The loading device 3, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, includes an L-plate 31, a lower chain fixing member 311, an upper chain fixing member 312, a fork extending and retracting device 32, a fork linear module 321, a fork bearing frame 322, a through hole fixing member 323, a fork pitch varying mechanism 33, a pitch varying electric cylinder 331, a pitch varying diamond structure rod 332, an intermediate pitch varying guide member 333, a pitch varying guide member 334, a right end pitch varying member 335, a left end pitch varying member 336, a left end pitch varying fork bearing member 337, a right end pitch varying fork bearing member 338, a pitch varying fork bearing member 339, a pitch varying baffle mechanism 34, a stepping motor 341, a stepping motor mounting base 342, a stepping motor gear 343, a rack sub-baffle connecting member 344, a main baffle 345, a sub-baffle 346, a roller fork 35, an L-plate reinforcing member 36, an L-plate reinforcing member mounting base 37, a linear slide rail 38, and an electric cylinder mounting frame 39.
The L plate 31 is used as a main bearing mechanism, and the fork telescopic device 32, the fork distance-changing mechanism 33 and the distance-changing baffle mechanism 34 are all arranged on the mechanism; the two L-plate reinforcements 36 enhance the structural strength of the truck-loading device 3; the linear slide rail 38 serves as a guide when the loading device 3 moves vertically, and reduces the mechanical friction between the loading device 3 and the rail movement device 4.
FIG. 11: the fork extension device 32 comprises a fork linear module 321, a fork bearing frame 322 and a through hole fixing part 323, and when unloading, the roller fork 35 can horizontally move along with the fork extension device 32; the fork bearing frame 322 is a frame structure, and the through-hole fixing member 323 is mounted on the fork bearing frame 322 and moves together with the fork bearing frame 322.
As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, the fork pitch mechanism 33 includes a pitch electric cylinder 331, a pitch diamond structured lever 332, an intermediate pitch guide 333, a pitch guide 334, a right end pitch guide 335, a left end pitch guide 336, a left end pitch fork support 337, a right end pitch fork support 338, and a pitch fork support 339.
The electric cylinder is fixed on the electric cylinder mounting frame 39; the variable-pitch rhombic structure rod 332 forms a rhombic variable-pitch mechanism to drive the variable pitch among the variable-pitch guide piece 334, the right-end variable-pitch piece 335 and the left-end variable-pitch piece 336; the roller fork 35 is fixedly connected with the pitch-variable guide 334, the right-end pitch-variable part 335 and the left-end pitch-variable part 336, so that the roller fork 35 is ensured to be pitch-variable along with the pitch-variable guide 334, the right-end pitch-variable part 335 and the left-end pitch-variable part 336; the roller fork 35 is respectively hooked on the through hole fixing piece 323, the left end variable-pitch fork bearing piece 337, the right end variable-pitch fork bearing piece 338 and the variable-pitch fork bearing piece 339, the roller fork 35 is fixedly connected with the left end variable-pitch fork bearing piece 337, the right end variable-pitch fork bearing piece 338 and the variable-pitch fork bearing piece 339, and the roller fork 35 is in sliding connection with the through hole fixing piece 323; thus, the through hole securing member 323, the left end variable pitch fork bearing member 337, the right end variable pitch fork bearing member 338 and the variable pitch fork bearing member 339 can accomplish pitch variation with the roller fork 35; through-hole mounting 323, left end displacement fork bearing piece 337, right end displacement fork bearing piece 338 and displacement fork bearing piece 339 pass through-hole mounting 323 and install on fork bearing frame 322, play main bearing effect.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the pitch-variable damper mechanism 34 includes a stepping motor 341, a stepping motor mount 342, a stepping motor gear 343, a rack sub-damper link 344, a main damper 345, and a sub-damper 346.
The stepping motor mounting seat 342 is mounted on the L plate 31, the stepping motor 341 is mounted on the stepping motor mounting seat 342, the stepping motor 341 drives the stepping motor gear 343 to rotate, so that the rack auxiliary baffle plate connecting piece 344 meshed with the stepping motor gear is displaced, and the rack auxiliary baffle plate connecting piece 344 drives the auxiliary baffle plate 346 to displace; the main baffle 345 is mounted on the L-plate 31 and bears most of the force during discharge.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the track moving device 4 includes a vertical guide mechanism 41, an L-plate vertical guide slot 411, a linear slide rail slider 412, a horizontal moving mechanism 42, a horizontal moving motor 421, a horizontal moving gear 422, a horizontal moving motor reducer 423, a vertical moving mechanism 43, a vertical moving motor 431, a vertical moving reducer and sprocket mounting plate 432, a power sprocket 433, a guide sprocket 434, and a track wheel 44.
After the stacking of the whole stack of materials by the loading device 3 is finished, the horizontal movement mechanism 42 in the track movement device 4 drives the whole loading machine to move by two transverse unit distances of the materials in the horizontal direction, and the next stack of materials is stacked; the vertical movement mechanism 43 pulls the chain lower fixing piece 311 and the chain upper fixing piece 312 at the upper and lower ends of the L plate through the chain to drive the loading device to move up and down.
The vertical guide mechanism 41 includes an L-plate vertical guide slot 411 and a linear slide rail slider 412, the linear slide rail slider 412 can slide relatively in cooperation with the linear slide rail 38, and 6 linear slide rail sliders 412 (three above and three below) are respectively fixed in the L-plate vertical guide slot 411.
The horizontal movement mechanism 42 comprises a horizontal movement motor 421, a horizontal movement gear 422 and a horizontal movement motor reducer 423 which are connected in series, wherein the horizontal movement gear 422 is meshed with the track rack 8 and moves under the driving of the horizontal movement motor 421.
As shown in fig. 22 and 23, the vertical movement mechanism 43 includes a vertical movement motor 431, a vertical movement reducer and sprocket mounting plate 432, a power sprocket 433, and a guide sprocket 434; the vertical motion motor 431 provides power, a power chain wheel 433 and a guide chain wheel 434 are arranged on the vertical motion speed reducer and chain wheel mounting plate 432, and the guide chain wheel 434 ensures the verticality of the chain; the chain lower fixing piece 311 and the chain upper fixing piece 312 are connected to both ends of the chain, respectively.
Claims (5)
1. The utility model provides an automatic loading assembly line of multi-functional bagged materials which characterized in that: comprises a conveying belt (1), a whole package device (2), a loading device (3), a track motion device (4) and a track (7); the rail (7) is arranged in an overhead manner, a rail rack (8) is arranged on the rail (7) and is matched with the rail motion device (4), the rail motion device (4) moves on the rail (7), the rail motion device (4) is provided with the whole package device (2) and the loading device (3), one end of the conveying belt (1) is positioned on the rail (7), the other end of the conveying belt is matched and connected with the whole package device (2), the whole package device (2) is matched and connected with the loading device (3), and the loading device (3) is matched with a carriage of the truck (6); the sequence of the bagged materials is a conveying belt (1), a whole packaging device (2), a loading device (3) and a truck (6); one end of the conveying belt (1) is positioned at a high position on the track, and the other end of the conveying belt is positioned at a low position which is at the same horizontal height with the whole packaging device (2); the conveying belt (1) conveys bagged materials from a high position to a low position, the bag arranging device (2) arranges the bagged materials conveyed by the conveying belt (1) into a preset array and conveys the arranged bagged materials to the loading device (3); the loading device (3) loads the bagged materials conveyed by the whole packaging device (2) into a boxcar.

