Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hard alloy processing lubrication and cooling, and particularly relates to a special grinding fluid for hard alloy, which is environment-friendly, can inhibit cobalt precipitation and has a long service life.
Background
Cemented carbide has particularly high hardness even at extremely high temperatures, and excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is widely used for molds, tools, and the like. The hard alloy generates a large amount of heat during the grinding process, and the grinding fluid is required to dissipate the heat. Because the oily grinding fluid has poor heat dissipation, is easy to burn at high temperature on a workpiece and has a severe operating environment, the conventional hard alloy grinding processing usually adopts the water-based grinding fluid with good cooling property. The existing commercially available water-based grinding fluid for hard alloy has more problems, such as high cobalt leaching amount due to triethanolamine, loose hard alloy framework, seriously reduced performance, and harmful waste liquid to human body and environment; or nitrite harmful to human body and environment; or contains AMP-95, diglycolamine, etc., has heavy smell in the grinding process, and the production environment is unbearable for operators.
As a special alcohol amine, the cyclohexyl diethanolamine has the advantages of excellent water solubility and base number stability, low volatility, low odor, good antibacterial performance, small corrosion to nonferrous metals and the like. However, the application of the cyclohexyl diethanolamine and other components in the hard alloy grinding fluid is not reported so far.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: the grinding fluid special for the hard alloy is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 6-20% of cyclohexyl diethanolamine, 10-20% of organic acid, 1-3% of benzotriazole derivative, 6-15% of polyether modified ester, 0.5-5% of potassium hydroxide, 3-5% of coupling agent, 1-2% of bactericide, 0.1-0.5% of polyether modified silicon defoamer and the balance of water; the organic acid is at least one of tricarboxylic acid, undecanedioic acid and sebacic acid; the polyether modified ester has the following structure:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. low odor and VOC, and improved production environment;
2. excellent cobalt inhibition performance, long time for replacing the groove, long service life and reduced waste liquid discharge;
3. the environment-friendly biodegradable plastic does not contain toxic and harmful substances such as nitrite, heavy metal, secondary amine, sulfur, chlorine, phosphorus and the like, and is biodegradable and environment-friendly.

Example 1:
the grinding fluid special for the hard alloy comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15% of cyclohexyl diethanolamine, 10% of tricarboxylic acid, 5% of undecanedioic acid mixture, 2% of benzotriazole derivative, 10% of polyether modified ester, 2% of potassium hydroxide, 4% of neodecanoic acid, 201% of bactericide BIT, 0.1% of polyether modified silicon defoamer and the balance of water. The components are stirred and mixed evenly.
