Preparation method of knitted fabric with moisture absorption, sweat releasing and continuous cool feeling functions
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of knitted fabrics, in particular to a preparation method of a knitted fabric with moisture absorption, sweat releasing and continuous cool feeling functions.
Background
At present, people put forward more and more requirements on multifunction and comfort, the traditional fabric is simple in structure and single in function, does not have the characteristics of moisture absorption, sweat releasing and continuous cool feeling, and can feel uncomfortable when being worn, the cool feeling fiber with the function at present adopts the latest nanotechnology, the mineral with cool feeling (cold element) released in nature is micronized to prepare composite inorganic nano powder, the composite inorganic nano powder is processed into inorganic nano super cool feeling master batches through a special process, and then the key production processes of drying, spinning and drafting are broken through a spinneret plate with unique design, and finally the cool feeling fiber with the function is developed. Functionally, the multifunctional clothes have the effects of moisture absorption, quick drying, coolness, comfort and instant temperature reduction, and the functions are not influenced by the washing times and have permanent and continuous cool feeling. In the experience, the product can generate instant cool feeling 1-2 ℃ lower than the body temperature after contacting the skin, and can generate cool feeling temperature difference 3-4 ℃ with the body temperature after being irradiated by sunlight for a long time. In the current market, the fiber fabric is mainly used for manufacturing textiles such as underwear, outerwear, sportswear, socks, shoes and the like, but the cost is high, and the fabric only contacts with cool feeling and only has the effect of instant cooling.
The functional cool after-finishing mainly adopts a cool finishing agent to carry out after-treatment on the fabric, and at present, a plurality of contact moisture absorption cool finishing agents mainly comprising xylitol, erythrose alcohol and silk protein are used in the market. The xylitol on the surface of the fabric has an endothermic reaction when meeting water, so that the cool factor is released, the skin contacting the cool factor is cool and comfortable, in addition, the silk protein component contained in the fabric has a good moisturizing function, the cooling and moisturizing double combination makes people have the possibility of cooling protection in summer of inflammation, and can continuously absorb heat to generate cool feeling within a period of time, but the cost of the cool feeling auxiliary agent is high, and the fabric after cool feeling finishing is not resistant to water washing, so that the repeated water washing function is greatly reduced for several times.