The multifunctional bagged material automatic loading assembly line of claim 1, wherein: the frame of conveyer belt (1) is fixed connection with whole package device (2), and whole package device (2) is fixed connection with orbital motion device (4), the frame of conveyer belt (1) and whole package device (2), whole package device (2) and the fixed connection between orbital motion device (4) have guaranteed that whole moves on track (7).

The automatic loading assembly line of multifunctional bagged materials as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the bag finishing device (2) comprises a first pushing mechanism (22), a roller conveying mechanism (23) and a second pushing mechanism (24), wherein the first pushing mechanism (22) and the second pushing mechanism (24) are arranged on the roller conveying mechanism (23); the pushing mechanism (22) pushes bagged materials from the conveying belt to the roller conveying mechanism (23) side by side; the roller conveying mechanism (23) horizontally conveys the bagged materials which are pushed by the first pushing mechanism (22) and are arranged side by side to the front of the second pushing mechanism (24); the two pushing mechanisms push the rows of bagged materials sent by the roller conveying mechanism (23) onto the loading device; the loading device finishes the arrangement of a plurality of rows of bagged materials pushed by the two pushing mechanisms in the boxcar.

The automatic loading assembly line of multifunctional bagged materials as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the loading device (3) comprises a fork telescoping mechanism (32), a fork distance-changing mechanism (33), a distance-changing baffle mechanism (34) and a plurality of roller forks (35), wherein the fork distance-changing mechanism (33) is arranged at the upper part of the distance-changing baffle mechanism (34), the fork telescoping mechanism (32) is arranged at the rear part of the distance-changing baffle mechanism (34), and the roller forks (35) are arranged at the lower part of the distance-changing baffle mechanism (34); the fork telescopic mechanism (32) drives a roller fork (35) arranged on the variable-pitch baffle mechanism (34) to cooperate with the variable-pitch baffle mechanism to finish unloading of bagged materials; the fork pitch-changing mechanism completes the adjustment of different widths among the roller forks (35); the variable pitch barrier mechanism is follow-adjusted to the same width according to the maximum width between the roller forks (35).

The automatic loading assembly line of multifunctional bagged materials as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the track motion device comprises a horizontal motion mechanism (42), a vertical motion mechanism (43) and a vertical guide mechanism (41), wherein the horizontal motion mechanism (42) and the vertical motion mechanism (43) are both arranged on the vertical guide mechanism (41), and the horizontal motion mechanism (42) is matched with a track rack (8) on the track (7) to drive the track motion device to horizontally move on the track (7); the vertical movement mechanism (43) is matched with the loading device (3) and provides the loading device (3) with movement in the vertical direction required when the bagged materials are taken and placed; the vertical guide mechanism (41) ensures that the loading device (3) keeps stable posture in the vertical direction during horizontal movement.
