Abstract
The invention provides a PFOS and PFOA free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the foam fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.5-1% of biological polysaccharide, 2-5% of fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 12-30% of combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 20-50% of antifreeze agent, 3-5% of solubilizer and 20-40% of water by weight percentage. The anti-soluble aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent does not contain perfluorooctane sulfonate and perfluorooctanoic acid which are difficult to degrade, has higher environmental protection performance, and obviously reduces the pollution to the environment; by optimizing the components and the proportion, the excellent stability of the fire extinguishing agent is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of application of fire extinguishing agents, in particular to a PFOS (perfluorooctanoic acid) -and PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) -free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent is a foam fire extinguishing agent which takes a hydrocarbon surfactant and a fluorocarbon surfactant as base materials and can quickly flow and disperse on the surface of certain hydrocarbon liquid to form a water film, the fire extinguishing agent is widely applied to various types of B-type fires, and the anti-soluble water film-forming foam fire extinguishing agent can also extinguish alcohol, paint, alcohol, ester, ether, aldehyde, ketone, amine and other polar solvents and water-soluble substances.
Perfluorooctane sulfonyl compounds (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) are important perfluorinated surfactants, have hydrophobic and oleophobic characteristics, are commonly used as fluorocarbon surfactants in aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agents, have extremely strong durability, and can ensure that the fire extinguishing agent has high stability in various environments; but the fluorocarbon surfactant has extremely poor degradation performance and is an organic pollutant which is difficult to decompose; in order to realize green sustainable development and fulfill solemn commitments for global environmental safety protection, China has gradually increased management and control on perfluorooctylsulfonic acid and salt products thereof and perfluorooctylsulfonyl fluoride products (PFOS products) listed in a list of persistent organic pollutants; and practitioners in the fire-fighting industry need to develop alternative technical research while enhancing management and risk prevention according to the environmental protection requirements of related industries, so that the use of the product in the fire extinguishing agent is gradually eliminated, and the pollution of the product to the environment is reduced as much as possible.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the background art and meet the requirement of environmental protection development, the invention aims to provide the PFOS and PFOA-free water-soluble film-forming foam extinguishing agent so as to achieve the purposes of higher environmental protection and reduction of environmental pollution.

As an alternative technical scheme, the combined hydrocarbon surfactant is alkyl glycoside (APG) and/or cocamidopropyl betaine (KLH-30), and the biological polysaccharide is xanthan gum.
As an optional technical scheme, the fire extinguishing agent comprises 1% of biological polysaccharide, 5% of a fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 15% of a combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 45% of an antifreeze agent, 4% of a solubilizer and 30% of water in percentage by weight.
As an optional technical scheme, the fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.5 percent of biological polysaccharide, 4.5 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 25 percent of combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 32 percent of antifreeze agent, 3 percent of solubilizer and 35 percent of water by weight percent.
As an optional technical scheme, the fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.8 percent of biological polysaccharide, 4 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 21 percent of combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 44 percent of antifreeze agent, 4.2 percent of solubilizer and 26 percent of water by weight.
As an optional technical scheme, the fluorocarbon surfactant is a fluorine-containing high polymer product, and the combined hydrocarbon surfactant is C8-C10An anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant.

