衬套(7)锁紧;滑动衬套(6)包括不锈钢滑动衬套,表面光洁度为Ra0.8;锁紧机构包括垫圈(8)、螺母(9)和开口销(10);铰链销轴(4)与关节轴承(2)接触的表面涂覆自润滑涂层;第一凸肩衬套(5)和第二凸肩衬套(7)分别以液氮冷缩后安装在双耳接头(3)的第一耳片的孔和第二耳片的孔内,第一凸肩衬套(5)和第二凸肩衬套(7)与孔之间均为过盈配合;销轴(4)与关节轴承(2)内环之间采用间隙配合;关节轴承(2)的内环与铰链销轴(4)之间发生转动;滑动衬套(6)在第二凸肩衬套(7)内沿轴线方向移动,用于适应根据关节轴承中心的展向位置,同时夹紧关节轴承(2)内环,传递侧向载荷;在安装时,根据不同材料的摩擦系数确定关节轴承(2)内环端面与第一凸肩衬套(5)和第二凸肩衬套(7)接触部位、关节轴承(2)内环与销轴(4)接触部位以及关节轴承(2)内外环之间的摩擦力矩,计算因拧紧力矩产生的销轴(4)上的拉力,并根据正常情况下关节轴承(2)内外环之间摩擦力矩小于轴承端面的摩擦扭矩与轴承内环与销轴(4)之间的扭矩之和来确定螺母(9)的安装力矩。
