Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
A paint remover for water-based ABS elastic paint comprises the following components: 35-40 parts of a main solvent; 20-28 parts of cosolvent; 3-6 parts of an accelerator; 8-12 parts of solubilizer and 0.3-0.6 part of surfactant; the balance being deionized water.
Aiming at the formula, the main solvent is selected from glycol ether without dissolving capacity to ABS plastics, and preferably butyl glycol ether; the cosolvent is n-butyl alcohol; the accelerator is inorganic alkali, preferably sodium hydroxide; the surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; the solubilizer is a self-made phenol solution.
Aiming at the components, the preparation method of the water-based ABS elastic paint remover comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing sufficient deionized water, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and fully stirring to obtain a mixed solution after stirring;
s2, adding sodium hydroxide into the mixed solution and stirring until the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved to obtain a dissolved mixed solution;
s3, adding ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and n-butanol into the dissolved mixed solution in sequence;
and S4, finally adding the self-made phenol solution, and stirring until the solution is clear to obtain the paint remover.
In the first embodiment, for the main solvent:
the selection of the main solvent comprises the following steps: most of organic solvents have certain dissolving and swelling effects on ABS, in order to ensure that the ABS material after depainting is kept intact, the invention selects glycol ether which basically has no damage to ABS as a main solvent, and selects the best one from ethylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol ethyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether and diethylene glycol dimethyl ether;
the test method comprises the following steps: and (3) respectively soaking the ABS sample plate sprayed with the elastic paint in each main solvent for 2h, and observing the paint surface swelling ratio (swelling paint surface area/total paint surface area) and whether the ABS material is damaged or not.
The test results are given in the following table:
principal solvent | Swelling ratio of painted surface | Damage condition of material |
Ethylene |
15% | Without damage |
Ethylene glycol Ether | 16% | Without damage |
Ethylene glycol butyl ether | 33% | Without damage |
Diethylene glycol methyl ether | 18% | Slight whiting |
Diethylene glycol dimethyl ether | 65% | Softening of substrates |
From the above data, it is seen that diethylene glycol dimethyl ether has the best paint stripping effect, but the material is softened at the same time, so that ethylene glycol butyl ether is selected as the main solvent to satisfy the requirements of paint stripping and material protection.
Determining the dosage of the main solvent: the proper amount of the main solvent plays an important role in the paint removal efficiency, in order to determine the optimal amount, the paint removal efficiency of different amounts of the main solvent is compared, and the result is shown in the attached drawing 1 (note: the horizontal axis of the attached drawing 1 is the amount of the main solvent per mass fraction%, and the vertical axis is the paint surface swelling ratio/%), and it can be seen from the data in the attached drawing 1 that when the amount of the main solvent is within 35%, the swelling ratio increases with the increase of the amount, when the amount is more than 35%, the swelling ratio is not obviously increased, and the optimal amount of the main solvent is 35%.
In the second embodiment, for the cosolvent:
the cosolvent usually adopts low molecular alcohols which can be used for carrying out osmotic swelling and final stripping on a paint film in cooperation with a main solvent, and in consideration of the problem of the use stability of the aqueous paint remover, the n-butyl alcohol which has moderate volatilization rate and better swelling effect on the paint film is selected as the cosolvent, the use amount of the cosolvent is tested, the test result is shown in the attached figure 2 (note: the horizontal axis of the attached figure 2 is the cosolvent use amount/mass fraction, and the vertical axis is the paint surface swelling ratio/%), and the data in the attached figure 2 show that when the use amount of the cosolvent exceeds 25%, the paint removing efficiency is not obviously improved, so that the optimum use amount of the cosolvent is determined to be 25%.
In the third example, the accelerator:
common accelerators are generally organic acid, organic base and inorganic base, and the organic acid can damage ABS, so that the problems of cracking of materials and the like are caused; the organic base is generally an organic amine compound such as ethanolamine, and the accelerating effect of the accelerator is not ideal. Therefore, the inorganic base sodium hydroxide is used as the accelerator, the dosage of the accelerator is tested, the test result is shown in figure 3 (note: the horizontal axis is the dosage of the accelerator/mass fraction%, and the vertical axis is the paint surface swelling ratio/%), and the data in figure 3 show that the sodium hydroxide can saponify certain groups in a paint film in the process of penetrating and swelling the paint film by the main solvent, so that the paint removal can be greatly accelerated, and the accelerating effect is best when the dosage is 5%.
In the fourth example, for the solubilizer:
after the accelerator sodium hydroxide is mixed and dissolved with water, the compatibility of the solution with the main solvent and the cosolvent is poor, so that the stripping solution is layered, the stripping effect is influenced, and a solubilizer is required to be used for stabilizing the stripping solution. Experiments show that both ethanol and glycol can play a role in solubilizing the paint remover, but the consumption of the ethanol and the glycol is too large to meet the formula requirements. The self-made phenol solution is prepared from phenol: the ethanol is prepared from 4:1, and when the dosage of the ethanol is 10%, all the solutions are completely compatible and stable without layering.
In the fifth example, for active agents:
the addition of the surfactant can improve the wetting property of the paint remover, thereby accelerating the swelling of a paint film. The dosage is preferably 0.3-0.5%.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
