Abstract

The invention relates to a kitchen waste recycling treatment system which reasonably plans the recycling treatment of kitchen waste according to a biological chain energy transfer sequence: the method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of human consumption, optimal livestock feed supply, optimal refining of non-edible industrial oil and microbial supply of residues, reasonable planning and full utilization of biomass resources.

Background
The kitchen waste is mostly found in food processes of kitchens, restaurants, markets and the like, comprises leftovers, fruits and vegetables, tea leaves, bones and the like, and has the advantages of wide sources, huge quantity, rich nutrition, low resource utilization and heavy load of environmental pollution. In order to enhance environmental protection and improve resource utilization rate, garbage separation treatment is advocated all over the world, and garbage classification treatment has been carried out in Shanghai, so that the treatment effect is obvious and the social influence is huge.
At present, the garbage disposal comprises centralized landfill, centralized incineration, household smashing and discharging and household microorganism decomposition. The centralized landfill is to collect the garbage and landfill the fixed point. The centralized incineration is to collect and incinerate the garbage to generate electricity or supply heat. 2) cooling the kitchen waste treated in the step 1) by a transfer device, and putting the kitchen waste into a filter press for filter pressing, wherein a filter cake enters a dryer for drying and then enters an outward transport feed processing factory for livestock feed production, the kitchen waste is human food residue and is sterilized by high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, the livestock feed is safe, and the biomass resource is fully utilized; treating the filtrate with lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane to obtain oil and membrane filtrate; the membrane filtrate enters a sewage treatment bed, and the grease is recycled. The oil and fat outward transportation oil and fat enterprise is used for manufacturing non-edible oil such as biodiesel, and biomass resources are fully utilized; the membrane filtrate still contains a large amount of organic matters, can be supplied to a sewage plant and used as a carbon source for sewage treatment, and the biomass resources are fully utilized.
The lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane is made of a high polymer material or an inorganic material.
The polymer material is PP, PVC, PVDF and PTFE; an inorganic material ceramic.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention relates to a kitchen waste recycling treatment system which reasonably plans the recycling treatment of kitchen waste according to a biological chain energy transfer sequence: the method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of human consumption, optimal livestock feed supply, optimal refining of non-edible industrial oil and microbial supply of residues, reasonable planning and full utilization of biomass resources.

Fig. 1 shows a kitchen waste recycling system, which comprises a warm-pressing tank 1, a transfer device 2 and a filter press 3 which are connected in sequence; the filtrate outlet of the filter press is connected with the inlet of the lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane 4; the discharge port of the filter cake of the filter press is connected with the dryer; the lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane is provided with a grease discharge port and a membrane filtrate discharge port. The pore diameter of the lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane is 0.1-10 microns.
Example 1 100kg of kitchen garbage (water content: 75%) was placed in a warm-pressing tank at 120 ℃ and 200kPa for 30 minutes; after cooling, press-filtering with a filter press to obtain 42Kg of filter cake (water content: 40%) and 65L of filtrate (density: 0.87 Kg/L); the filter cake is properly dried and is transported to a feed processing factory for livestock feed production; filtering the filtrate with lipophilic tubular microfiltration PP membrane (pipe diameter: 2/2.5cm, pore diameter 5um) to obtain 12L oil and 53L filtrate; the oil and fat outward transportation oil and fat enterprise is used for manufacturing non-edible oil such as biodiesel; the filtrate (COD: 48000mg/L) still contains a large amount of organic matters, can be supplied to a sewage plant and used as a carbon source for sewage treatment, and the biomass resources are fully utilized.
Example 2: placing 100kg of kitchen garbage (with water content of 80%) in a warm-pressing tank at 90 ℃ and 150kPa for 15 minutes; after cooling, press-filtering with a filter press to obtain 40Kg of filter cake (water content 50%) and 76L of filtrate (density: 0.79 Kg/L); the filter cake is properly dried and is transported to a feed processing factory for livestock feed production; filtering the filtrate with lipophilic tubular microfiltration PVDF membrane (pipe diameter: 2/2.5cm, pore diameter 0.1um) to obtain 8L of oil and 68L of filtrate; the oil and fat outward transportation oil and fat enterprise is used for manufacturing non-edible oil such as biodiesel; the filtrate (COD: 36000mg/L) still contains a large amount of organic matters, can be supplied to a sewage plant and used as a carbon source for sewage treatment, and the biomass resources are fully utilized.
Example 3: placing 100kg of kitchen garbage (with water content of 60%) in a warm-pressing tank at 50 ℃ and 100kPa for 20 minutes; after cooling, press-filtering was carried out using a filter press to obtain 53Kg of a filter cake (water content: 25%) and 51L of a filtrate (density: 0.92 Kg/L); the filter cake is properly dried and is transported to a feed processing factory for livestock feed production; filtering the filtrate with lipophilic tubular microfiltration ceramic membrane (pipe diameter: 3/4cm, pore diameter of 10um) to obtain 19L oil and 32L filtrate; the oil and fat outward transportation oil and fat enterprise is used for manufacturing non-edible oil such as biodiesel; the filtrate (COD: 30000mg/L) still contains a large amount of organic matters, can be supplied to a sewage plant and used as a carbon source for sewage treatment, and the biomass resources are fully utilized.

2. The kitchen waste recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the pore size of the oleophilic tubular micro-filtration membrane is 0.1-10 μm.
3. The kitchen waste recycling system according to claim 1, wherein a heating jacket is provided outside the warm-pressing tank.
4. A method of using the kitchen waste recycling system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of,
1) adding the kitchen waste into a warm-pressing tank, wherein the temperature in the warm-pressing tank is 50-120 ℃, the pressure is 0-200kPa, and the temperature is maintained for 15-30 minutes, so that the kitchen waste is used for sterilizing and accelerating the solid-liquid separation of grease;
2) cooling the kitchen waste treated in the step 1) by a transfer device, and putting the kitchen waste into a filter press for filter pressing, wherein a filter cake is dried in a dryer and then is used as an outward transport feed; treating the filtrate with lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane to obtain oil and membrane filtrate; the membrane filtrate enters a sewage treatment bed, and the grease is recycled.
5. The use method of a kitchen waste recycling system as recited in claim 4, wherein said lipophilic tubular microfiltration membrane is a polymeric or inorganic material.
6. The use method of the kitchen waste recycling system according to claim 5, wherein the polymer material is PP, PVC, PVDF, PTFE; an inorganic material ceramic.