Compared with the prior art, the PFOS-free and PFOA-free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent provided by the invention has higher environmental protection property and obviously reduces the pollution to the environment because the PFOS-free and PFOA-free fluorine surfactant is used, and the biodegradation reaches up to 99 percent in 28 days, so that the PFOS-free and PFOA-free aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent is a real environment-friendly product and is suitable for preventing and extinguishing fires caused by hydrocarbon substances and polar water-soluble solvents.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to embodiments and accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a PFOS and PFOA free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, which comprises, by weight, 0.5-1% of biological polysaccharide, 2-5% of a PFOS and PFOA free fluorocarbon surfactant, 12-30% of a combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 20-50% of an antifreeze agent, 3-5% of a solubilizer and 20-40% of water.
For the aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent without PFOS and PFOA, as the fluorocarbon chain of the fluorocarbon surfactant is shortened, in the actual product formula process, in order to keep the product performance, the addition amount needs to be increased to a certain extent compared with the original content, according to the experimental result, the addition amount per ton needs to be increased by 1-2%, meanwhile, compared with the original formula of the aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent containing PFOS and PFOA, the addition amount of the hydrocarbon surfactant needs to be reduced to a certain extent, and according to the experimental result, the addition amount per ton is reduced by 2-4%.
In addition, as the fluorocarbon chain of the newly selected fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA is shortened, a product matched with the fluorocarbon surfactant is selected when the hydrocarbon surfactant is selected, if the product is not selected, a short plate such as a wooden barrel theory can appear, so that the performance of the product is reduced; in a preferred embodiment, the hydrocarbon surfactant used in the present invention is an alkyl glycoside (APG) and/or cocamidopropyl betaine (KLH-30); the biological polysaccharide is xanthan gum.
The fluorine-carbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA is a fluorine-containing polymer product, and the existing fluorine-carbon surfactant suitable for the aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent can be selected; the component of the combined hydrocarbon surfactant is C8-C10The antifreeze agent comprises the component C2H6O2(dimethyl ether) and the component of the biological polysaccharide is (C)6H10O5)nThe solubilizer comprises CON2H4(Urea).
The first embodiment is as follows:
the fire extinguishing agent comprises 1% of xanthan gum, 5% of fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 15% of combined hydrocarbon surfactant (alkyl glycoside 10% + Cocoamidopropyl betaine 5%), 45% of antifreeze agent, 4% of solubilizer and 30% of water by weight percentage; firstly, adding pure water into xanthan gum for fully dissolving, then mixing the xanthan gum with other components, transferring the mixture into a stirring tank for fully stirring to form reaction liquid, adjusting the pH value of the reaction liquid to be 6.8-7.0, controlling the temperature to be about 40 ℃, standing for defoaming, and obtaining the PFOS-free and PFOA anti-solubility water film-forming foam extinguishing agent.
Example two:
the fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.5 percent of biological polysaccharide, 4.5 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 25 percent of combined hydrocarbon surfactant (alkyl glycoside 17% + cocamidopropyl betaine 8%), 32 percent of antifreeze agent, 3 percent of solubilizer and 35 percent of water by weight percent; fully dissolving the biological polysaccharide in pure water, mixing the dissolved biological polysaccharide with other components, transferring the mixture into a stirring tank, fully stirring the mixture to form reaction liquid, adjusting the pH value of the reaction liquid to 6.8-7.0, controlling the temperature to be about 40 ℃, standing and defoaming to prepare the PFOS-free and PFOA-free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent.
Example three:
the fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.8 percent of biological polysaccharide, 4 percent of fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS and PFOA, 21 percent of combined hydrocarbon surfactant (alkyl glycoside 15% + cocamidopropyl betaine 6%), 44 percent of antifreeze agent, 4.2 percent of solubilizer and 26 percent of water by weight percent; fully dissolving the biological polysaccharide in pure water, mixing the dissolved biological polysaccharide with other components, transferring the mixture into a stirring tank, fully stirring the mixture to form reaction liquid, adjusting the pH value of the reaction liquid to 6.8-7.0, controlling the temperature to be about 40 ℃, standing and defoaming to prepare the PFOS-free and PFOA-free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent.
FIG. 1 shows the results of testing a 6% AFF/AR product made according to the compositions and methods of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, each index of the PFOS-free and PFOA-free water-soluble film-forming foam extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention meets the requirement of a reference standard (GB 15308-2006 foam extinguishing agent). Wherein, the foam extinguishing agent has biodegradation of more than or equal to 99 percent in 28 days, has good degradability and accords with the expected effect.
Experiments prove that the PFOS and PFOA-free anti-solubility water film-forming foam extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention is particularly suitable for preventing and extinguishing fire disasters caused by hydrocarbon substances and polar water-soluble solvents.
In addition, the invention also discloses a method for preparing the PFOS-free and PFOA-free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent, which comprises the following steps:
s1, dissolving the biological polysaccharide in water to form a water solution;

The PFOS-free and PFOA-free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention has higher environmental protection property and does not cause pollution to the environment because the PFOS-free and PFOA-free fluorine surfactant is used, and the fire extinguishing agent can be automatically degraded in a certain period, and the biodegradation reaches up to 99 percent in 28 days, so that the foam extinguishing agent is a real environment-friendly product and is mainly used for preventing and extinguishing fires of hydrocarbon substances and polar water-soluble solvents; meanwhile, the excellent stability of the fire extinguishing agent is ensured by optimizing the components and the proportion of the fire extinguishing agent.

Claims (9)
1. A PFOS and PFOA free anti-solubility aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent comprises, by weight, 0.5-1% of biological polysaccharide, 2-5% of a PFOS and PFOA free fluorocarbon surfactant, 12-30% of a combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 20-50% of an antifreeze agent, 3-5% of a solubilizer and 20-40% of water.
2. The PFOS-and PFOA-free water-soluble film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein said combined hydrocarbon surfactant is alkyl glycoside (APG) and/or cocamidopropyl betaine (KLH-30) and said biopolysaccharide is xanthan gum.

The PFOS-and PFOA-free water-soluble film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition of the fire extinguishing agent comprises 1% by weight of biopolysaccharide, 5% by weight of PFOS-and PFOA-free fluorocarbon surfactant, 15% by weight of combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 45% by weight of antifreeze agent, 4% by weight of solubilizer and 30% by weight of water.

The PFOS-and PFOA-free water-soluble film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition of the fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.5% by weight of biopolysaccharide, 4.5% by weight of PFOS-and PFOA-free fluorocarbon surfactant, 25% by weight of combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 32% by weight of antifreeze agent, 3% by weight of solubilizer and 35% by weight of water.

The PFOS-free and PFOA anti-soluble aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition of the fire extinguishing agent comprises 0.8% by weight of biopolysaccharide, 4% by weight of PFOS-free and PFOA-free fluorocarbon surfactant, 21% by weight of combined hydrocarbon surfactant, 44% by weight of antifreeze agent, 4.2% by weight of solubilizer and 26% by weight of water.

The PFOS-and PFOA-free water-soluble film-forming foam extinguishing agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component of the fluorocarbon surfactant is a fluorine-containing high polymer product, and the component of the combined hydrocarbon surfactant is C8-C10An anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant.
