Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a method flowchart of a power storage management method according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, the power storage management method including:
s100, receiving a power utilization reservation request sent by a user through a client;
when a user needs to use the community energy storage equipment, a reservation application needs to be carried out. Specifically, a reserved power consumption request, which should include at least a power consumption time period desired by the user, may be sent to the community server through the client. In an embodiment of the present invention, the client may be at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a PDA.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid the occupation of the public resource (the amount of the stored electricity) by the user, the electricity utilization time period included in each electricity utilization reservation request of the user should have a certain time limit, rather than being unlimited after one successful reservation. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the electricity usage period should not exceed 2 hours.
S200, judging whether the electricity utilization reservation request meets the reservation condition;
the purpose of this step is to avoid the situation of malicious reservation of the user, and when the reservation power utilization request does not accord with the reservation condition, the reservation power utilization request is cancelled.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a detailed flowchart of step S200 in fig. 1; the step S200 includes:
s210, recording request initiation time of the electricity utilization reservation request;
in the embodiment of the invention, the community server takes the time of receiving the electricity reservation request sent by the user through the client as the request initiating time.
S220, judging whether the time interval between the request initiating time and the starting time of the power utilization time period is larger than a preset time interval or not; if the time interval is larger than the preset time interval, the electricity reservation request is determined not to accord with the reservation condition; if the time interval is smaller than the preset time interval, the step S230 is executed;
in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preset time interval is half an hour, that is, when the time interval between the request initiation time and the starting time of the electricity utilization time period is greater than half an hour, the reservation electricity utilization request is determined to be a too early reservation request, and does not meet the reservation condition.
And S230, determining that the electricity utilization reservation request meets the reservation condition.
And when the electricity utilization reservation request meets the reservation condition, storing the electricity utilization reservation request in a database of the community server.
S300, estimating the power consumption of the user in the power consumption time period by combining historical power consumption data;
and calling historical electricity consumption data of the user, calculating the average value of the electricity consumption of the family in the period by combining the electricity consumption time period provided by the user, and increasing the average value of the electricity consumption in a certain proportion on the basis of the calculated average value of the electricity consumption to obtain the estimated electricity consumption.
S400, acquiring the electric quantity storage condition of the electric storage equipment in real time;
s500, judging whether the power storage equipment meets a power sharing condition;
please refer to fig. 3, which is a detailed flowchart of step S500 in fig. 1; the step S500 includes:
s510, calculating the residual electric quantity of the electric storage equipment by combining the basic electric quantity required by each subsystem of the community and the reserved electric quantity finished by reservation;
in general, a national power grid is divided into a plurality of time periods with different electricity prices for 24 hours a day according to actual electricity utilization conditions (the division of the time periods in different regions can be different), taking the electricity utilization of residents in Shenzhen region as an example: the peak time period of the electricity price is (14: 00-17: 00; 19: 00-22: 00), the valley time period of the electricity price is (8: 00-14: 00; 17: 00-19: 00; 22: 00-24: 00), and the valley time period of the electricity price is (0: 00-8: 00).
When it needs to be explained, the main purpose of setting up the electric power storage device in the community is to save the electricity consumption cost for community property, so the electric power storage device should ensure that each subsystem of the community uses electricity in the peak period of electricity price. In the embodiment of the invention, the basic electric quantity is the electric quantity which is required to be consumed by each subsystem of the community in the day electricity price peak time period. After the unit power consumption of each subsystem in normal working is counted, the basic power can be calculated by combining specific time information. Specifically, the value of the basic electric quantity decreases with time. For example: when the basic electric quantity is calculated at 11 am, the current day is confirmed to have a 6-hour electricity price peak period, then the electric quantity required to be consumed in 6 hours can be calculated by combining the reference electric consumption of each subsystem per hour, and the electric quantity is used as the reference electric quantity at the moment; if the basic electric quantity is calculated at 3 pm, the peak time of the electricity price of 5 hours is confirmed to exist on the day, and the electric quantity consumed by 5 hours of each subsystem is taken as the reference electric quantity at the moment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since there may be a case where a part of users have completed the reservation, when calculating the remaining power of the electrical storage device, the reserved power that has been reserved needs to be removed, specifically, all the power estimated in the reserved power consumption request that has completed the reservation is accumulated to be used as the reference value of the reserved power.
After the reference electric quantity and the reserved electric quantity are removed according to the electric quantity reserve condition of the electric storage device obtained in step S400, the remaining electric quantity of the electric storage device can be confirmed.
S520, judging whether the residual electric quantity of the electric storage equipment is larger than the electric power consumption; if the remaining power of the power storage device is less than the power consumption amount, the process proceeds to step S530; if the remaining power amount of the power storage device is larger than the power consumption amount, the process proceeds to step S540.
S530, canceling a reserved power utilization request provided by a user;
in this step, it is described that the current electric quantity of the electric storage device cannot support the electricity utilization reservation request, and the electricity utilization reservation request is cancelled by the user because the electricity utilization reservation request does not have the electricity sharing condition. In the embodiment of the present invention, the request for electricity subscription is deleted in the database of the community server.
And S540, determining that the power storage equipment has the power sharing condition.
In this step, after it is confirmed that the power storage device has the sharing condition, the estimated electric quantity corresponding to the electricity utilization reservation request provided by the user is added to the reserved electric quantity.
S600, when the power sharing condition is met, controlling the electric storage equipment to supply power to a user in a power utilization time period, and automatically switching to power supply of a power grid after the end time of the power utilization time period is reached;
s700, carrying out electric charge settlement according to the actual electric quantity used by the user;
referring to fig. 4, a detailed flowchart of step S700 in fig. 1 is shown, where step S700 includes:
s710, acquiring a peak time period and a flat time period of the electricity price;
s720, judging whether the electricity price crossing condition exists in the electricity utilization time period; if yes, go to step S730; if not, go to step S740;
in this step, the cross-electricity price condition is judged according to the starting time and the ending time of the reserved electricity utilization time period, and if the starting time is in the electricity price peak time period, the ending time is in the electricity price valley time period or the starting time is in the electricity price valley time period, and the ending time is in the electricity price valley time period, the cross-electricity price condition is generated.
S730, according to the electric quantity consumed in each electricity price time period, carrying out accumulation calculation on the electricity charges required to be paid according to the set electricity price standard; and proceeds to step S750 after the calculation is completed;
s740, calculating the electric charge according to the set pricing standard; and proceeds to step S750 after the calculation is completed
Note that, the set pricing criterion is: and taking the electricity price at the time of the electricity price valley as a pricing standard in the electricity price peak time period, and taking the electricity price at the time of the electricity price valley as the pricing standard in the electricity price valley time period. By executing the pricing standard, relatively cheap electricity expenses can be provided for community residents under the condition that community property does not increase electricity expenditure, and electricity cost of the community residents is reduced.
And S750, sending the calculated electric charge to the client.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electricity fee is settled by the user and the community property, and the electricity fee can be paid according to the month in the form of the property fee.
And S800, controlling the power storage equipment to store power from the power grid when the power price is low.
In order to better execute the policy of 'off-peak electricity utilization' of the national power grid, the community server controls the electricity storage equipment to store electricity from the power grid when the electricity price is low, and the electricity charges generated in the electricity storage process are settled between the community property and the national power grid.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the step of controlling the power storage device to store power from the power grid at the time of the low price of power may be performed before or after any step. That is, in the low electricity price state, the operation of storing electricity from the power grid may be performed on the electricity storage device when the electricity storage device is not in the full electricity state.
