Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and in particular relates to a transparent hair conditioner with an effect of repairing hair scales.
Background
The hair is the accessory fiber tissue of the human body, is an important component of the human body, has the physiological functions of keeping warm in winter, preventing the head from being exposed to strong sunlight and the like, and can beautify the personal image.
The hair grows in the hair follicle, the hair follicle tissue is divided into hair papilla, hair bulb and sebaceous gland, and capillaries, nerve endings, connective tissue and the like grow in the hair papilla, so that the hair growth nutrient solution provides nutrients for the hair growth and plays an important role in the hair growth.
The part of the hair in the follicle is called the root and the exposed part is called the shaft, which is divided from the inside to the outside into the medulla, cortex and the cortex. The fur cuticle is the outermost layer of hair, and is formed by stacking 6 to 10 layers of non-nuclear squamous keratinocyte in an imbricate shape. The hair scales are the outermost tissues for protecting hair, the smoothness of the hair scales determines the luster and the combing property of the hair, and the hair scales arranged flatly are relatively glossy, because when light irradiates the hair from one direction, if the hair scales are relatively regular, the reflection of the light is relatively large, and the generated diffuse reflection is relatively small, so that the glossiness of the hair is higher. When the fur skin is affected by the outside, the fur scales are warped or damaged to be uneven and even stripped seriously, so that the outer surface of the hair is uneven, the light irradiates the damaged hair, and the surface of the hair is dull after the light is diffused and reflected. The damaged scales can cause the hair to be easily wound and knotted and difficult to comb.
The conventional hair conditioner is used after hair washing, and no matter the conventional hair conditioner is a rinse-off hair conditioner or a leave-on hair conditioner, the conventional hair conditioner does not contain obvious cleaning ingredients, so the conventional hair conditioner can be effectively spread on the surface of hair in the using process and cannot be washed away by water, the raised hair scales on the surface of the hair can be smoothed, and meanwhile, the negative charge strength on the surface of the hair is reduced, so that the surface of the hair is smooth and soft. However, it is a palliative type product, and when the conditioner attached to the skin is gradually consumed over time, the hair returns to a dull, dull state, which is easily tangled and knotted.

In particular, conchiolin is a unique hard protein in a class of aquatic products that often tightly binds with calcium in the shell to form a glossy nacre layer. The hydrolyzed conchiolin is rich in amino acids, polypeptide and other nutrients.
The three cationized natural active substances of the stearyldimethylammonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzed collagen, the quaternary ammonium salt-79 hydrolyzed silk and the hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride hydrolyzed soybean protein are combined with the hydrolyzed conchiolin, can provide nutrients for the growth of hair, moisten and repair hair scales, enable the hair to become glossy, smooth and elegant, and obviously improve the hair quality.
Example 1
A method for preparing hydrolyzed conchiolin comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing shells, adding 2mol/L potassium hydroxide aqueous solution which is 1 time of the weight of the shells, and soaking for 5 hours under stirring to obtain a soaked substance;
(2) regulating the pH value of the soaked substance to 7.0, adding protease accounting for 1% of the mass of the raw material, and acting at 40 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate;
(3) centrifuging the enzymolysis solution at 2000rpm for 20 min to obtain supernatant, and filtering the supernatant with hollow fiber membrane with protein with molecular weight cutoff of 50KD or more to obtain filtrate, i.e. hydrolyzed conchiolin.
Example 2
A method for preparing hydrolyzed conchiolin comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing shells, adding 2mol/L potassium hydroxide aqueous solution which is 5 times of the weight of the shells, and soaking for 1 hour under stirring to obtain a soaked substance;
(2) regulating the pH value of the soaked substance to 7.0, adding protease accounting for 2% of the mass of the raw material, and acting at 40 ℃ for 1 hour to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate;
Example 3
The hydrolyzed conchiolin obtained in example 1-2 was subjected to protein content measurement using KjelMaster K-375 (full-automatic Kjeldahl apparatus).
The mechanism is as follows: the protein is organic compound, the organic compound sample containing protein, concentrated sulfuric acid and catalyst are placed into a test tube to be heated and digested together, the protein can be decomposed, decomposed ammonium ions and sulfate ions are combined to generate ammonium sulfate, then ammonia gas is dissociated under the action of alkaline distillation, and the dissociated ammonia gas and water vapor are cooled together through a condenser tube and then enter a titration cup filled with boric acid. After being absorbed by boric acid, the protein content is obtained by titrating hydrochloric acid titration solution with known concentration and then multiplying the conversion coefficient according to the consumption of acid.
The specific test results are shown in table 1.

Example 7
The transparent conditioners obtained in examples 4 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to a combing property test.
The method is carried out by reference documents (Liu Pao, Wan Yue Peng, Selenxia Selenarctica. establishment and evaluation of a novel moisturizing and repairing shampoo system [ J ]. Guangzhou chemical industry, 2010,38(05): 176-:
(1) measuring the dry comb combing force of the blank hair bundle (F1);
(2) the instrument (S-2 combing force tester, TECHNO HASHIMOTO, Co) automatically flushes the hair bundle and measures the wet combing force of the blank hair bundle (F2);
(3) treating the hair bundle twice by taking 0.1g of hair conditioner to be tested, and testing the wet combing force of the hair bundle (F3);
(4) drying, measuring the combing force of the dry comb of the hair bundle (F4);
(5) each of the continuously stabilized 9 combing forces was averaged and the ratio of the friction before and after the comparison was made.
Wet combing force lifting degree% = (F2-F3)/F2X 100%
Dry combing force lifting degree% = (F1-F4)/F1 × 100%
The combing performance of the hair is judged by measuring the resistance and the change condition of the resistance in the process of combing the hair by the mechanical comb under the dry state and the wet state of the hair. More reduction in friction indicates a higher degree of lift, indicating better conditioning. The specific test results are shown in fig. 1.
The test results in FIG. 1 show that examples 4-6 have no significant difference in wet and dry combing performance, and are significantly better than control groups 1-4.
Example 8
Consumer sensory evaluation was performed on the clear conditioner prepared in example 6.
The specific test method is as follows: 10 volunteers with long hair and damaged hair quality used the conditioner once every two days for 2 months. After the test is finished, the volunteers are asked to use the test, the problems of dull feedback and easy winding and knotting are obviously improved, the phenomena of alopecia and hair breakage are reduced, and the hair quality is soft, bright and glossy.
Sampling is carried out on volunteers before and after the test, the condition of hair scales on the surface of hair is visually observed by using a scanning electron microscope, and the condition that the hair scales before and after the product is used are obviously changed, and the hair scales are turned up or damaged to be uneven and become orderly arranged, and the specific effects are shown in figures 2 and 3.
