Description

Imitation leather grain printing process method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a garment printing process, in particular to a imitation leather grain printing process method.
Background
The clothing printing is a clothing making process, and is a process method for printing patterns (printing) on clothing fabrics. At present, leather or simulation leather is usually used in a leather grain printing process and is printed on clothing fabrics in a hot pressing or sewing or bonding mode, the cost of raw materials required by the mode is high, and in the printing process, due to the fact that the corrosion resistance and the high temperature resistance of the leather or the simulation leather are poor, material and pattern defects are prone to occurring, high defective rate is caused, and the cost is further increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a process method for printing imitation leather grains, which can print imitation leather grains on a fabric at lower cost.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a process method for printing imitation leather grains comprises the following steps:
preparing transparent priming slurry, and blade-coating a fabric coloring area for 2-4 times by using the transparent priming slurry;
preparing three kinds of grey paste, and carrying out blade coating on a fabric coloring area for 4-6 times;
coating the fabric coloring area with smooth surface slurry;
and (4) carrying out high-temperature color fixation on the fabric.
Preferably, the transparent primer slurry comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 13% of methacrylic acid, 13% of butyl acrylate, 13% of acrylic polymer, 52% of polyurethane resin, 3% of propylene glycol and the balance of water. .
Preferably, the grey paste is scraped from light to dark in the scraping and coating process of the grey paste.
Preferably, the gray pulp comprises, by mass, 80% of transparent pulp, 16.5% of white pulp, 3.5% of color seeds and the balance of water.
Preferably, the transparent pulp is mainly made of acrylic resin, the white pulp is mainly made of acrylic resin and titanium dioxide, and the color seed is mainly made of pigment, humectant and fatty alcohol ether surfactant.
Preferably, the glaze slurry is mainly made of polyurethane resin.
Preferably, the high-temperature fixation is carried out by feeding the fabric into a high-temperature baking oven, and baking the fabric for 1 to 3 minutes at the temperature of 120-180 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the transparent primer is used for priming, so that the firmness degree can be enhanced, the tension force can be enhanced, the gray pastes with different gray levels can provide a progressive grain effect, the smooth paste plays a role in enhancing the brightness, and the textile printing finished product can form a visual effect with deep and shallow levels by combining high-temperature color fixation, so that the surface can keep a smooth effect, and the softness is far better than that of a real leather material due to the thin thickness of the fabric printing finished product, thereby effectively reducing the material consumption and the production and manufacturing cost.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the imitation leather grain printing process of the invention;
FIG. 2 is a diagram of the effect of imitation leather texture produced by the imitation leather texture printing process method of the invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments. In the present specification, the terms "upper", "inner", "middle", "left", "right" and "one" are used for clarity of description only, and are not used to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the modifications may be regarded as the scope of the present invention without substantial technical changes.
The imitation leather grain printing process method shown in figure 1 comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing transparent base slurry, and blade-coating the fabric coloring area for 2-4 times by using the transparent base slurry;
s2, preparing three grey pastes, and blade-coating the fabric coloring area for 4-6 times;
s3, coating the fabric coloring area with smooth surface slurry;
and S4, fixing the fabric at high temperature.
Wherein, the transparent priming paste of the embodiment adopts RT116, and the smooth paste adopts PV-6000 smooth paste. The PV-6000 photo-paste is mainly made of polyurethane resin.
The fabric printing finished product can form a visual effect with deep and shallow layers by combining high-temperature color fixation through RT116 bottoming, so that the surface can keep a smooth effect, and the softness is far better than that of a real leather material due to the fact that the fabric printing finished product is thin, and the material consumption and the production and manufacturing cost are effectively reduced.
The adhesive has no better adhesive force, and the transparent primer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 13% of methacrylic acid, 13% of butyl acrylate, 13% of acrylic polymer, 52% of polyurethane resin, 3% of propylene glycol and the balance of water.
No better grain level is formed, and the grey paste is scraped from light to dark in the process of scraping the grey paste. The gray pulp comprises, by mass, 80% of transparent pulp, 16.5% of white pulp, 3.5% of color seeds and the balance of water. The transparent pulp is mainly made of acrylic resin, the white pulp is mainly made of acrylic resin and titanium dioxide, and the color seed is mainly made of pigment, humectant and fatty alcohol ether surfactant.
Preferably, the high-temperature fixation is carried out by feeding the fabric into a high-temperature baking oven, and baking the fabric for 1 to 3 minutes at the temperature of 120-180 ℃. In this case, the baking is preferably carried out at a temperature of 155 ℃ for 2 minutes.
Figure 2 shows the imitation leather grain on the fabric obtained after the above example is adopted.
The embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and according to the above-mentioned contents of the present invention, the present invention can be modified, substituted or combined in other various forms without departing from the basic technical idea of the present invention.
