Abstract

本发明公开用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料及其制备方法,其中,由包括以下重量份的组分制成:哑光聚氨酯30‑40份;亮光聚氨酯40‑50份;去离子水10‑20份;填料3‑5份;流平剂0.5‑1份;手感剂0.2‑0.5份。本发明所述水性抗刮哑光涂料的主要优点在于:流平性好,涂层表面达因值高,抗刮性好,耐酒精性好,施工方便,环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展和环保意识的加强,水性环保型涂料成为发展的重点方向。BOPP薄膜(双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜)用水性哑光聚氨酯涂料以水作为溶剂或分散介质,是一种环境友好和使用安全的“绿色”涂料。此类涂料具有良好的附着力、展色性、耐酒精性、抗划伤性好等优点,已经被广泛用于BOPP薄膜的涂装领域。
然而,与溶剂型哑光涂料相比,水性哑光涂料在抗划伤性能上还存在不足,严重制约它的应用与发展,因此为了得到高性能水性抗划哑光涂料,必须对其进行更深层次的改性。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料及其制备方法,旨在解决现有BOPP薄膜用的水性哑光涂料在抗划伤性能上不足的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其中,由包括以下重量份的组分制成:哑光聚氨酯30-40份;亮光聚氨酯40-60份;去离子水10-20份;填料3-5份;流平剂0.5-1份;手感剂0.2-0.5份。
进一步地,所述哑光聚氨酯为PU-609A(广东银洋)或PU-309A(广东银洋)。
进一步地,所述亮光聚氨酯为PU-401(广东银洋)或PU-135(广东银洋)。
进一步地,所述填料为玻璃粉、纳米氧化铝中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述流平剂为DC-8526、迪高410或迪高450。
进一步地,所述手感剂为DC-51或DC-3289。
一种所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:在搅拌缸内,加入哑光聚氨酯30-40份、亮光聚氨酯40-60份、去离子水10~20份、填料3-5份、流平剂0.5-1份、手感剂0.2-0.5份,搅拌15-30分钟,制得所述水性抗刮哑光涂料。
有益效果:本发明所述水性抗刮哑光涂料不含溶剂、气味小、对环境污染小,属环保型产品;另外,所述水性抗刮哑光涂料具有较好的抗划伤性、耐酒精性和达因值。

本发明提供一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其中,由包括以下重量份的组分制成:哑光聚氨酯30-40份;亮光聚氨酯40-60份;去离子水10-20份;填料3-5份;流平剂0.5-1份;手感剂0.2-0.5份。
与传统油性抗划哑光涂料相比,本发明所述水性抗刮哑光涂料不含溶剂、气味小、对环境污染小,属环保型产品;与市面水性抗划哑光涂料相比,本发明所述水性抗刮哑光涂料采用了弹性好、抗划性和耐酒精性好的水性聚氨酯树脂(哑光聚氨酯和亮光聚氨酯)作为主体,又以填料为辅助,填料起表面抗划伤性,树脂的弹性提供自修复性,所以,所述水性抗刮哑光涂料具有较好的抗划伤性、耐酒精性和达因值。
在一种实施方式中,所述哑光聚氨酯为聚醚型哑光聚氨酯PU-609A(广东银洋环保新材料有限公司)或聚酯型哑光聚氨酯PU-309A(广东银洋环保新材料有限公司)。
其中,所述聚醚型哑光聚氨酯PU-609A结构式如下所示:

在一种实施方式中,所述亮光聚氨酯为聚醚型亮光聚氨酯PU-401(广东银洋环保新材料有限公司)或聚醚型亮光聚氨酯PU-135(广东银洋环保新材料有限公司。其中,所述聚醚型亮光聚氨酯PU-401与聚醚型亮光聚氨酯PU-135结构式均为如下所示:

在一种实施方式中,所述填料为玻璃粉或纳米氧化铝,该填料具有较高硬度和抗划伤性。
在一种实施方式中,所述流平剂为道康宁DC-8526、迪高410或迪高450。
在一种实施方式中,所述手感剂为道康宁DC-51或道康宁DC-3289。
本发明实施例提供一种所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:在搅拌缸内,加入哑光聚氨酯30-40份、亮光聚氨酯40-60份、去离子水10~20份、填料3-5份、流平剂0.5-1份、手感剂0.2-0.5份,搅拌15-30分钟,制得所述水性抗刮哑光涂料。
下面通过若干具体实施例对本发明进一步地说明。
实施例一
在搅拌缸内,开启搅拌,依次加入PU-609A,30份;PU-401,40份;去离子水15份;玻璃粉1份,纳米氧化铝2份;迪高450,0.8份;道康宁DC-51,0.3份;搅拌20分钟,300目过滤,包装。
在本实施例涂料中加入1wt%的氮丙啶(作为交联剂),搅拌均匀,用5微米线棒刮涂于BOPP薄膜上,50℃烧烤30分钟,测试结果如下表1:

实施例二
在搅拌缸内,开启搅拌,依次加入PU-609A,30份;PU-401,50份,去离子水15份;玻璃粉1.5份,纳米氧化铝2.5份;迪高450,0.8份;道康宁DC-51,0.4份;搅拌20分钟,300目过滤,包装。
在本实施例涂料中加入1wt%的氮丙啶,搅拌均匀,用5微米线棒刮涂于BOPP薄膜上,50℃烧烤30分钟,测试结果如下表2:

实施例三
在搅拌缸内,开启搅拌,依次加入PU-609A,30份;PU-401,60份,去离子水20份;玻璃粉2份,纳米氧化铝3份;迪高450,1份;道康宁DC-51,0.5份;搅拌20分钟,300目过滤,包装。
在本实施例涂料中加入1wt%的氮丙啶,搅拌均匀,用5微米线棒刮涂于BOPP薄膜上,50℃烧烤30分钟,测试结果如下表3:

综上所述,本发明提供的一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料及其制备方法,所述水性抗刮哑光涂料是由水性哑光聚氨酯、水性亮光聚氨酯、填料、流平剂和手感剂调配制得。本发明的涂料主要特点在于:流平性好,涂层表面达因值高,抗刮性好,耐酒精性好,施工方便,环保。

1.一种用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其特征在于,由包括以下重量份的组分制成:哑光聚氨酯30-40份;亮光聚氨酯40-60份;去离子水10-20份;填料3-5份;流平剂0.5-1份;手感剂0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其特征在于,所述哑光聚氨酯为PU-609A或PU-309A。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其特征在于,所述亮光聚氨酯为PU-401或PU-135。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为玻璃粉、纳米氧化铝中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为DC-8526、迪高410或迪高450。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料,其特征在于,所述手感剂为DC-51或DC-3289。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于BOPP薄膜的水性抗刮哑光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在搅拌缸内,加入哑光聚氨酯30-40份、亮光聚氨酯40-60份、去离子水10~20份、填料3-5份、流平剂0.5-1份、手感剂0.2-0.5份,搅拌15-30分钟,制得所述水性抗刮哑光涂料。
