The working process of the invention is as follows:

s2, the head end of the steel wire 7 on the steel wire unreeling machine 6 sequentially passes through the gap between the wire passing groove 5, the guide wheel 16, the driving wheel 8 and the driven wheel 9, and is finally supported on the top surface of the supporting plate 11;
