Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种接入控制的方法,设备及计算机可读介质和系统;该方法包括:通过无线资源控制RRC层生成第一原因值cause value;将所述第一原因值封装于待发送RRC专用信令中;将封装有所述第一原因值的待发送RRC专用信令发送至网络侧设备;其中,所述待发送RRC专用信令用于所述网络侧设备进行接入控制。使得网络侧设备在接收到待发送RRC专用信令后,即使无法获得NAS层提供的第二原因值,仍然能够基于UE的RRC层所提供的第一原因值进行接入控制,从而能够对非NAS层触发的接入进行接入控制。
