Abstract
本发明涉及高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,包括导线、由内而外依次包覆在导线外的绝缘层、屏蔽层、耐腐蚀层、铜合金管套、沥青涂层,所述绝缘层为聚酰胺绝缘层,所述绝缘层与屏蔽层之间设有以提高电缆强度的抗压骨架。与现有技术相比,本发明通过聚酰胺绝缘层来提高电缆的绝缘性能以及耐击穿性能,另外聚酰胺绝缘层还能够提高电缆的机械强度和韧性;通过不锈钢抗压骨架来提高电缆的强度,增强电缆的抗压强能力,提高了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体为高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆。
背景技术
随着海洋经济的逐步发展,人们对海洋的认识和了解不断深入,海上通信/海上石油开发都需要与之配套的电缆产品,另外国防建设也需要将大量的通信器材埋在海底,所用的埋设机设备(水下机器人)要求相关的系缆来完成。
因海底恶劣复杂的环境,现有的大多数常规型号的防水电缆无法承受海水的压力;以及海水的腐蚀,导致电缆的绝缘层破损,造成电缆的电压不稳定,导致电缆被击穿,缩短电缆的使用寿命,增加经济成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,包括导线、由内而外依次包覆在导线外的绝缘层、屏蔽层、耐腐蚀层、铜合金管套、沥青涂层,所述绝缘层为聚酰胺绝缘层,所述绝缘层与屏蔽层之间设有以提高电缆强度的抗压骨架。
进一步地,所述抗压骨架上均布有穿过屏蔽层、耐腐蚀层与铜合金管套抵合的抗压支架。
进一步地,所述抗压骨架及抗压支架采用不锈钢材料。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层采用镀锡铜丝材料。
进一步地,所述耐腐蚀层采用聚乙烯材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明通过聚酰胺绝缘层来提高电缆的绝缘性能以及耐击穿性能,另外聚酰胺绝缘层还能够提高电缆的机械强度和韧性;通过不锈钢抗压骨架来提高电缆的强度,增强电缆的抗压强能力,提高了电缆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合附图以及实施例对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,包括一根导线1,由内而外依次包覆在导线1外的绝缘层2、屏蔽层4、耐腐蚀层5、铜合金管套6、沥青涂层7;其中所述绝缘层2为聚酰胺绝缘层,聚酰胺具有优良的电绝缘性能以及耐击穿电压高,非常适用于海底大功率电缆;所述屏蔽层4为采用镀锡铜丝材料钩织而成的镀锡铜丝网管,其具有屏蔽、柔韧性好、比重轻等性能;所述耐腐蚀层5为采用聚乙烯材料制成的耐腐蚀管,聚乙烯具有优异的化学稳定性,能够有效地承受海水的腐蚀;所述铜合金管套6的作用一是起到加强电缆的机械强度,二是增强电缆的耐腐蚀性能。
所述绝缘层2与屏蔽层4之间设有抗压骨架3,所述抗压骨架3上圆周均布有四个穿过屏蔽层4、耐腐蚀层5与铜合金管套6内管壁抵合的抗压支架8,所述抗压骨架3及抗压支架8均采用不锈钢材料制成,通过抗压支架8支撑铜合金管套6的内管壁,从内部加强了电缆的抗压能力;同时包覆在聚酰胺绝缘层2外部的抗压骨架3保证了即使抗压支架8和外层的铜合金管套6被压变形的情况下,内部的导线1仍能够正常使用,大大提高了电缆的使用寿命和多种环境的适应性。

1.高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,包括导线(1)、由内而外依次包覆在导线(1)外的绝缘层(2)、屏蔽层(4)、耐腐蚀层(5)、铜合金管套(6)、沥青涂层(7),其特征在于:所述绝缘层(2)为聚酰胺绝缘层,所述绝缘层(2)与屏蔽层(4)之间设有以提高电缆强度的抗压骨架(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,其特征在于:所述抗压骨架(3)上均布有穿过屏蔽层(4)、耐腐蚀层(5)与铜合金管套(6)抵合的抗压支架(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,其特征在于:所述抗压骨架(3)及抗压支架(8)采用不锈钢材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(4)采用镀锡铜丝材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度聚酰胺防海水电缆,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层(5)采用聚乙烯材料。
